I liked the mall & the atmosphere of it The cleanliness is the major things to attract the people. & There's not many shops or fully covered parts . Mostly shops are closed & theirs only TATA groups showrooms. The food court is quite big bt the there's not many shops for food also

This mall is only sustain due to Reliance various stores like trends, jewellery, Jio etc and on Inox Theatre on top floor. Else no other stores available for shopping. I mainly visit only for cinema, one of the nice theatre, good movie experience with great sound and projection quality. No food court at all, only sitting available. Cleanness is maintained well. Most of the time the escalator are not in working condition and lift stays pretty crowded. Parking space is huge with basement parking available. Nothing else much of the attraction here.

Located near Akshar chowk at Old Padra road this huge mall entirely depends on Reliance brands like Rel smart, Rel digital, Rel trends, Rel jewellery, Jio. No other brand store to mention for shopping. I mainly visit to buy fruits n vegetables, grocery & items of daily need OR to watch cinema at Inox, where only namesake food court, with ample sitting, is available- negative rating indeed. Overall the mall is clean, neat and well maintained, Air-conditioning works well, escalators not working many times. Huge basement parking as also open parking available. Else no other atraction here.

The mall is totally empty, there is only relions shops inside no other shops,food court has not even a single store, only chairs, they should have their own store. But yes we'll maintained, lighted and professional building and parking, but it's wastage as nothing to enjoy, just buy and goo!! Recomend+not

This is really nice mall for one stopping for clothing. Reliance trend with variety of branded clothes with discounts available. Also full parking facility and grocery store available. For kids and movie time there is so option available here. On the double sided road is biggest advantage of the mall.

Had bought a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier from Reliance at their Reliance Mall Vadodara outlet. With a 3 year extended warranty. After installation They don't do any servicing, if you call them they don't respond or keep the phone on hold. The details of Customer is fed all wrong in their system, hence there is no record of customer in their database. Right from your registered phone no / machine brand and model, all are wrong. Will never buy anything from Reliance. Request other buyers to be aware of this.

INOX multiplex not much good year by year becoming bad to worst. shops Reliance smart bazar much more commercialized and confusing choice of various house hold products unless you are very much brand oriented. Reliance trends not much quality products Reliance digital ok ok with very limited options.

Very poor response from the sales man and women. They don't bother or interested to sell any thing. They are only interested in their salary from there company.

Reliance is loosing it's charm, very less number of staff at bill counter and long queue anytime. Nobody are listening customers. They are keeping offer board on items but when we bought and go for bill they removed the offer. Just wasting customers time.

One of the best mall on OP Road. Bigbazaar is now Reliance smart and good thing is all groceries and food items are available at good rates. Not so overcrowded, ample parking space.

It's one of best malls. It's just that they haven't done enough advertising otherwise it has quite good shopping shops like shoppie, trends etc. It even has a game zone and a mini food court.

Reliance has a standard structure for their mall at all the places. This is the same one with many clothing brands and ofcourse Inox theatre in it. I went there to enquire about laptop for my friend in reliance digital. It has a great staff with knowledge and will try all possible way to help you out. I would rate it 5 star for its ambience, cleanliness and it's location. Good place to hang out with friends and family.

Mall is good, parking is good, Lift is only two and at a time only one moves in up/down direction. I would say it is quite inadequate. even escalator are working partially or not working or switched off which creates discomfort Mall is crowded on weekends (quite obviously) Reliance Fresh is good, you get most of things you want but has bottle neck of billing Reliance trends and foot print ok Reliance Jewels, seen almost none visiting them Reliance digital, I prefer croma over this (Croma not in this mall) Inox at top of floor is big NO, only if you don't get tickets elsewhere (not the case now a days) come here, movie starts late, food expensive (5-10 times) food taking more than half an hour even after exorbitant charges, quite noisy and cinegraph quality is just average
