The best place in Trichy for cakes and pastries. They have decent variety of cakes. However, they aren't flexible for customization (for example, they can't bake sugar free cakes or with less sugar). They get the cake base baked elsewhere where customization is not possible. The cakes/pastries tastes good and they are moderately priced. Service is good too. Rating with 1 star as they don't store the cakes properly. Mosquitoes fly around inside the fridge (check the attached picture for details).

Been a regular customer at this place for almost 8 Yrs now. Frankly, Cakebee made its mark for Baking & delivering customised cakes to its loyal customers. Over the yrs, their business has flourished, however their attitude & work culture has declined. Anyways, i never thought that their fall from the pinnacle would happen so fast, if they don't correct themselves. Order No 1 Customised design Butterscotch flavour 15 Oct 22 (Delivery date) Disaster, the Icing started to falls off from the corners & further royally ruined by the delivery guy. Imagine single person delivering a 2 Kg cake on a bike. Result: Disaster with Cake falling off from the sides Action : Informed the outlet, they apologised that it won't be repeated. Case closed. Order No 2 Rose & Chocolate Chocolate Truffle Flavour 05 Dec 22 (Delivery date) Pre fabricated Cake design suggested by Manager of the branch as we spoke of previous issue, we went ahead with the order. Result : Bigger Disaster. The cake crumpled & shredded to pieces once cut. Action : Informed the outlet, spoke to manager, sent pics. No reply recd. Posted a Google Review, apologies flowed down. Order No 3 Inspite of previous two orders going wrong, still had faith in Cakebee & ordered again. Customised Butterfly Design Cake, Butter Scotch flavour 09 Dec 22 (Delivery date) Result : This time we reached the outlet to pickup to avoid any disaster in transportation. However, first look at the cake. I say "Pathetic" is even an appreciation for what you made & wanted us to take home, it was cheap, completely out of design & icing was cheap buttercream that too a different colour altogether. Finally lost the trust, either pls change your Bakers or stop acting as top notch customised cake makers. Action : We refused to take Delivery. It's heartbreaking 💔 to see the downfall of the outlet. I would have liked a lighter cream filling :) Black forest : Right amount of sugar. Right amounts of fresh cream and sponge. Qualifies as a good pastry for me . Have had better but. I would say prices are in the balance / border. Any escalation will lower its "value for money " proposition

This was my go to place to have quick bites and pastries especially because of their outdoor seating. But recently i encountered an issue, when we order 500gm cake 🍰 there's only 300 gm, which is very disappointing, being such a big brand. Personally I love their tea cakes and savouries. A good amount of greenery in the ambiance boosts the looks , I like the ambiance and the way they have created the look . Variety of pastries and cakes , our all time favourite birthday cakes r from cake bee .

I visited the cake bee thillai nagar 11 cross Trichy outlet. I just tried the chicken tandoori puff it's really fresh and my appetite. Then I tried the new casar badam flavour pastry it was an amazing really surprising one. Lastly the fruit pannacota was fluffy and appetite. And I purchased it, The Cakebee special plum cake packing was damn good taste wise The best plum cake in Trichy. Such good gift packaging available here.out side dine in was too good 👍. The best part was that the customer service was too good

Not a great experience. Cake seems to be bit old and not fresh. Taste is not great. Its a okaish experience. They do have wide varieties but not sure how the taste is maintained.

We bought a piece each of Swiss chocolate cake,apple pie and honey cake..Each of them had their on authentic taste.. However I personally enjoyed Swiss chocolate cake more..

We are ordering cakes from here for past 1 year...quality is very good and the taste . Cons : we had1 bad experience also....delivery time..if we are planning to cut the cake by 6..make sure the delivery time is within 4 otherwise the cake will not reach on time...I have consider melting issues and asked them to deliver by 5..but I got it on 6.45 pm..I had to kept my guests wait for cutting the cake....please consider and try to improve your delivery....

Very worst behaviour from staffs. No coordination between them and communication to chef is very poor. Order for cake design was not explained to chef and see the picture they have holes in the top cream and that’s how it’s delivered and after a long argument they make up it with some stars and also had hearts with out asking and when ordered what shown was not delivered. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour from the staffs and totally unfriendly towards women . So I won’t recommend this shop for anyone 😡

We picked up a blackcurrant cake for take away from the bakery. It was tasty and light. Moderately priced, the place is definitely recommended.

I am writing this after 3 times of bad experience with respect to the taste of cakes that we had in Thillai Nagar outlet. 1) Chocolate Temptation (2nd incident): Good looking but undercooked cake. Very raw. Spoiled my temptations to visit cake bee. 2) Muffin (2nd incident): Asked for double chocolate Muffin. The person who picked the Muffin also acknowledged that it is double chocolate Muffin. The look was super good. Packed in a super good decoration paper. 1st disappointment: We opened the super good decorative paper. It is blueberry Muffin instead of double chocolate Muffin. The Muffin taste was awful. 3) Birthday Cake (1st incident): Ordered bday cake for my daughter's 1st bday. Requested for a crown on top of the cake. The crown was fluffy and not able to kept intact on top of the cake. Asked for delivery. They said ok to deliver when we ordered but last minute they said the delivery people are not around. I had to rush from the party hall to collect the cake. Inspite of my reminder call in the morning i had to wait for half an hour to get the cake ready. Your chicken and paneer Danish is good. For cakes it is a big NO unless the owner intervene and improves the quality. You have a good brand name. Hope you will put in efforts to improve the quality.

Cake was nice but worst delivery timing. I ordered a cake through online to be delivered on 4 - 5 but they delivered it at 6 PM. In fact, I have order to nearest place from the cake bee and also ordered xpress bee cake at 12:00 PM. But they have delivered tooo late. Advise the customer that if they want a cake on time, they must order ahead of time. Only then will they receive a cake on time.

Cake bee is a good choice for cake lovers. Different theme and flavored cakes and ice cakes can be tasted and found those delicious. Cake bee has many outlets yet i have visited here and feel comfortable. Here you have air conditioned dining hall and non a/c garden dining hall. Felt irritating with non a/c dining hall because of mosquito (no mosquito repellant) and delayed customer service, but it happened sometime earlier.

This chain of bakeries is excellent. My go-to for any cake needs. Their piece cakes, cupcakes and box cakes are all good. Recently discovered that their breads are also great. They have a small outdoor cafe for dine-in. Biggest boost for me is that this is a made in Trichy brand!

Anytime, I think of a good cake or pastry items, the only place comes to my mind is Cake bee. The quality is simply awesome. Quick service. Value for money. Worth it !

I had a bitter experience with the online ordering service offered by this organisation. I had placed order for a cake worth Rs 1000/-. Not only was it not delivered at the requested time, the amount has not been refunded till date though it has been a month since the incident. Total unprofessional behaviour

Nothing to comment on quality of items. All are always good. But stop keeping buns as baguettes. Also of all cakebee you have the worst billing experience. Think a bit and streamline things so that billing experience is good.
