We booked two rooms here and one of them had a great view but then there were lot of water seepage related damage to the walls. The other room didn't have any such issues so I'm not sure how common is this problem. The resort itself is very well located at a hill top and hence offers great views. I think this is one of the largest in Kolli hills. The atmosphere within the resort is very good however do note that there is no pool at this resort if in case one expects that from any resort. There is ample space for parking and the resort areas are all well maintained along with the beautiful gardens. The breakfast that comes included with the room rate was very good however our dinner experience was very bad. Staff are all friendly and we didn't face any issues with amenities within the room. For kids there is a large play area which they will love. Water falls is a 20min drive and view point is a 15min drive (different directions) from the resort.

Stayed 2 nights with family and friends. Great location + view. Good food choices and friendly staff. Felt the room rates are a bit higher.

Silver line is undoubtedly a good stay, but they don’t give bookings over the call, they prefer for people to come over and confirm which is not a nice thing. Food is 5/10, clean place, great view. They also have indoor games, that can be accessed throughout the stay. The network is fine in certain locations. Apart from that it’s overall a nice stay.

The resort located in a wonderful location. It has nice view around. But unfortunately the service is poor for the money we paid. During our stay, we requested camp fire but the resort said no staff available. They have restaurant, but except breakfast, they don't confirm anything. There's no ala carte menu, no non veg items. They have indoor games like TT, chess, etc. Outside also space available for activities. Overall not a good experience, despite the available facilities.

Excellent location with an all round visibility of the surrounding mountains. Property is big enough with parking for around 30 cars. They have separate kids play area and lot of open spaces around the resort. Only problem is the food served by them and that too buffet being the only choice and no ala-carte options. Complimentary breakfast was good compared to the dinner buffet for which we paid around Rs.350. They can certainly improve in food and service.

One of the best resorts we have been to. There are 2 floors of rooms, ground floor will have garden view. Pros - Rooms are clean - Helpful staff - They serve complimentary tea and coffee in the garden. - They have lot of greenary. Garden everywhere. Kids can run around till they get tired - They lit up the garden area with lights in the night, which should not be missed - Kids play area has slides, swings etc - Good photo spots, hills views are breathtaking Cons - No outside food allowed. Food that they provide is on expensive side and quantity is on the lower side

Great place to stay. Ample parking space, Good lawn in 2nd floor and good supporting staff. Abhishek in reception was so kind and supportive right from the booking till check out. The timely delivery of food in the restaurant was a small concern. Otherwise, it's a good and safe place to stay for family.

Place is calm and quiet. For families and for get together it is a nice place. Last week we stayed there for 2 days and enjoyed every moment. No second thoughts to recommend this place. Rooms are quite spacious and well maintained. Location only just away from the main town.

This place has both pros and cons.. Pros : location and basic facilities Cons: 1. Food is not upto the mark for the money you pay. The food is Soo average only. The issue here is you don't get to find good restaurants in this place. Out of all of the okish ones..this is better..so we had to eat here...no option. 2. The property looks old. The rooms and washroom were looking quite old. 3. Morning tea or coffee that was served Soo bad. It dint taste like coffee at all.. 4. Service: you have to call them like a 100 times if U need sometime..very slow service They have plenty of rooms and they can't maintain and have less people how take care of it They have to improve a lot in terms of the service they provide

Recently stayed at the Silverline Retreat. It is a beautiful property with a lot of open spaces to sit and relax. Loved the big lawn with breathtaking views, the roof garden spaces outside the rooms, the terrace garden space. Very well maintained outer space. It was so calm and quiet outside, had a wonderful relaxing time. The weather was pleasant throughout the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable too. Right from booking, Mr.Abhishek and all the other staff were very friendly and helped with cab details for sightseeing and also bus routes to travel back. They also attended to the room service calls with no delays. I travelled solo and had a safe stay here. I stayed over weekdays and their a la carte options were minimal. But I had a chance to have some buffet food arranged for another group and it was good. But I felt if food is improved a bit more, this is undoubtedly the best resort option in Kolli hills. It was my first solo trip and they made sure I had a safe, memorable and enjoyable experience. Thank you team :) Will definitely recommend to more people and come back and stay here next time too. :)

Rooms have been maintained well. Great view from the rooms. Spacious resort. Manicured gardens. Best place to stay in kolli Slightly remote and isolated. So calm and quiet Cons Wifi not available in the rooms. Available only in the corridor. This is not mentioned in the amenities. Weak mobile signals for all the providers For the price rooms are compacts. This is during the weekend

Stayed at this place for 2 nights with a group of 12 pax. Kolli hills does not have many good hotels and i feel this one was the best bet. Amd worth the stay as well. Service is slow but the people are more than happy to help with a smile. The hotel manager, Abhishek needs a mention as he was very welcoming, understanding and cooperative with our requests. If in Kolli hills this is the place to stay.

Very nice place to stay with family. If you are given a room in the second floor, you can park your vehicle directly in the second floor. They have constructed like this. We stayed in the second floor. The inside park area, Children's play area, game room and outside public area are all very nice. Especially, we enjoyed very much with the outside area. We didn't realize that we are in the second floor. It's like ground floor. There is a big space in which we played Cricket after a long time. Also, huge area with lot of flowers, Koreans grass, lights, etc. The only negative I give is the food. I realize that the quality of food can be improved. But, I notice that in almost all hill resorts food quality is so so only. Otherwise, I can give 5 star rating to this resort.

Beautiful ambience. Rooms not worth for the money. Room service very bad. Food options very minimal. Hygeine very bad, especially with bed covers,rest room cleanliness. Location very much remote from town. Total 1.5/5.

This is the only decent place as of date in Kolli hills. From the main valley Road you've to take a deviation and drive for about 5-7 mins to reach this place. Pros: 1. Ample open space for sit out 2. Neatly maintained 3. Food at the restaurant is tasty Cons: 1. Rooms are small and also the whole setup feels like you are in a college hostel 2. Service was slow and needed multiple reminders

If you wanted to stay in a luxury and decent and safe hotel! This is the place for an affordable price! Not so cheap though! Cost for service. Decent room with required amenities.. the location and kids play area is awesome. You can spend a peaceful vacation there.

Out of the few limited options in Kolli hills, I feel this is the best resort with all amenities. This property has great views because of its location. Well maintained rooms, good food and friendly service by the staff are the key highlights. The only downside is that the route to this resort needs a lot of improvement.

Neat rooms, great view. The food is good. The lawn place is nicely maintained. Overall very clean place to relax. Maintained top notch. Can't beat this hotel view by any other hotels. Totally worth staying for the view. For a weekend trip, this is definitely a good place to stay. All falls and temples are <10km away from this place. So be ready to drive. Children park is well maintained and enough to play for an hour. The front sports place is good for cricket or badminton etc. Plenty of parking space.
