Booked hotel for my husband and I as a stop off on our drive back from Andalucía to Bilbao to use the spa. Disappointed to discover only when we turned up that booking a room didn't afford us access. We would have had to pay the same again, which seemed over the top for what it was. Too late for us to cancel when we arrived. Beds reasonably comfortable apart from pillows, which leave you with neck ache. We would have been more comfy in our campervan (which we were also unable to park at the hotel).

Nice hotel, the rooms are clean and big. We ate in the restaurant food was good.

The hotel staff is very friendly and active. Located near the center, with comfy beds. Sadly the rooms are a bit old but clean and spacious.

This was an amazing hotel. Extremely clean place, very much Covid19 concerned, and also very friendly staff. Not to talk about the very spacious rooms with very comfy beds. We will be back for sure. Highly recommended it👍😊

Fantastic service. Great ambience. Beautiful building and setting. Food lacking in finesse and presentation. The partridge was overcooked. The sepia al a plancha was wonderful. The migas was a disappointing curiosity. Overall, reasonably priced for the location and historic interior. The Bar man on lower tapas floor dreadful. Awful service.

Very nice hotel standing in centrum. Close to everywhere. Nice rooms, comfortable beds and pillows! Very quiet so you can sleep very well. Only few little minus are: toilet ( looks like dirty) , coffie and tea are awful.

Location is very good. Right in the city center. Rooms are spacious, beds are neat and bathroom is clean and tidy. Service is also great, people are very helpful. A big plus is the welcome sparkling wine bottle!!!!

Really lovely hotel. Staff are great and all speak English. Secure parking. Nice breakfast. Good WiFi. Wish I was staying longer!
