While the lady was nice she had two dogs one large dog and one small dog that we're in the office and the larger dog kept barking at me. Also if I left the to walk the premises I certainly would not let my dogs just roam around as the larger dog approached me and the lady had to call her back. I shut my room door and accidentally made the extra Safety Lock swing over and could not get back in. The husband was nice and transferred me to the next room but at first made it seem like I shut the door too hard when the lock was simply too loose. It was around 11:00 p.m. so I did not slam the door as I was trying to be quiet. The location is convenient however the noise is loud from the main road. I made the reservation over the phone and then was told when I got to the office I had to then pay the additional $15 for the pet fee. I feel that this kind of hotel should be more of a $60 charge not $83. The room did come with a microwave and refrigerator but I did not use them.

I reserved a room there through booking, it showed me 72 $ when I get there to pay. I went there when I arrived, the manager there told me, being an Indian. very rude and at the same time aggressively telling me in fact the room is 97 dollars I accepted and told him to give me a receipt after hearing the receipt he didn't agree with me either He said he won't give me any room And I lost 72 dollars because the reservation was non-refundable I called the police told me he can do nothing don't go there

The front desk was incredibly helpful. To be honest, for the price, we expected a lot less. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. Location is convenient to many restaurant options as well as close to the mall, college and interstate. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Always gotten a room here aways GREAT quality & very good assistant. Have great manners and they have very good reasonable prices through the week and weekends. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND.

Checked in with Hopper paid for and got to hotel at 1230am for the female owner refused to honor Hoppers booking she wanted 100.00 more. When I refused she told me to leave. It will take 3 to 5 business days for my refund now. Not to mention the large crowd of questionable people standing around by the stair case.

It was a safe area but thats about it. Got to room both beds are damp to almost wet. Air took till 2 a.m. to cool down room. Can hear all the noise outside. They said the deluxe room will fit 4 people easy not true 2 couples normal size and could barley fit on the beds they said queen but were full size. This is barely a $60 hotel but charge $100

We were on the road going to Florida and had to pull over for the night. We had a small dog. Everyone wanted 75.00 for the dog and almost 100.00 for a room. We found oyo on the internet and took advantage of booking on line at a fantastic rate and a low dog rate. Room looked brand new and smelled great!!

Online price for first stay at the hotel was 29.99 when I paid online it charged me 70. And when I went to get the key they charge me additional 15. The front desk check was less than helpful. The room dingy with holes in the wall. Decided to stay somewhere else and they only refused 10cent . Could of kept it.

Called ahead to book. Most complicated booking experience of my life. Took about 30 minutes and then I arrived expecting to receive what the man on the phone confirmed was my reservation. I arrive and it is completely wrong. I then had to pay almost double to correct the reservation with the snarky man at the front. Would not stay here again.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is location. Manager is rude and snappy, the rooms are old and stinky, towels are yuky grey and thin and the place very loud, good luck getting any sleep. Way too expensive for this run down and dirty place. Never will I stay at this place again!

I showed up with a reservation and he said it wasn’t in the system and to book again. BOTH reservations went through and they refuse to refund me for 1 of them. This place is sketchy please beware don’t fall for the price. As for the room- thin walls and bugs.

Charged more then what was told from the booking, room had roaches housekeeping walked in without permission telling us we were supposed to check out even though we booked the hotel for the whole weekend…Wi-Fi is good when it finally works though

Good value option for an overnight in Valdosta. Painless check in. Basic furnishings, but good enough for me. Clean, comfortable and convenient within an easy walk to a variety of restaurants.
