Loved the whole experience. Our server was fantastic. He even turned off the UFC fight that was on the TV near a table of kids and he didn't have to. Great service.

Knocking it out of the park on MULTIPLE visits. When severely disappointed in a neighboring restaurant we walked out and strolled back in to this location. They NEVER DISAPPOINT! The STAFF is the difference! The food is always great, but Kennedy and Treyvon were memorable and friendly with great suggestions, personable conversation, and just such great remarkable service. Skip all the other joints and spend your money here. Get a selfie with some cool yard art (see the HULK) and enjoy the friendly open atmosphere inside. Did I mention the food is amazing too! Try the cloud 9 wings and ANY of the pizzas.

Server and management had no idea of what was included in the MUNCHIE menu or what is included with the 2:00 -6:00 PM special. Their interpretation was contrary to the store’s website. Food was good.

I ordered a Supreme with extra cheese. This is a multi line item review and why they get a three on this. 1. The extra cheese was a lump in the center. I assume it comes without cheese and any is considered extra. Buy your own at Publix. 2. Its an ugly pizza bordering on burnt. 3. All that said it still taste pretty good. Add your own cheese, some olive oil and your there.

This place is okay, it's just not my favorite. I would recommend it. Toppings tasted a little funny, and the dough/crust didn't really have much flavor. The staff is super fun! But the portion and temperature is good. Music isn't too loud, and the atmosphere is nice.

We were not wowed by the attentiveness of the server, but the medium pizza we bought for 3 people had us all stuffed with 2 huge pieces to take home. We ordered the house special pizza with extra sauce and it was loaded with toppings. Get extra napkins and bring your own straw if you don't like yours made of cardboard. The women's bathroom could use some attention, especially the sinks and mirror, but the restaurant was overall very clean.

Food was bad, the staff was slow even thought there were maybe 5 tables total in the restaurant. The plates they brought were dirty both times. It took them over 45 mins to get a pizza ready, and when it came, the dough was not cooked properly and it was soaked with sauce.when we complained the manager came by and the first thing he said was “there is nothing wrong with the pizza”. I had to grab the dough with my fingers in front of him to show him it was not cooked. He wasn’t surprised and didn’t apologize, he did offer to cook another one and it would take only 10 mins? The “second pizza” came after another 40 mins of waiting. So we were there for almost 2 hours waiting to eat. No compensations were offered for the bad service and food. Worse mellow mushroom I have ever been to.

My friends and I decided to go to Mellow Mushroom for lunch while we were driving back home from a road trip. The building was huge and the Hulk statue in front of the building added a fun aspect to the restaurant. I haven't been to a Mellow Mushroom in awhile and feel like they did a rebranding. I liked the wall art and the colorful menus. We were quickly served since it wasn't that busy for a Sunday afternoon. I asked our waiter what he recommended and he said the burger since it was his favorite off the menu. I ordered the Ritz burger and I wasn't disappointed by the taste but by how it was cooked. I was served a raw burger. It was cold and raw in the middle and I couldn't send it back since I ate half of it until I discovered it. I decided to just cut the pieces off and eat the bread and tomato. I guess it is a friendly reminder that I should order well done instead of medium. The waiter didn't come back to check up on us after serving our orders so I wasn't able to say much.

Giving 3 stars because the waitress and manager were kind. It took 38 minutes to get my husbands strawberry lemonade and longer to get my “stuffed meatballs” that were just meatballs cut in half with mozzarella placed in the middle. I had to send that back because the meatballs were overcooked and the mozzarella was cold. Then his pizza and my pretzel bites (that are just pizza dough) were brought out after about 45 min. We will not be back.

Mellow Mushroom is mine and my family’s favorite place to eat! The staff and managers are all so kind and helpful every time we go and the food is always great. The GM does a great job treating her staff with kindness and respect and keeping a clean restaurant. 10/10 recommend!

hostess and waitress were so kind to me when i walked in. bathrooms were clean, the menu was simple and prices weren’t bad at all. service was good as well, and the food was hot and delicious :) i ordered the cheese calzone and the pretzel sticks

When we ate here at this place was nasty. The floor and tables were nasty like they haven't been thoroughly cleaned in months. The food was piss poor both in quality and quantity. It was worse than Dollar store food thrown together and throwing in the oven. I could have done better by myself. The general senior citizen TV dinners are technically better. And that says a lot The service was just as bad. Ignorant and not knowing FDA regulations, or safety guidelines concerning allergies and tolerance, or anything else for that matter and normally wish to discuss or engage in anything remotely intelligent. We haven't been back since and I am so sick and tired of seeing commercials that are suggestive of drugs and food for the low brow unintelligent kind of person. It's disturbingly weak-minded.

My husband and I went Saturday afternoon with a 5 yr old and a baby. We were sat right by the bar. It was happy hour so the people at the bar were a little tipsy. That's fine whatever. We ordered a salad and a large pizza. I had to ask for silverware. We needed an extra plate and the waitress told us when they're done washing them I'll bring one to you. We literally had to share our knife and fork. The place was empty though maybe 3 other tables that were eating. This place was bad last year when I went and it still is. It's not the neat pizza place it once was. And it was $50 I won't get back so it's expensive on top of all that.

Our waiter/ bartender (Willie) was awesome !! Lots to choose from. Appetizers we ordered were delicious. We ordered the jerk chicken pizza - oh my goodness was delicious. It was our first time there. We were highly impressed. We will be returning. Highly recommended !!

Food was super delicious!!! However for my first time there the wait was insane and there wasn't but a handful of tables occupied.... Was told the kitchen was backed up but again wasn't busy at all. 2 hour visit for 2 appetizers, 2 small pizzas and a hoagie... Will definitely return with the hopes of better communication from staff if another problem should happen...

This was our first visit and the place was empty when we got there at 11AM on a Sunday. The pizza was great and it looks like a great atmosphere to hangout. We ordered both thin and regular crust, I could not tell the difference between the two.
