Although they were busy, the wait to be seated was minimal, the service was excellent and the food was as ordered to a 'T'. Best steak dinner for the money. Will definitely go again. Highly recommend👍

First time in years that food was that good here! If it was a fluke it was still great! I ordered a ribeye. Which was just right for medium. My wife got sirloin that was little tougher but still good. The happy surprise was the strawberry pecan salad that was DELICIOUS! Crisp lettuce, juicy mandarin oranges, pecans that tasted like fresh pecans (that's pee-cans in local slang). Everything about the salad had me dancing a little in my chair. Not many things get me that excited at my age nowadays! All the food was excellent or better! Service was pleasant and I didn't get grief about needing 3 take home boxes! We are putting Longhorns Valdosta back on our list and hope they keep it up!

I generally dine at a competitor, but was drawn in by the aroma i caught when stuck at the light. I am a single diner and was offered immediate seating at the bar, but the seats are difficult for me. The wait was not cumbersome. I ended up in a nice section and had the best server, ever! Samyra (I may have to edit the spelling) was the sweetest server ever! As a single female diner, I have often been ignored or overlooked. That was certainly NOT my experience Friday night! The food was great, the service exemplary and when i was leaving? The person who had checked me in REMEMBERED my name when she wished me a good evening. A great staff and I daresay a great manager, pictured with my server...and that cheerfulness that I experiences is EVERY SHIFT per her manager (I did speak with him. The table next to me chimed in too as she was their server, too). Plus, she is a full time student. Please, when you have a great server? Let them know you appreciate them! Customer service is NOT an easy job... Oh, those are cheese fries-not shown on the menu, but available. I found out when I was debating the appetizers I could get them....a lot went home, including dessert lol

His on left mine on right) It was my husband's birthday dinner and I order medium well and he wanted medium rare instead I got well done so I had it remade and it was once again well done and super dry. My husband's was not medium rare it was pretty much raw. After having it remade it was still under and over cooked but we were so hungry we just ate what we could. We were very disappointed.

Medium steak was pressed paper thin and overcooked past well done. How hard is it to cook steak? Use Google to learn how medium steak should be. I am traveling for my work and last two nights had Texas Road house. Food and service out of this world. Longhorn is about to go bankrupt the way you do business.

Great food as always, but Chris is the best waiter we have had in a while at any of the restaurants visited. He made all the difference by being extra attentive and friendly in the short periods of time he spent getting our order. His Hospitality is one to be followed and duplicated by all restaurant servers in my opinion. Thanks you so much Chris, we will definitely return next time we drive through.

Savannah was an excellent server. The food was hot, fresh and good. The drinks were very good also. I had one of the best old-fashioned cocktails. Heck I had to get two

My meal was almost perfect. The steak was cooked beautifully medium rare. My Brussel sprout side was exactly what I was hoping for. The French onion soup, while delicious, was at best Luke warm. The dish and cheese topping were hot as expected but the soup underneath was not. All in all great taste. Will eat Longhorn again anytime.

Augustine Road in Valdosta I had my birthday today and went there with my family it was a very wholesome enjoyable time with all the veterans that have served our country so well! thank you! The service and food were great. A little more attention to cleaning is needed, though. There were cobwebs and dust on the light at our table.

My favorite lunch spot, quiet, quick delicious! I enjoy the 7 pepper steak salad thingy it’s great! Always great service and usually a manager will come say hello.

It was cold as ice in the dining room. Food cooled very fast and mine started out cold. My rice was under cooked. Flavor was good. Husband enjoyed his meal very much. Our waitress was wonderful.

Good place to eat. Service was quick and server was on top refills.

Longhorn Steakhouse in Valdosta was great. Steaks were cooked to perfection and sweet potatoes delicious. The hostess was very nice and we were seated quickly. Our waiter, Gage, such a nice young man. Very efficient and could not have been more pleasant. Great lava dessert also.

I ordered 12oz chicken parmesan with rice and double steamed broccoli... With a side order of garlic parmesan... I barely had parmesan on my chicken and my side order was like one lil scoop... One of my pieces of chicken was COLD to touch and the other was warm... I called an expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager but he or she was too busy to come to the phone... It has been hours and I am still waiting on that phone call... The only thing great was the young lady that took my order and delivered it to the truck.... Definitely was the worst experience with my food...

Staff was nice. However, upon arriving at my table, I observed dirty silverware, napkins and food under the table. The ledge that was on the little half wall dividing our section from the next had thick dust down the entire ledge. My wife’s steak was undercooked and her baked sweet potato was over cooked and looked like a flat football. I had the 22oz Longhorn steak That 1/4 of it was fat and gristle. I had mashed potatoes but the scoop was extremely small. We had a firecracker chicken wrap appetizer that was over cooked and oddly almost cold when it arrived. Do better Longhorn….

Love this place for steak.. would of gave 5 stars but the last 6 months or so the cooks very greatly on what medium rare is.. see photo (that is CLEARLY medium well) anyways they are always super pleasant and 100% my server asked if I wanted it remade but I declined (I can't cook a steak perfect everytime either) my FAVORITE hands down is a flo's filet with lobster tail, loaded mashed potatoes, and asparagus..

Absolutely 👍🏾 delicious. I ordered to go, as it was Christmas Eve around 7 p.m. The staff ( host, to go server, bartender, management) were excellent!

Seating service was welcoming and quick; although sitting next to the restroom is never my favorite, especially when there are other choices open. Anyway, fila steak was perfect. The brussel sprouts addicting, and the sweet potato probably on its last leg because the taste was a bit off. I was full from everything else including the bread and butter that they give when they greet you which is the best to fight off hunger pains. My husband didn't get his asparagus so he had to wait. Expeditors should bring steak sauce with the steak so customers don't have to wait while their meat gets cold. Anyway, that's what I would do. The server never came back to check on our order. My husband "eyed" her down. I told him that the steak was good without sauce and to start eating but he had to have sauce. My steak was delicious and gone by the time my husband got his asparagus and steak sauce.

Our Bar Tender Chris B. Did an excellent job keeping us happy with our Food and Drinks and he did as well with other customers. Very kind and energetic. And our waiters were amazing too.

The food here is absolutely delicious. The sweet baked potato will make you wanna jump for joy. There's one takeaway from this place and that is the overall wait time when they are busy. Me and my family have went on a Sunday and they are so unorganized when it's busy. Your best bet is to come when rush hour is over or you'll be waiting an extremely long time even though they say "10-15" minute wait time

Had an important meeting/ lunch with my boss's boss. Everything went smooth. Our server Val was excellent and on point with everything. The big guy enjoyed his lunch and so did I.

Loved the food , service was terrible. Asked for water , they gave me sweet tea. Never got our appetizer because it went to another table. Couldn't understand the waitress behind the mask , wish we had someone not wearing one as they were available. Would have been better to communicate.

The most tender ribeye steak I've had in a long while... Excellent flavor. The Texas shrimp was amazing. Our waiter, Brandon, was great.. very attentive. My son says the lobster was delicious. Nothing but good about this experience.

We stopped here on our way back from Georgia going home to Florida. The entire staff was awesome. I've only eaten steak once or twice before and our waitress was very helpful with explaining what the different types of steak would feel like and taste like. I got the NY strip steak it was delicious not too fatty and not tough and their broccoli side is delicious as well.

I had the Longhorn Porterhouse and also had the Wild West Shrimp for an appetizer. The food and atmosphere was excellent, as well as a top notch wait staff. Highly recommend.
