    The last three times we have went there it has gotten worse and worse. We kept giving it another try hoping they were just having a bad day. Now we won’t be back again, which is unfortunate. We used to go often. We got stuck waiting in the drive through line one evening for over 40 min, yes stuck, once you are in you can’t get out. The food is not hot when we have gotten it lately or even seemed fresh at all. Also the serving size has gotten smaller and smaller, it stinks to pay extra for some of the items, then they don’t even fill up the spot. I received 4 pieces of shrimp on the honey shrimp…..we really have tried to be understanding with the pandemic and all, but you have had time to recover and do better and have not. You have lost customers now.

    The food may be good, but that's only when they have it. They never have everything on their menu and are always not serving something. 3 times in the past month when I tried to go they were out of teriyaki chicken, and when I just tried to get some they finally had it, but weren't serving WHITE RICE along with half of the stuff from the other menu options! (I know that seems like a lot of times to go but I tried to go multiple times to see if they had what I wanted)

    Food was ice cold, literally. Like they had it chilling in the fridge before they handed it to me out the drive-thru. And what's with the nasty attitudes of the girls there?! If you don't like working there, just quit. Way better attitudes and VERY HOT food at a regular Chinese joint. I'll stick to the local family ran Asian restaurants.

    I came in on 09/11/2023 and ordered the family meal for 30.00 plus extras sides. The server who was plating the food had a very nasty attitude. The food looked old and I asked if we could get it fresh she says no. I asked for the manager(Tim) who was equally rude and said we don't cook food to order. I'm like the food on the bar looks old and dried out. He basically said oh well, we don't cook food fresh. If you don't know how to treat your customers, then you need to change your field of work. I work hard for my money and if I don't feel like cooking I would like to spend my money on something I enjoy. I don't normally give reviews but I had to today, if I could give them a 0, it would have been well deserved. Your reviews tells a whole lot about you. Absolutely ridiculous

    They didn't have many vegetables, they don't even offer the veg side on their sign. Long line. Had to wait long time, because most workers are making the food. The one employee working the line would move around behind the counter, leaving the line unserviced for minutes at a time (other Pandas usually have several people working the line so you're in and out fast). But the food was good, as I expected, much better than Hibachi Express that I tried today.

    Hair in the food, not necessarily rude employees but you could tell they were annoyed serving you even though it’s a very easy and simple job. We didn’t eat our food and just threw it away, it wasn’t worth throwing a fuss over, we just went somewhere else. Food looks unappetising and usually not fresh. All in all, just go to Beijing for the same price and slightly better food.

    I am so beyond embarrassed, and disappointed in this place. We came after church with 2 other family's. First thing first. They was out of almost everything with a 10 to 15 minute wait. Ok, fine it will be fresh! Nope still did not put steak in.. so had to find something different to eat. Atleast vegies will be fresh WRONG!! the vegetables had to be remade no cooked properly. Remade and was still the same. Chicken was not cooked. Noodles was still just as raw as veggies. We spent almost 200. Between all three families. Threw almost all food away. Spoke to the manager in charge who informed us that, there was nothing that could be done and not allowed to do refunds ect. It is safe to say we will not be back. Between the manager, and the food. I wish we would not have wasted our money.. I pray none of us get sick from what we did eat. Manger told us to inform corporate. We usually like panda express. This one was very disappointing. We was also told it is a new cook. That is why the vegetables was not totally cooked. Wish I was not leaving this review..

    Ordered a full entree and only received rice. When returning to the restaurant with the receipt and asking for a refund or the food we ordered, they did not believe us. We asked them to watch the video of our order being made and saw they messed up. They said we need to contact customer service because they were closing or come back tomorrow. This is not how you manage a restaurant or treat customers.

    The chicken was mostly breading, and it was soft at that. The rice was undercooked, and the egg rolls taste like paper…….20$ wasted on food I can’t even eat….worst experience ever

    Do not go here! The food has gone downhill horribly since last year. I got mostly greasy cabbage with mushy chow mein you can tell was the bottom of the barrel scrapped up and thrown in with little regard. My favorite part of the meal was ruined! Go to Hunan House and get their Chow Mei Fun it's always good and won't disappoint the way Panda's sinking chain franchise has done for the last time.

    Came in about 8 pm on a Wednesday which was about an hour before they close. Didn’t have a great feeling about that to start, but figured I hadn’t had it in a while and if I didn’t like it I just wouldn’t eat it. Got chicken and steak (well once I got my order corrected because the first person wasn’t paying attention and gave me shrimp). Thankful for the checkout guy that got me the correct order! But got home and ate and the food was horrible. Ate the small pieces of chicken and one piece of steak before I got a horrible piece and thought nope this is a little too questionable. Here I am about 5 hours later throwing up with food poisoning :) will never eat here again unfortunately

    Was greeted as we entered and took the time to explain the dishes. That Honey Walnut Shrimp is to die for. Make a trip there and try this dish. You will not be disappointed.

    Im highly upset with the service I asked for a kids meal yes but the amount of food in it was not enough its crazy to charge someone $7.13 and not even serve a decent amount truthfully they could’ve kept there food. I went back inside and the employee said that was the correct portion size I felt like yall gave me the leftovers in the bowl there was barely noodles it’s was more onions so it was the bottom never again tho!!

    I love Panda Express. The food is great. The employees are great. Almost everything is great. But it seems like I don’t ever get enough of the proteins and they don’t sell extra scoops. I paid $1.25 to get 2 shrimp. 2 damned shrimp. It makes me not want to come back and just go somewhere else. Because $1.25 to get 2 shrimp. Tasted great. Already paid for a plate and then I gotta pay extra for less food. it is not a one time thing at least give the option to buy more protein. Pei Wei does it .

    When panda first open it was good and Fresh and it was a much nicer experience. It seems like management or workers has change and it not the same. Sometimes the rice taste old and hard ,portions size was once your money worth . Please get back to great customer service and fresh quality food...

    The employees were very nice . The food at the bar wasn’t hot but they did assist my mom and give her hotter food. I was to hungry to wait. Overall the flavor of the food is good though. Loved the Beijing chicken , honey walnut shrimp and honey chicken.

    Garbage is what this place is. I paid $5.29 for the smallest entree I've ever seen, what the heck is the company that out of touch? Why serve something so small for that much money plus the food was barely warm. Yall need some better management.

    Took my friend thru drive thru for lunch it was her first time eating here. I asked the girl for another minute so my friend could decide on what she wanted. The lady was so rude rushing us to order and there was no one behind us. Luckily I had already explained to my friend that the food was ok but the staff is really rude so we expected this to happen. This time the lady suggested we pull thru and come in or we could pull up and she would give up a paper menu and come back around. We ordered anyway just so my friend could try it but like she said she wouldn’t be back and that why I don’t frequent here. There are so many other places to go like chick- fil-a next door or Panera next door. Even McDonald’s next door staff are nicer. One star is too many.

    The manager was not accommodating and brash. There was confusion on the floor. You know they say : your team is only as good as the Manger. It is correct! The orange chicken was fabulous!

    This location is notorious for serving you “teriyaki” chicken without the teriyaki sauce. I don’t believe I have to remember to ask for the sauce as it’s in the name.

    My 5 star is for Caleb and Jeann D, they were super nice and very welcoming. They were the only ones to really acknowledge us. Now for the food, I’ve had better panda. We got there and the selection was pretty empty. We had to wait about 10+ minutes for some selections to be restocked. We’re from out of town and are heading back home and wanted something quick. If that can be fixed then this place is A-okay in my book.

    i’ve never personally had an issue with this place, but I did want to come on here and recognize the gentleman in the drive-thru, I wish I had caught his name but I didn’t. Maybe this should give some description. I had placed an order online on my lunch break, and had quickly come through without realizing that I didn’t get everything I had ordered as well as utensils etc. when I came back through to have my order corrected, I had briefly mentioned something about not receiving fortune cookies And how they were my favorite part of the meal. I left quickly due to having to get back to work, but by the time I had gotten back I realize that this gentleman not only corrected my order but gave me a bunch of fortune cookies. how sweet! thank you for your random act of kindness. made my day! ❤️

    Good food, the walnut shrimp was really nice. Seating inside could be a little better, felt difficult getting in and out of booths. I expect a better tasting soy sauce.

    While traveling from Atlanta to Tampa we were looking for a place to have quick dinner and we searched near us and decided to takeout the dinner from Panda Express. From the menu we ordered the plate from the options which included Chowmein along with Orange Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken. The order was quick and I got the order quickly. The food was delicious. The chowmein was warm and chicken was delicious. Amazing and quick delicious food.

    Tasty food, food, reasonably priced Clean open kitchen. HOWEVER, the run out of have ENOUGH cooked food prepared. So instead of having you wait. They just put whatever food they want on your plate. Or the item will be missing from your order altogether. This has happened 4 times & it makes me 😡.There is nothing worse than having your mouth watering for a missing food item.

    Just got our take out food. The food is amazing, but especially Mike, the manager was very very kind, professional and guided us trough the choices of food (was our first experience at Panda Express) they deserve 5 stars just for him!

    Me and my daughter went there for lunch and it was great good customer service and plenty of choices the Walnut 🦐🦐Shrimp was our favorite the stir-fry 🍚🍚rice was a little dry but overall we enjoyed ourselves we will return in the future.

    HORRIBLE! I have never rated a restaurant so low! 80% of the food was bland & cold. We came more than 1.5hr before they closed & had to wait for multiple items to be cooked. After we got our food, we constantly heard other customers being told they had to wait for items. I haven’t tried Panda (this same location) since 2015 & I was really hoping things had gotten better. Very disappointing!
