I was visiting Valdosta for the 1st time and in my down time I came here to take a walk. It's a pretty park, it has nice, easy paved trails and it's clean. However- I was fairly concerned at the thought of someone in the woods with an air rifle. Seeing that promptly ended my walk.

Wonderful trail in the woods that the kids enjoyed with different types of trees to talk about and see. The play ground had some shade, but not enough to make all the areas accessable. Why do so many playgrounds go cheap on sun coverage? It's impossible for the kids to enjoy and a turn off for the family to stop.

I've visited my fair share of public parks, and this is one of the better ones I've visited...beautiful scenery in abundance, especially along the nature trails...many picnic areas both undercover and not,so weather won't spoil your picnic! Brand new basketball courts,an open air ampitheatre and play area for the kiddies are all here. Very clean in general..only reason not a 5⭐ rating is because bathrooms all locked up(well past noon on a Sunday) no reason for that!

A very nice and exceptionally well maintained park. The grounds are well kept, the basketball courts were in great shape, and the pavilions were in perfect condition and of a design I hadn't seen before. I was impressed.

One of my favorite parks thus far. The kids and I love the nature trails and there are shelters/cabins that you can sit at and plug things up. They have a covered picnic area which is huge and two different bathroom areas. It's a very beautiful park.

Lots of play equipment for the kiddos. Shaded in the afternoon. Not a lot of benches but still a good place to visit.

I only stopped here for about 10 to 15 minutes. The park is located not too far from where I live. It's located off Riverside Dr. but not in an area that I would frequent. I have heard there is a descent trail for walking. I may or may not go in the near future.

A nice little stop on our road trip to stretch legs and let the kids get out energy. Pretty clean and even has RV hook ups.

Pretty park but restrooms are a disaster. No toilet paper, full to the brim toilets and so much garbage :(

Nice park, cool running track. Surprised there weren't more people there.

Lots of places to rest, both covered benches and raised concrete borders. Play area for the kids. Bathrooms, but water fountains are not working as of this post.

Wednesday 2pm visit. People having picnics, people playing basketball, bathrooms locked. What? Not impressed

😠 Took the wife and kids for a fun night out and some dinner with a drink. Staff is horrible, kid’s chicken strip basket was 2 nuggets for $14? Got 2 order of wings there frozen and undercooked and over priced! The bowling is $60 an hour and it not real bowling, again way over priced. My bill was over...
