I wouldn't give this bed bug infested place not one star! My husband and I checked in and left as soon as we got settled in the room. The bathroom was nasty and there were bugs in the toilet also the towels had hairs it. I pulled the blanket back the sheets were nasty and had bed bugs! And to top it all off we asked to change rooms and the attendant refused. He said we were in there 10 minutes so he couldn't give us another room. So we asked for a refund and he kept 10 dollars of our money! Also the attendant was prejudice!

This had go to be the most disgusting room I have ever seen in my life ! My husband got the room to try to surprise me for my birthday and we ended up leaving and going home . From filthy floors to the disgusting bathroom . You can tell that these rooms are not cleaned and with me being a former housekeeper, it was completely unacceptable

I'm struggling to understand why this hotel has any bad reviews. The room was beautiful, views amazing, bed... most comfortable I have ever slept in! Everything about this hotel is great, the only advice I would give to visitors who are parking here, is park on floor, get in the elevator to floor 3, then walk toward the Lakers store confusing.

Just charging our Tesla. Took our dog for a walk and decided to check out what we thought was an abandoned hotel next door to the chargers. It has numerous grocery carts full of stuff, an abandoned truck, piles of trash, and areas where stuff had been burned. We were surprised to see two people there. One room had a mosquito net over the door, another had a doormat. Best I can tell, this is a low rent option for people who have fallen on hard times. We didn’t feel safe walking there in broad daylight. Update: We talk to someone through a slot in window who said they are open. It’s $50 a night with a $10 cash deposit. No pets.

This place is worse than a horra movie. The room was terrible sheets had burn holes. The room was bedbug infested and had mice. Could not flush the toilet. Had to provide ten dollars cash even though they had my credit card and driver's license. Did not give me a refund after I told them the conditions. This was 8/18/2023. Don't stay here !

This wonderful little hotel is in a fabulous location, perfect for exploring the central and City Place. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we were offered complimentary breakfasts and the afternoon tea is a welcome respite after exploring the city. There are many lovely little restaurants and cafes tucked away in the cobbled streets, all within walking distance of the hotel! We highly recommend Mama but book ahead, it is very popular.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. We stayed in a room on the 1st floor with a panoramic view of the city, including the Griffith Observatory & W Hill Ave. Our room was close to the elevator, but we didn't hear any noise at all from the hall. The room was spacious, with a king sized bed and up to date furniture. The end table lamps had outlets for cell phone charger cords. Most hotels make charging electronics so inconvenient!

Trash. The worst ever. Roaches and blood stains on the wall along with a huge hole in the wall. This place should be shut down for emergency remodeling. I didn't slp in the room after seeing the conditions and No Refunds.... Warning!!!!!

I visit CA at least 2x a year for work but this is my first time in this area. The lobby of the hotel looks like you stepped into a castle! The architecture is absolutely breath taking. The place area is beautiful. The staff was very engaging. This hotel seems like it is literally for everyone! The early part of the day I saw people with families but later in the day, the kiddies disappeared and the adult crowd surfaced relaxing the way adults like to relax.

This hotel is located literally steps from the City and W Hill Ave Central (two of the biggest tourist sites in W Hill Ave). The hotel itself is really beautiful with lots of architectural detail and character. Rooms are on the smaller side but very comfortable. They also added daily breakfast to our reservation - much appreciated - which was very good. They offer daily afternoon snacks which were surprisingly substantial

Our room was gorgeous down to very last detail. Everything was very clean and they paid attention to all of our needs. The hotel was also very generous with providing food and beverages in the afternoon, during tea time. The breakfast was also very very nice, many healthy interesting options. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful also. And the location was perfect! I would definitely stay here again.

I've been staying here for over a month now an I wouldn't stay any where else. They are very friendly an cheap. The guys working in the office are very respectful an friendly to their guest. The housekeeper is very good at her job too. She makes sure you have everything you need for your stay here. I'll always stay at this hotel before I stay any where else. They deserve 10 stars!!
