    Very rude man working at night. Told him my room was dirty and no toilet paper and my door wouldn’t lock all the way and I didn’t feel safe and he told me it would be looked at the next morning. Would not refund money or switch my room. Had to go buy my own toilet paper and clean the room myself.

    I usually don't leave reviews, I try to be understanding because I understand finding good workers can be hard. This run down excuse for a hotel should be shut down. I don't understand how the owner Sam, (or atleast that's what the front desk guy calls him) can run this hotel with a clear conscience. This hotel hasn't always been this bad. My family has stayed here before, we trusted this hotel to the point of not even checking the room when we got it. We checked in and went to sort through our stuff in storage.... Wrong move! Please check the room as soon as you get it..... Matter of fact before you get it.

    Room are clean and nice by the owner can be rude with some guess and there's a old lady that is very meaningful with guess and rude with her I will not recommend anyone else to stay there

    Guy at desk at night was very nice not sure why other comments say he isnt. Rooms are huge and look nice too! Im traveling on a buisiness trip and they took care of our needs. Tv's are nice. Beds nice

    This is the worst place I have ever seen in my life in terms of the terrible quality of hygiene and cleanliness of the place. It is also expensive compared to others that are nearby.

    The owners of this hotel are Racist, Rude the Air condition doesn't work, The wifi doesn't work. I'm visiting Valdosta I can't even relax in a weekly room. I have to go across the street to use my phone because the wifi doesn't work. I respectfully asked the owner several times to move me to a different room because the AC is broke and the wifi is bad. They treated me like 2nd class citizen because of the color of my skin they are very rude and unprofessional

    We had 3 room and one of the room we had the fridge was gross, the ac barely works, the tub was nasty, the room looked like it hadn't even been cleaned there was a dead cockroach under the dresser and . Even the blanket had a cigarette burn when tho it was a no smoking room. The other room we had one of the lights were not working and smelled like straight weed. And the last room had a spot that looked like mold, we had to spray glad in all the rooms. And in 2 of the rooms as soon as you open the door there was a spider in our face.

    This hotel is amazing! The rooms are remodeled and the staff is amazing! Greg is the best property manager EVER!! all of the housekeepers are so polite and they work so hard - Sam - the owner is the best! He really takes care of his customers - and he has maintained the safety of his customers as well! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING GUYS!! you are the best!!

    I was staying here during the storm and the people were nice but i killed bugs in the shower. Room service knew not to walk in due to us having dogs and they walked in instead and then when i came to the door she apologized.Ive killed a roach and a spider in the tub.The tvs aren’t working but they want to price charge you extra for the weekend and stuff. The staff is nice but overall paying for this room to have bugs , lack of respect , and no cable is not right.

    The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. But, this is by far one of the nastiest looking hotels I’ve ever been to. I had already paid and got my room when I looked at it, and I feel like maybe the sheets were clean but the bedspread was nasty and grungy. I was so exhausted that I went ahead and bit the bullet and slept for the night. It’s just really dirty. The cable TV didn’t work the Internet didn’t work. I wouldn’t even give it one star to be honest with you. It was just horrible.

    People are nice, but I have been here a month or so and there is water seeping through the carpet. It seems to be getting worse. Housekeeping only comes maybe once a week if lucky and the guest laundry machines are broken. Would be back, just not for extended stay

    I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and from day 2 I had seen roaches and I was told by two different managers/owners that they would come spray and they never did. We couldn’t even eat our food that we had in the fridge in the room because roaches got in it. The shower was broke. The smoke detector was ripped off the wall. The wifi was so bad it wasn’t worth having on. They by no means tried to make anything better. My husband is also staying at the same hotel due to him working in the area and just today found bed bugs. He and his crew showed the owner and they would only refund $100 out of the $225 they just paid for the week. Unbelievable! This hotel or service deserves NO stars!

    They charge to much money for the room in they are not worth it. I had papers for my special needs daughter for her animal I still had to pay for it

    In middle of remodel and seemed to be some unsavory activity going on that everyone was aware of, but either condoned or looked the other way

    Smells like mildew and a bottle of febreeze. Broken furniture. No closets in the rooms. The beds didnt seem to have bedbugs though ! And the shower was decent!

    was nice a few months ago, this time roaches, stained sheets and filthy curtains, was out of the room in five minutes, should have known when I saw you the “NO REFUNDS” , which wasn’t offered when I told them why I wasn’t staying there, they just said sorry. Avoid at all costs.

    Horrible motel the worst ever!! Had cockroaches everywhere they charge 50 for pet fee wich is pure nonsense staff was super disrespectful and very disorganized the rooms are super dirty No WiFi at alll!! I went to super 8 right next to it and it's thousand times better and they are incredible and charge 10 for pet fee the whole time your there don't waste your time on this motel period
