I like shopping at T.J. Maxx however lately it's been the not so undercover security guys that have been getting on my nerves something awful. Might I suggest to security...if you plan to follow shoppers around, pick up more than one item to make it seem as if you are really a shopper. Please allow folks to shop without looking in your face every time we turn a corner. Not all of us are shoplifters. Please and thank you.

The store is nice I gave 3 stars because when I went to check out this morning (9:45ish) the cashier (I didn't get her name but she was the African lady) was being rude. She didn't say anything to me when I greeted her. Then she asked if I wanted receipt at the end of the transaction and I said no ma'am not realizing it was asking me on the pad. Then she all of a sudden got snappy with her gesture of hitting no on the pad and made a ugh out loud being irritated for some reason. This was my first time in the store in over 2 years and if this is what her service is like everyday she shouldn't be there

I found the perfect jacket for a job interview. But the checkout line was extremely long and I was running late. The lady working in the dressing room held my jacket until I could pick it up later in the day. She was very positive and sweet.

This has always been my go to purse place. I went to purchase a new one and noticed they are all locked up so we had to get a manager to come unlock it, and then she took it to the front counter for when I checked out. I couldn’t keep it and take it up there myself. I really didn’t like being made to feel like I was or could be a thief.

This TJ Maxx is so amazing I worked there 15 years ago and Nikki makes every experience enjoyable, she goes out her way to assist as a manager for the customers and was equally accommodating during my time as an employee. They do an amazing job at keeping everything sized, colorized and in the correct departments. If you're into saving and fashion you are already aware that TJ Maxx going to give just that and the management staff treats you as if you're at a high end boutique, LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Managers are rude, store is never clean. And it looks like the workers are overworked because they have few employees doing everything.

Stopped in to check and see if they would have what I was looking for and sure enough they had my product. T.J. Maxx has a verity of things. It a good store to check out.

Very crowded,, return item line moved quickly. However, this TJMaxx needs another buyer. Merchandise isn't that great.
