Everyone was friendly throughout the entire process...from check in, to financials, to surgery, to check out. They are highly skilled and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend NVOMS!

Dr. Alvarado and ALL of his staff provided excellent customer service from my initial visit to the day of my procedure. They kept me well informed on what to expect, cost and gave excellent post procedure instructions to me and my husband. They have their post procedure regimen for wisdom teeth removal perfected. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed and have experienced very little discomfort (wouldn’t even call it pain) and I have only had about 3 pain pills since my procedure 2 days ago. I highly recommend them if you are in need of any service they provide. They will take excellent care of you!

I let them know my past and when I had a reaction to the anesthesia, I was woke up and taken straight out with a half explanation. And to top that off they said I didn't need the surgery but were going to go ahead with it anyways if the anesthesia would have worked. Absolutely would not recommend this doctor.
