😠 The best part of our experience was that the night clerk was very understanding and gave us a refund after seeing the room. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke. The beds looked as though the previous people staying in the room made the beds before leaving. The curtains were not fully hung, leav... People often mention room, hotel, refund, door,

The best part of our experience was that the night clerk was very understanding and gave us a refund after seeing the room. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke. The beds looked as though the previous people staying in the room made the beds before leaving. The curtains were not fully hung, leaving them partially open without privacy. The bathroom had a large chunk of drywall peeled back exposing mold and mildew. There were quite a few cars in the parking lot though, so maybe I was unlucky and got the only room in this condition.

YUCK!!!!! It was very scary place inside and out. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! It needs to be tore down. I wouldn't give this place any star, but if I have too, it would be a one, very very poor. Yuck, took one look at the room and got the heck out of there. We went to a much better hotel, might of been a little more, but at least it was updated and clean and free of bugs.

This was the most disgusting hotel i have ever seen in my life. i never write reviews but i had to write this to hopefully help someone else not fall victim to this. I made reservations and got to the hotel. First thing i saw was that the beds (covered in fecal matter) where on the floor. and lopsided. there was rat and roach droppings everywhere, beer bottles on the floor and microwave full of burnt food and noodles still stuck to it. I immediately tried to get a refund to stay elsewhere and they supposedly could not refund my money. at that point i didnt care i just had to get out of there. I paid 200 and went to a much nicer hotel and it was worth every penny. im only putting one star because i have to . this place should be condemned. believe me its worth the extra money to go somewhere else!

Stopped in to see if they had a room for my fiancee who is in a wheelchair. The gentleman guided me to a room that smelled like laundry soap and that's when I looked down to see powdered laundry soap spread out on the floor. I'm already disgusted then he leads me out to the one and only wheelchair ramp which has a pillar blocking the sidewalk in one area and his chair wouldn't even fit through

Friendly staff, horrible wifi, 15 tv channels and roaches ( that's all the good stuff about this place). So much screaming, yelling and fighting. The guest next to us was drunk and every 5-10 seconds he would scream WOOO. People constantly trying to open our door. We left after being there for 5 hours. Place is unsafe especially for families. Do not recommend unless you absolutely need a place.

The staff is very nice but the motel is DISGUSTING. I've traveled and stayed in many hotels, some not always the nicest for the concerts and other one night stay events. This is the most unclean place I have ever stayed. The carpet is stained, sticky and clearer hasn't been vacuumed in a long time, if ever. The bathroom - God.

I only rented the room for my dog to stay for a few hours while going to the amusement park. I felt terrible even leaving my dog there. By far the nastiest hotel room I’ve ever seen.

-5. The hotel is falling apart, the floors are week on the second floor. Graffiti on bottom of the tub, cabinets falling apart very dirty, smoke detecter not hooked up right. People hanging outside drinking and being loud past 10 p.m. shady people living there. Let's NOT talk about the beds being broken down and no fitting sheets blow drier broken and No towels or wash cloths. Literally drip dried it was petty.

RUN AWAY. This is not a hotel. People are living here. It was giving crack house. Beyond the crack house vibes, the room was dirty, “the wifi didn’t reach my room”, there was a lady dumpster diving. There was a large cigarette burn hole on the curtains in my room stuffed with a paper towel. A layer of dust on the tub, a broken sink, countertop. People were just hanging out outside their rooms with the hotel chairs and in the parking lot smoking and drinking during the day. Laundry out on the rails air drying. Everyone stared at me like I didn’t belong. They even had a basketball goal in the parking lot. I witnessed a “guest” receiving his mail from the front desk. There was no padlock latch on my door. I did not feel safe and immediately left after walking into my room. I can’t even post the long list of red flags in this one review. Fortunately Expedia gave me a full refund.

It's got bugs but no microwave and you have to beg for a refrigerator. Went a few days with no hot water to bathe, they didn't give me towels so I had my own, toilet doesn't flush well, I went for almost two weeks without my door opening so I had to have someone open it with a key which was fine but I'd like to go to my room and enter with no problems or bothering people. The people that work there are really nice and quiet met the owner who's also very nice. I just had a few problems but I'm gone now. Their rooms are 250 a week and I couldn't afford it any longer.

DO NOT STAY HERE when we first got here they tried to get us to pay 60$ for a room that had bullet hole in the Windows and doors and blood in the carpets and the tvs and the lights wouldn't even work the doors wouldn't lock either

The rooms are extremely run down and the. Place is in need of a drastic remodel. There was old soap still laying on the tub. We had to go to the office and request soap and towels. There was old drinks left in the refrigerator from other guests. The only reason that I didn't demand my money back and go elsewhere, is that we were traveling with others that had made the reservations and paid in advance.

The worst hotel ever!!! Bees in the room, ceiling falling in, bathroom still filthy with someone else's loofahs still in tub, wall paper falling off, comforters did not match. Absolutely horrible! Looked like a trap house! Would have rather slept in my car. Only good thing was clerk had no problem refunding my money.

very kind to those permanent residents with no where to go , and they deserve a Lil recognition for that . so clearly Eminem and Tupac should help a Google search right?

if I could give it a zero or negative score, I would. I've never seen such filthy. I feel dirty just from walking in the room

Went to pick up a stranded family member down and out from an abusive situation. The room was filled with roaches and bed bugs. Very filthy! OMG Had to go through decontamination before going back home.
