    Mala atención con los pacientes por parte de los trabajadores del centro de salud.     Hay una persona en concreto de las que atiende el mostrador que es maleducada, prepotente, sin ninguna empatía y maltrata a los pacientes sin ningún pudor. De las demás, ninguna queja. Por favor, cuando no tengan a ningún paciente para atender en el mostrador, quiten la locución que dice que están todos ocupados y hagan el favor de descolgar el teléfono. Queda fatal cuando compruebas in situ (teléfono en mano) que no te cogen el teléfono aunque no haya ningún paciente que atender (al menos es lo que hace la persona a la que me referí al principio). La sanidad pública se la están cargando personas como esta y otras que no cumplen con sus obligaciones y al final pagan justos por pecadores.

    No cogen el teléfono, la mayoría en recepción son unas impresentables, maleducadas y si necesitas ayuda te lo van a hacer complicado. Vaya limpieza de personal se merece este ambulatorio.

    En este centro envían a personas a punto de jubilarse, sin ningunas ganas de atender, pero con muchas de irse a casa, dejar sitio a gente más preparada, que pareceis de una serie de televisión , de cuando curaban las heridas con cocacola , que vergüenza de centro de verdad

    Si encuentro por la calle algún día a la subnormal de recepción le pego una hostia, cero empatía, solo recriminaciones, inepta que no se entera de lo que digo. Pagar impuestos para pagarle el sueldo a impresentables como esa. Gentuza como esa destroza el sistema sanitario público.

    I have been going to this doctor my whole life and I have always had the same experience, they never answer the phone, those at the reception are very unfriendly and not very decisive. Every time I go to have an analysis, there are always errors on the papers, I don't know what they will do but it is embarrassing to have a health center like this in a neighborhood like ours.

    Me hice un seguro de salud privado huyendo de la atención que da este centro de salud. No cogen el teléfono NUNCA, solo si llamas a emergencias se atreven a descolgar. Acudes allí y las empleadas de admisión que no dejan de ser simples auxiliares administrativas, saben determinar lo que es una urgencia médica y lo que puede esperar. Desagradables, barriobajeras y maleducadas, se piensan que tienen el puesto asegurado. Lamentable que pagando una seguridad social se tengan empleados de este calibre.

    Es lo peor. No sé cómo no despiden al personal. Que no valen ni para coger el teléfono y atender al personal. Llamas durante horas y horas y después de ir están tranquilamente una se va fuera otra charreta, de vez en cuando cojen teléfono, Alguno en persona que va. Vamos una vergüenza que se supone que están trabajando y les pagamos todos. El peor consultorio que conozco.     Casi siempre que he ido he tenido buen trato por parte de todo el personal. De hecho hoy mismo acudí de urgencias y en 20min tenía todo resuelto, hay veces que me ha tocado esperar más pero la experiencia siempre ha sido positiva. Eso si, si quieres coger cita mejor a través de la web porque el teléfono rara vez lo cogen. Por lo demás, todo bien.
