There
are
encounters
in
my
life
that
change
my
trajectory.
And
one
of
them
is
meeting
Estrella
-
my
guide
in
the
world
of
yoga.
I
am
a
person,
who
is
sensitive
to
energies,
so
the
determining
factor
in
choosing
a
mentor
for
me
was
my
state
before,
during
and
after
the
practice.
I
was
looking
for
my
person
in
Valencia
for
a
long
time,
and
when
I
went
to
the
first
yoga
session
with
Estrella,
magic
happened!
It
was
a
full
moon
yoga
day...
the
seashore,
the
sunset
slipping
behind
the
horizon,
a
field
of
like-minded
people
numbering
100...
and
our
collective
practice
overlooking
the
rising
moon!!!
I
experienced
incredible
state
of
happiness
and
joy,
of
connection
with
myself
and
the
outside
world.
It
was
so
aesthetically
pleasing,
so
inspiringly
beautiful
that
goosebumps
ran
down
my
skin.
After
this
meeting
I
realized
that
my
inner
response
led
me
to
the
right
person,
my
person...and
I
want
to
practice
yoga
with
her.
It's
only
been
two
months,
my
body
has
never
responded
so
quickly
and
produced
such
amazing
results!
I
feel
myself
many
times
better,
my
spine
pain
has
gone,
my
posture
has
improved
and
my
body
has
become
more
flexible.
Today
I
am
flying!
The
variety
of
practices
is
very
impressive
-
yoga,
ashtanga,
yin,
mantras,
meditation,
full
moon
yoga,
Turia.
This
choice
gives
me
the
opportunity
to
try
and
find
my
own,
watch
how
my
body
responds
and
practice
something
new
each
time.
I
feel
and
see
with
what
love
Estrella
creates
the
program,
how
she
takes
care
of
each
of
us
personally,
so
that
there
is
progress,
how
she
teaches
to
perform
complex
asanas,
giving
information
in
a
simple
language,
and
these
asanas
do
not
seem
so
complicated,
because
we
have
a
rapid
visible
progress!
We
all
have
gathered
from
different
parts
of
the
world
at
one
point,
with
one
intention
-
to
become
a
little
better
than
our
old
selves.
With
a
desire
that
everyone
aspires
to
-
to
be
happy.
It's
probably
one
of
the
most
beautiful
yoga
experiences
of
my
life...
and
one
of
the
strongest
experiences
in
terms
of
feeling
my
energies
and
achieving
results
in
such
a
short
period
of
time.
During
the
classes
everyone
goes
through
their
own
path
and
one
common
path,
in
which
we
always
have
the
support
of
Estrella
-
a
person
with
a
subtle
feeling,
a
person
who
is
always
with
great
care
and
attention
to
everyone,
helping
to
build
a
healthy
and
beautiful
body.
It's
so
motivating
and
so
inspiring.
I
am
very
lucky
to
have
met
such
a
magical
yoga
teacher,
mentor
and
guide,
and
just
a
beautiful
person!
