Lu’s level of knowledge about the body, alignment, avoiding injury and optimizing movement is evident in every session. Highly recommended.

The team's treatment is wonderful, excellent professional and a better person. Apart from the technical knowledge, the best thing is that they know how to transmit it in a simple way so that you can internalize it, they give you the tools you need. Llevo solo un mes entrenando con el equipo Latte Up y ya he logrado buenos resultados. Estoy muy contento con el entrenamiento que estoy realizando y el seguimiento mensual de mis objetivos que realiza junto a la dieta que me recomienda! Siempre me habia dado pereza entrenar y con ellos lo estoy disfrutando muchisimo. Te crean un ambiente agradable y de confianza. Sin esfuerzo no hay resultados!
