This is like the most dishonest owner ever. We booked a room for my wifes birthday, two years ago, way before corona. Unfortunately, corona came in between and travelling was impossible. The owner refused a refund or any other compensation. Not the right way to handle this. Be aware!

For the price this should be a lot better, there's a lot of small problems that I don't understand. Good: - the location is excellent - the windows are soundproof - easy access Bad: - you have to register in an application before arrival and make a 150€ deposit. - you have to wash the dishes and take the garbage out when you leave, otherwise you can have a 40€ fee. I AM PAYING 500€ for 4 nights, can't the owner pay a cleaning person to do this?!!! Never been in an appartment with this policy - only 2 glasses, and 4 espresso cups. No mugs, no bowls for cereal, no jar to make tea. We ASKED the owner for a jar and mugs and he DIDN'T bother to reply... So you see the owner does not care what you need. - no first aid kit. You have a vending machine with band aids... WTH ?! Never seen this, even in cheaper appartments we always had a first aid kit. - The air vents are not cleaned in years, they have a lot of dust. - the kitchen chairs are very uncomfortable, it is tall chairs (bar style) but the table is not tall enough so you have to bent to eat causing back pain. You don't have a normal chair in the appartment, so if you spend all day walking you can't sit and relax, only in the bed..

Apartment is very good located close to everything we needed - central market place is just across the street for breakfast, there are at least 2 bike rentals close by and lot of nice restaurants for tapas and paella. Apartment is pretty good equipped, it was clean and easy accessible. Host was nice and communicating when needed. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that we could be notified in advance there is reconstruction ongoing in the building next door which is very noisy and we were in shock in the morning when they started to work (8 am 😳)

Ubicación perfecta,mejor imposible. Un poco caro, pero lo alquilé en el último momento. Al estar tan céntrico y tan bajo al nivel de la calle, es algo ruidoso por la noche, especialmente si hay gente hablando en el parque que está entre el mercado y el edificio. La comunicación con los que gestionan el piso es algo caótica: a veces te contactan por WhatsApp, por la app de Airbnb o por la que gestiona los datos de los invitados, vamos un lío. Es resto ok
