Lovely traditional family run like business. The food was first class and cooked with a homemade touch. The service was good and the price is very good value for such delicious food. The food is halal. I will be coming back to this place and recommend it to everyone who wants a taste of Morocco.

Kind of ironic, they don't serve alcohol but the waitress was drunk. The service was terrible. The waitress was drunk, not professional and unpleasant. When we wanted to pay, we asked to split the bill but she said no, you need to pay all together, my friend got angry and she said ok. Many people left the place because nobody took care of them. We should have done the same in first place. I don't like to leave bad reviews but the service was unacceptable. The food was ok but I didn't like much the couscous, too sweet, no meat, just cheap merguez and falafel. Lot of onions on top. I expected some peace of beef besides two ridiculous merguez. Toilet not clean.

All the meat is halal. The kibbeh was crispy and delicious. The beef in the main course was melt in your mouth tender. The lemonade was incredibly fresh. The peppermint tea was the perfect end to our delicious meal. Would recommend 10/10. Kind and courteous staff as well :)

My absolutely favorite place in Valencia! I could eat there every day. Everything I’ve tried on the menu has been super good but my favorites were the Tajin and Coscus. They are out of this world. They also have a nice seating area in front. Don’t miss out on this place!

Terrible service! Few items were out of the menu and when I finally ordered food, the salad was without pita bread. When I asked the waiter he said it usually is, but now they were out of pita 😂. I guess he thought I wouldn’t notice. He didn’t apologize, and he sat outside on the table where I could hear what he watched on his phone. Too bad, since the food was not bad and if it wasn’t for him I would have returned. If it indeed a family run business, try to find someone who actually likes working.

Me and my girlfriend came here today as we were passing. We had the Menu of the day and it was amazing. The service was great, we were open to ordering in Spanish but they made it easier for us by speaking English too. The guy and the girl were fantastic and gave us a bag to take the leftovers that we couldn't finish. As we live in Valencia now, we'll definitely return to this place.

Very good food, very good quality, the waitress was so nice and welcomed us with a smile. We had the zaaluk which was awesome, the "tayin de pollo" (chicken) and a vegetable couscous. Everything was delicious. We'll come back for sure.

I came to this place because it is halal Service was very good it was excellent Food was fresh is good but not special. The portions are very big so it is value for your money. They had nice Arabic/Berber music.

Food was really good. Too bad about the passive-aggressive waiter. As soon as we walked in the air was very chilly. Do you have a reservation? No. Sit over there. No please, thank you. We were one of 2 tables but he kept disappearing in the kitchen. Waited for water which he left sitting in front of us on the bar. He was not busy. Served our meals and then left us until we were well past ready to go. We considered just throwing cash on the table. Que Peña! We are living here this winter and would have gone back for sure as it is around the corner.

Delicious and very fresh, bright flavors! Small place so the server is very busy, but it’s a family run atmosphere. The fattoush salad and Laban are so refreshing, not to mention the traditional teas & lemonade. Would definitely go back!

Food was absolutely delicious. And gives real taste of the authentic Maroccan kitchen. We will be back hopefully in the future.

We stumbled upon this place by chance and decided to give it a try because it had a nice and cosy atmosphere. We ordered several appetizers and shared a tajin and cuscus… and they were all absolutely delicious. Best Moroccan food I’ve had in a long time. The service was very nice too and prices quite reasonable for the excellent quality. Will definitely come back.

This is such a nice little spot. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. We had the €13 lunch menu which felt like really good value: starter salad with bread, vegetable, couscous, fresh lemonade, sweet treat and tea. Highly recommended!

I had a delightful experience at Aladwaq, a Moroccan restaurant in Valencia. The lamb and chicken tagine was incredibly tender, and the couscous dish was equally fantastic. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the meal, and the warm ambiance made it a memorable evening.

We ordered chicken tajin, grape leaves, hummus and the sweets platter, plus green tea with mint. It was all good, for a good price. Friendly service. Although there was only one server, our food came rather quickly. I highly recommend Aladwaq for a casual lunch or dinner.

Thanks to the people at this restaurant. I didn’t like the food. We ordered tahjin con pollo. And it was just simple chicken no taste. Sth normal. The limunada was really badddddd. I compare with the price, not recommended. Also they were really slow. We ordered our dishes and after 40 minutes they came and asked if we ordered or not. The smell of the kitchen was completely inside the restaurant and no good fan. Not clean kitchen. Not good in total.

Delicious veggie couscous. Harira was no more than ok. As mentioned in other reviews, service is extremely slow.

Awesome service. Very tasty Moroccon food. We tried Harira, Lamb Tajin, Fatush salad, and Tea. All was tasty.

The b’stilla (pastilles in spanish) was good if a bit dry and fair price because it’s time consuming to make. BUT the hummus was SO overpriced. €5.50 for a smudge on the plate - about 1/4 cup or 2 oz! Hummus is very cheap to make so not sure why they gave so little. The lemonade was fantastic.

That was suprising good! We didnt have so much experience with such food, but every płatne was orginal and unforgotable. My recommandation if you look for something new.

The couscous was actually delicious and the portions are generous. We ordered tea also but it was terrible. The service was slow although the restaurant was not packed. I still recommend the place if you want to try some authentic Moroccan couscous. And finally the harira soup was amazing 😋

Absolutely amazing food and service! The waitress was super friendly and the food incredibly tasty and fresh. Very good prices for good portions. You will pay around 10-15 eu pp and so worth it!

My girlfriend and I stopped in on a trip in Valencia and had a great experience! Highlights were the arayes and chicken tayin. Ended our meal with some lovely mint tea and cheesecake. The food was delicious and the service was great - would certainly recommend!

We went there because we were disappointed by the dishonesty and rudeness of the staff in the nearby restaurant called Marrakesh. We were pleasantly surprised by Aladwaq. The lady who served us was very polite and friendly. The food was reasonably priced and delicious. I would definitely go back and also recomment it to friends.

Visited them today 22/8/21 after another establishment around the corner was closed without any notice. We were little disappointed and used Google for Halal places to eat near me. This came up with 2 minutes walk. They were fully booked and offered us to wait 10 minutes so they can accommodate us. We waited and got the table. Everything was fresh and tasty, tagine portions are for 1 person only so order accordingly. Home made lemonade is good but bit sour for my taste. Reason for 4⭐️ Is very bad Moroccon tea as it was way too strong and no mint at all. So chef must get some classes on how to make Morrocon tea.

You will most likely end up getting the 15 EUR menu. It's definitely worth it.

Our place of choice for Marrocan food. All the food is great tasting. Even better if you want take away the price is cheaper. The waitress is always very helpful and kind.

delicious moroccan food with good portions and low prices. Everything was freshly made and very tasty. Absolutely recommended!

We ordered couscus with chicken + veggies and Tayin de Pollo (chicken with rice) which was really overpriced for such a small portion. The price on the whiteboard outside for take away food was around 6,50 Euro. If you eat it at the restaurant you pay 10euro (Tayin de Pollo) and 11,50euro (couscous con Pollo). Couscous con Pollo tasted well (portion was quite okay for a woman) but Tayin de Pollo was really small portion (more bones than meat) - taste was okay.
