I have been to bluebell three times because I considered it a favourable place to get my chai latte plus their cake is outstanding. However, after my recent visit today, I have been to Bluebell Coffee for the last time. Based on my good experiences I asked some friends to go there today. We ordered cake, coffee, hot chocolate and chai latte. All drinks were lukewarm, so I told the waiter, just about my chai latte. She felt the cup and gave me a strange look. After a while, the barista came back with a new chai latte telling me that if I wanted an extra hot tea, I should let her know and that the tea I had been served was hot. In other words "don't tell me how to do my job". I told her about my past and good experiences where I got served a perfectly hot chai latte to which she replied, that this was not normal. This was when I found out that the other drinks we had ordered were not hot either. And now the chai latte I was given was burnt. As a customer I can accept many things. What I cannot accept is arrogance, or ignorance for that matter and poor service. Bluebell is clearly a popular place but the buzz of people coming and going shouldn't result in any barista feeling above the place and not taking responsibility for poor service. I went from loving this place to never going there again. Why? Because I don't want lukewarm drinks that are meant to be hot. And I want to feel safe asking to have a new one if a mistake was made. On a good day, Bluebell is a wonderful place with amazing food and drinks. Hopefully, when you go there it will be a good day. Attached photos are from my good experience :-)

Very nice place, mostly for tourists. It seems always packed with people who’ve heard/read about this place. Coffee is good, options for food too. Wasn’t too impressed overal though, especially considering the prices. Vegan options available. The atmosphere was cozy and the service good ☺️

Lovely coffee and a delicious breakfast. The grated tomatoes were simple but full of flavour and one of my fav meals of the week I had in valencia.

Nice coffee and really nice food as well! We came here for brunch on a Sunday morning and it was so nice! We had the matcha pancake and the pulled pork waffle. Haven’t finish a whole plate of food in a long time so now you know how good the food is!

Fantastic place for brunch. Coffee roasted on site by women who were all super friendly and accommodating (our Spanish is worse than basic). The coffee was superb and the avocado and poached egg on toast was one of the best I've had. Lovely relaxed vibe.

Stopped in here to have coffee as we found it recommended - had a cortado - excellent. But we decided to have some sweets - ordered the Mathca pancakes and a mango shake. Both fantastic. The pancakes were the best we’ve ever had anywhere. Outstanding. Highly recommend. The area where this is located is full of great places to take in.

Perfect place for breakfast or brunch. Excellent coffee and great food, quality and variety. It was possible to try different coffees (Colombian, African). Very nice environment (seats outside and inside) and nice staff. We stayed in Valencia for a week and tried different places, this one was by far my favourite. Menu in Spanish and English!

Really nice place! We were in Valencia only for a few days, but we visited that place twice 😊. We tried some of their sandwiches - one with salmon, another with bacon and I had an avocado toast with a poached egg:) All were delicious :) Very nice service! Cosy and informal vibes. Clean and friendly :) We tried roasts from Rwanda and Columbia(as I recall), and both were rich in taste and flavor! Really good quality! All in all, whenever I go back to Valencia - This is now my must-go place 😁

Nice and cozy Australian style brunch cafe in the side streets of Valencia. Interesting options to choose from. Really good quality coffee and healthy juices.

The best coffee I have had in Spain! Such a gorgeous cafe with really friendly staff and delicious food. We both got two flat whites with oat milk, I was so happy to see coffee art. It was amazing. The oat pancakes I got were absolutely divine! Nice and filling without being too much. The avocado toast was fab too and both so well presented. I highly recommend this cafe.

Excellent coffee, friendly service (good English compensating for my poor Spanish) and very tasty food. My avocado toast with bacon was carefully prepared, with sweet piquancy from the pickled onion slices lifting the salty, crispy bacon. We'll worth seeking out

The batch brew and a toast with a poached egg weren’t so bad. The place is very beautiful, and has a toilet.

Really delicious coffee and good service. We grabbed the coffee to go so can’t talk much about the atmosphere other than it felt quite hot in there and didn’t seem to have any fan/air conditioning in use. We also bought an energy ball which was a lot less firm than expected, but still fine none the less.

Went here for the first time this week, the local is very cute and the little space in the "garden" is so nice, unfortunately there was someone doing some work so it was a bit loud when we were there. My friend and I ordered an iced coffee and then I also ordered the banana bread - very tasty and not dry, like many banana breads are. The coffee was very strong - I like it strong, but some might find it too much. The girl that attended us was very nice, but the guy was not. My friend asked politely if she could leave her CV there when we were leaving. His response was "do you have any experience?" - she sincerely said she did not, and then he proceeded to say "then it is a waste of a CV". I thought it was a really unnecessary comment, did not like this at all. Not impressed with this waiter. Beyond that, everything was great.

Without a doubt the best cafe in Valencia. Such friendly staff and amazing coffee and food! Must visit if you're in the area 😊 would highly recommend the salmon toast or the pancakes! They're both absolutely delicious!

Highly recommend! This is a fabulous place with the right coffee and kitchen — the best branch that I had for a long time (I live in UK, and believe me it’s not so easy to find the right coffee and a salmon toast prepared with so much love and delicious toppings). I’m so grateful to the team, you’ve made my husband’s and mine day ✨✨✨ wish you all the best! Cheers, Ula.

We were there for brunch and it was pretty busy, but the girls there did a fantastic job and everything ran smoothly 🌸 We had avocado toast with poached eggs and salmon toady, both with gluten free bread 😉 and a delecious carrot juice with ginger. The coffee is very good, brewed locally by women :) and with vegetal milk (oat).

Lovely place for brunch and breakfast! Authentic ambiente and helpful staff. The place is a tourist magnet and it is sometimes hard to find a free spot. Please try the avocado toast and the fresh juices.

Finally found a place with good coffee! The iced latte was on point as well. The reason I gave 4 starts for the food is because for the avocado poached egg toast we had, the bread was too crunchy and a bit hard to handle. But otherwise, the taste and the presentation was great.

This coffee is a jewel for people who enjoy speciality coffee and like to work or read in cafeterias. It is one of the few in Valencia who are okay with laptops and let you work there for a longer time. And probably the best one. The staff is very kind and helpful, the coffee is of high quality, roasted in Valencia by local women and the ethical outreach that the team has here is admirable and makes the atmoshere here even more comfortable. Thank you!

Good coffee, tasty brunch, place looks cool but nothing too special although it must be cool in warmer days when the garden terrace is open. Staff can be a bit more friendly. All in all good place to eat brunch and drink coffee!

Visiting from LA and this feels right at home! Delicious coffee and food. Had the avocado toast with egg and the salmon toast! Both were super tasty! If you are a coffee aficionado come here! Woman owned business, lovely staff! Go ladies!!!!

Lovely little coffeeshop which serves its own roasted coffee. Rwanda filter coffee was great and the way they package and recommend different varieties shows the staff are serious about their product. Must-see when in VLC!

Easily one of the best coffee shops in Valencia! Excellent choice of coffees, plant based milk available for those who care, fresh delicious food. Friendly & helpful staff. Can't wait to go back!

Small, friendly and cool speciality coffee shop. Don’t bother with your laptop here. Surfing is frowned upon and rightly so because you will need all six senses to concentrate on the select coffee and delicious cake. There’s a pretty courtyard for summer.

Our favorite cafe in Valencia! We were here twice in the three days that we were here :) love the environment, great coffee and delicious food!

Though it looks good it tastes bad. The coffee is terrible and the bacon in Benedict Egg is cold and not suitable for the dish. The chia pudding is ok but too expensive. Will definitely not come again.

Delicious specialty coffee and great brunch-like food. They sell beans and brewing equipment, too. We got a great bag of Kenyan light roast to enjoy at home.

Great little coffee spot, nice food and coffee but a little on the pricey side! Definitely recommend for a little coffee stop.

An amazing place to brunch or just drink a homemade roasted coffee. There is a menu from Monday to Friday and one for weekends which is in Spanish but the lovely owner of the restaurant will also help you to translate everything. We had a salmon and avcoado which was perfect - normally we are not the big pancakes fan but those ones convinced us to eat pancakes more often. Suuuuper delicious.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Valencia. The coffee and the food are delicious. We had the flat white, pancakes, and toast with avocado, bacon, and poached egg. It’s a lovely spot with excellent coffee and great food. We look forward to buying some coffee to bring back with us in a few weeks.

Really good quality coffee and food. A bit expensive, especially by VLC standards but it’s worth it for a special treat every now and then. The cafe is beautiful and well run.
