Such a heaven’s gift! It’s striking and lovely at the same time. The green and red scenes perfectly blend for a nature escapade like no other. It’s inside a resort. I wasn’t able to stay long and swim. Regardless, it was a sweet visit I want to do again with loved ones and friends. It’s about a 45-minute trike trip from Dumaguete City. If you have some time to spare before your flight, this is an ideal detour!

Such an amazing view. The rocks here are naturally "red" or dark brown, hence the name pulangbato... just be very careful when walking along the falls, because the natural rocks are not leveled and very slippery. The ambience is very relaxing, can be great for picnic or family gathering.

5 stars for being a pet friendly resort. Generally, the place is peaceful, clean, budget-friendly, and a great place for a family vacation. Staff are friendly and accommodating. There's a nearby attraction (Sulfur vent) which makes your trip more worth it. There's also plenty of parking spaces.

Can I please give this beautiful oasis infinite stars… I have never in my life been to such a beautiful place as this. I wish I could own this place, live there, and never leave. It has been my absolute favorite place to visit in the Philippines 🇵🇭 ❤️

What you see is what you get. One of the most amazing creations in Dumaguete. Going there is easy, it is near the Sulfur vents. You can use google maps for an accurate location. We enjoyed our anniversary date there experiencing the cold waters of the falls. If given a chance to go back, I will absolutely grab the chance.

We drove up to see the falls and it did not disappoint. It was decidedly cooler there between the higher elevation and the mist from the falls contributing to the effect. With noting but the sound of crashing and flowing water from the falls, it is a very calming and peaceful escape from the general traffic! There is also a resort here, but I'm not sure if it has reopened yet, but it did look like an interesting place to stay.

Amazed by the Beauty of this Falls. Entrance is P100, they also offer overnight stay. We did not indulged in the water cause it's so cold. Accommodation is good..

It was very nice to just drive up park the vehicle and a 1 minute walk to the falls after paying a 100 peso fee for each person. You're allowed to go swimming or waiting into the pool under the falls very nice although the rocks are red and will mark up your clothes or shorts or whatever you're wearing if you sit on them

Dropped by this touristy view after visiting Casaroro. You have to pay 100 entrance fee. There was not much to see here but if you truly want to maximize your time here, it is recommended that you swim and even stay at one of their cottages. There were not a lot of visitors when we came last Friday so we enjoyed our brief stop here.

The visuals here are typical of what attracts tourists to the Philippines because the falls are spectacular. Its also popular with the locals so likely to be busy especially during the weekends. My understanding is it would be in your best interest to reserve a space prior to your arrival through FB. There is a restaurant available but you can also choose to bring your own food and drinks. Recommend checking this resort out if you are wanting to escape the heat, hang out relax and maybe take a swim.

A lot of people in the place! There's a resort around the waterfalls so you could stay longer for food and some swimming. To get to the falls you walk this hanging bridge. Didnt get to swim tho just passed by to see the place

Beautiful place with two falls. You can swim in one of them. You can rent a cottage, buy food and get foot massages. Can highly recommend.

Interesting place. Warning. The water here is very cold! Theres a big waterfall when you cross the hanging bridge and go down. Photo op. Hard to swim in since it's full of rocks at the bottom. Hit my shins several times. There's also a "current" due to the forcw of the water coming from above. There's another smaller waterfall on the right which leads into a pool. This is easier to swim in. If you climb higher there's an even smaller waterfall thay feeds the bigger one below. The other pool was under maintenance and there's supposedla a kiddie pool somewhere at the back. There's also a small restaurant. Didn't really try it though. It's just ok for me.

This place is very recommended! The waters is so refreshing and there are options where you can do swimming either in the waterfalls or in the pool. You can also take Instagrammable pictures on the hanging bridge.

Serval water falls of different sizes. Great to spend the day in cool spring water from the mountains. We didn't eat in restaurants due to the size of our family (16 people) , the park allowed us to bring inside our foods and beverages. Great place for family times..

One of the popular and interesting falls here in Dumaguete. The reddish color really catches your eye and distinguishes it from other falls. There are cabanas where you can rest for a while. I believe you can also book and overnight reservation. We only stayed for a while ans ate at their small store.

Its all white noise there. Its definitely for you to calm your mind and relax. The falls was pretty awesome. I didn't get to stay there overnight but will definitely do when I return because it was so peaceful and quite there.

Beautiful place to relax especially if your doing to visit Dumaguete, much better to head on Valencia for some hot/cold spring. Tips: better to bring foods and rent cottage. No fee for corkage ❣

We arrived here around 10.30am on a Saturday and nasolo namin yun place befor it gets crowded around 12 noon. There is 2 falls. One is the big one which has the taste of iron. The other falls is a small one. There is a swimming pool as well near the entrance. There is a store where you can buy food. We ordered avo shake for 150. Lanzones is available as well for 35 per kilo

The place was okay. It's a developed area and is currently a resort. A lot of people are there when we got there. They were swimming in the resort. The falls was really near, I thought we would have to hike for a while but I was surprised when we got there after a few minutes. Unless you're going to swim in the resort, you'll only spend around 15-20 minutes here taking pictures. You can only see one level of the falls. Maybe you can go higher up if you'll be allowed to see the upper level of the falls. I was a bit disappointed because the place was not as I expected. The highly developed area made it less appealing.

Experience mini adventure and fun as you witness the picturesque scenery in Pulang Bato Falls. Known for its high mineral content water, the falls has red to orange color on the stones/walls around it. It is a result of the sulfur deposits in the area. The entranfe fee is 100 pesos.

It's amazing how this pretty waterfall is located only 25 minutes from Dumaguete City. The water is iron-rich, the cause for the red discoloration of the rocks, so it can smell a bit rusty. But the water was nice and cold, and also deep. There weren't a lot of people, and at some point I even had the waterfall to myself!

I love this place. It is quite easy to come to here and the entrance fee is quite reasonable (php100). It has 2 spots inside: one for the big waterfall that you cannot really swim ‘swimming’, in the second- smaller waterfall, you can do the swimming tho. The place is nice and has a lot of chairs or cottages to sit in and relax. One thing tho, the water is quite cold so make sure you have everything that you need or coming at the right time so you are not freezing or something like that.

Nature is always a refreshing reminder of God’s amazing creativity. This place is one of those masterpieces. Not too far from the main road, it’s accessible and easy to find. Definitely a must-visit when in Negros Oriental.

Drove here from Dumaguete to about 30 min. Arrived around 1pm, wasn't very busy. Plenty of free parking. Entrance is 100 pesos providing access to all 3 pools. There is a Cafe and seating area. Waterfall is cool and inviting especially in a hot day. Staff are super friendly. Facilities are well kept. They offer day use and over night stays. Easy to access falls

Wow where to start... Beautiful! Maybe suggest you take off on a week day and slip away early as it tends to get busy there. Morning our peaceful, yet the whole location is beautiful, wonderful, relaxing and oh such wonderful water temperature. You can swim in 2 location and get in near both waterfalls. Yes 2 falls... The meals there are cheap and tasty. Very good.. Oh almost forgot,, you can stay overnight if you chose. Nice rooms (about 2100 a night I think). Drive safe road work just ahead and narrow road as well. Be blessed
