The most backward department store. When you pay Card payment they have to write down your details. You have to prepare change or small bill because the cashier will ask you to pay the exact amount! What??!

I got experience a few days ago Overall it's the best mall in Valencia city for all kinds of daily needs shopping at a good price . Some stuff on the 2nd and 3rd floor is a little high price but still manageable Staff are really so friendly and professional

I wish they would handle there meat better lack of decent refrigeration is scary I just bought a blender found out it only has 7day warrantee ( exchange only). No faith in their products.. Chinese store 7 day warrantee only Chinese store was p400 cheaper. Hmm mistake. I went buy watch was told most name brands are fakes by sales person how can a major department store knowing sell all these fake products no wonder theres no warranty with their products Pity even PH government acknowledge its blantantly disregards international protection allowing fakes to be openly sold Update: I don't like going to this store they have no consideration for customers. They have Brand new store they opened in unsafe condition can't imagine how they got permission to open They don't care about customers with handicap or elderly who would open a multi level store without an elevator ?? Incompetent!! Escalators rarely operate onlygo up one floor, with four more floors by stairs Air-conditioning is horrible store too hot I won't shop there given any other choices Management is not very smart or customer oriented

It's q bit crowded, good thing a new Gaisano building in Valencia is almost done constructing.

This is an old but gold place to be should you need to do some grocery shopping, buy affordable clothing and toys, and even snacking. With the growing number of the vehicles in the city, they still have not decided to expand the parking area.

I always choose Gaisano Valencia for shopping rtw's like uniforms for my kids and school shoes and other footwear. The brands and items they offer is very reliable. Long-lasting and very much worth the money.
