Nice pizzeria and Pasta restaurant. Good ambience. Overall a little over budget since is a franchise.

I didn't feel like a valued customer after the first waitress realised I couldn't speak Spanish. However, my table waiter was lovely and the food was nice. Wasn't too happy about being charged for the water that I didn't ask for also.

This restaurant is vastly under staffed. Based on the seating there should be at least 4 waiters. Instead, only 2 were present when we attempted to dine here. Allow me to present you a timeline. We arrived on a Thursday evening 8.30 pm. The restaurant was half empty and there was no queue waiting to be seated. Despite that, we were only seated at 8.57pm, 27 minutes after arriving. By that time a queue of roughly 20 people had accumulated behind us. The restaurant was still half empty and the queue at the door kept increasing. All that time you could see the two chefs doing pretty much nothing because the speed of taking orders was so slow. In fact after a 20 minute wait we decided to leave at 9.17 pm. We had waited 47 minutes to be seated and not being asked our order in a half empty restaurant. During the time we were seated, we saw at least 9 people leave the queue. Another observation we made was that pretty much all glasses were empty. Conclusion and tip for the owner. Hire more people. Including ourselves in the 47 minutes we had been waiting a minimum of 11 people left without ordering. Assuming that your average order per person is 20 euro (main + 2 drinks), a minimum of 220 euro in revenue left the restaurant in the 47 minutes we were there. And that with a half empty restaurant. I am not even taking into account all the lost revenue of people that had empty glasses and could have ordered another drink if only being asked. So for goodness sake, hire more people!

We didn’t make a reservation on a Thursday evening and were rudely asked to wait for a few minutes. There were enough free tables just not enough staff. A mistake that can happen. We eventually waited 20 minutes for a table. Once seated we waited another 25 minutes but no second look. We walked out without ever tasting the food. During that time 8 other people walked away as well. Missed opportunity for the restaurant. Probably not coming back.

Great fun at Gino’s restaurant! Pizza and drinks were lovely. Service was brilliant too! Friendly staff!

We was taking sin gluten-free menu. All food comes without any order we got starter and just after this one main. Another main come 10 minutes later so as all eat not together. Pasta bolognese 3/6, pasta carbonara 5/6, pizza 2/6. Maybe standard food is better but gluten free I will not recommend this place.

The sangria was phenomenal and all of the food was amazing. Even the Caesar salad was to die for.

Terrible service! 2 hours waiting foe food! And nothing!!! Everyone else ate but us!! Everyone in the terrace! They said it was too crowded, but if you’re not ready to have people.. don’t work!

Absolutely horrible service and gluten free food!! They forgot my 87 year old mothers order, and left us waiting for 45 min. Don’t go here!!!

Warm welcoming servers with excellent food. Enjoyed the pizzas, compared favourably to the pizza we had on a previous night at a different restaurant. The cake here was also very good - we had the apple tart with ice cream. 100% recommend!

Our server, a nice young man, was especially gracious and efficient - and the food as usual was excellent. My husband had the pasta with shrimp - perfectly prepared. My burrata salad with pesto also featured the freshest of cheese and tomatoes - I just love it here at Gino's. This makes dining out worthwhile - yum!

Good Italian food in heart of valencia. Still eating on American time (almost) restaurant had plenty seating mid week at 2030.
