Receptionist are really helpful, early check-in possible. Breakfast could be better if they service olive, tomato, cucumber. Rooms are ok but lacks of noise isolation. Location is edge of the center but peaceful. Room cleaning service unsatisfactory, they didn’t clean our room for three days; not enough toilet papers (they left just one toilet paper).

Bathroom was not that clean. Kitchen is pretty old fashioned. Lousy and noisy neighbours, walls are made of paper. The place is under some kind of renovation and they start to drill at 8 AM in the morning (which is not a problem of course if they inform you about this earlier - or they reduce the price for this period).

A wonderful hotel. I stayed there for more than 20 days, 3 times. Very wonderful. Clean. Great comfort. Quiet. Close to all tourist and commercial places and markets. The employees are highly respected and appreciated. 4 stars is better than 7 stars. We will return to him in less than a month. from KSA.

We stayed here for one night but it was perfect. Rooms: clean and with adequate AC. Service: check in was efficient. They allowed us to store our luggage ahead of our check in which allowed us to explore the city without worrying about having our luggage inside our rental. Location: good location. 20 minute walk from old city center. Location is nice and quiet.

A pleasant location. The room was clean and even if we booked and pay fir one bedroom apartment we received a bigger one. The person from the reception was frendly and hels us with storage of our backpacks. Also the breakfast was good and the person that worked there is very friendly and help you with everything you ask.

Very clean from the moment you walk in the main door to your apartment. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I'd go back again and would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Valencia Spain.

Spectacular place. Operates a bit differently than a usual hotel, but better than any hotel you'll find for that range.

Very limited kitchen space. Never had enough room in the fridge or freezer and things in the freezer didn't stay frozen. The WiFi had a very poor connection so we could hardly use it. But enough beds for my family even though we had booked an apartment for 4 I ended up sleeping on the sofa. Good air conditioning and very nice local area.

5/5 because the apartments are confortable and well equipped, good quality bedding, and excellent location for my case (not in the center but accessible by foot or bus or subway) I wrote one year ago that "wifi is not great for intensive use (e.g. zoom calls) when the hotel is full, more bandwidth should be added" and I think it has been improved. We have had very good connection on this week stay and the previous a couple of months ago However I have one suggestion: it would be nice to have a head to toe mirror in the apartment...

Clean, rooms are spacious and bed is comfy. Staff are all very welcoming and kind.

We stayed a year in Plaza Picasso apartment. Very nice, well located, friendly staff. If we were to stay again in Valencia, for sure we would come back here. Everything is near by, carefour, many other shops.

Very nice apartments in the Campanar area in Valencia Spain. We were there 3 nights. They didn't clean the room in those 3 days. They said that they clean it if you stay 4 nights and over. Also I had to throw the trash and I didn't have an idea where to do it. Overall it was a good experience

The apartment is dirty and old. The tables were moderately clean. I wiped down everything with my clorex wipes including the floor. The white wipes were brownish black. So not clean. The bathroom is old and one of the 2 sinks did not drain. The towels were grungy. I was afraid of using them but did not have any choice. I would not recommend at all. I would say by US standard, this is a 1 star hotel. The Google overview has it as a 3 star… definitely not.

Very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and great bathroom. The only negative is there was no oven. Would stay again.

It was a good spacious clean apartment. Good free breakfast. We were a little bit anxious after some of the reviews we read. We were pleasantly surprised.

The top floor apartment is ok, although you have to walk a spiral staircase to get to the bathroom. The large living room and balcony are great though.. however we had to extend the stay so ended up changing room to the 3rd floor where we had no balcony and a somewhat crammed space but that's fine, problem is that we got no room cleaning on the 3rd floor for 4 days which means you'll run out of toilet paper and towels, so bring your own. Also quite the walk to get to the center..

Lovely apartments and friendly staff but check in is not until 4 pm and even by 6 pm your room may not be ready. This is only when the place is fully booked and any inconvenience is far out weighed by the lovely staff....reception and housekeeping.

Great Value-price for the overall stay We really liked the views and the confort of our apartment, everything was very clean. Reception staff, especially Javier, was very helpful and made us feel like home I will not hesitate to recommend the place if any of our acquaintances travels to Valencia!
