Very, very nice rooms - large, clean, bright, fully equipped, and mattress is comfortable. I'd recommend going with their breakfast if you are visiting for the first time and / or for a short stay because it's fast, excellent, comprehensive from eggs to fruit to meats and chesses to cereals and pastries. We will be staying here every time we visit Valencia. PLUS, the LOCATION IS FABULOUS, directly in the middle of all the action.

Two stars for a comfortable mattress (soft), cleanliness of the room and a decent breakfast (they have scrambled eggs). However, I would only recommend staying here if you don’t mind noise and light “pollution”. The windows are from the past century and leaky, it seems every noise coming from the outside gets amplified in the room; even those facing the back alley. Same applies for the room door: sound and light leaky. Then there are also electrical reoccurring monotonous noises (zztz, zztz, zztz, 20 sec pause, zztz, zztz, zztz,…) coming from or through the wall. This place is at best suitable for party people, not couples looking for a rest.

Nice hotel in a great location near to the centre of the city. Room cleanliness was good and the bathroom was spacious. Staff were very polite and friendly, always welcoming me when I entered the hotel. My main faults were the walls were thin (as other guests have mentioned) so I got woken up a few times every night. The other fault is that I couldn't figure out how to work the AC, it seemed like it wasn't possible to turn it on as you want. Instructions would have come in handy! Overall it was a good hotel and I would consider staying here again

Great location, friendly personnel, clean and spacious room (and also bathroom). The only downside is poor insulation (both for the door and windows).

Good hotel with a reasonable price. The street is little loud sometimes at night, but not too bad.

Very unpleasant. Bad AC system and room was too hot to sleep. That’s unacceptable. Rosa at front desk was aggressive and unsympathetic. Would not allow us to speak with her boss. She changed our room, which was marginally better. How many hotels only have a top sheet on the bed and shifts for breakfast b/c eating area is too small? Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Everything was perfect in a single word. The rooms were spotless, and all the staff members were very friendly and helpful. They even gave us an umbrella when it was raining, without us asking for it. The umbrellas were of very high quality :) The location is also perfect. It's right next to the old town and on the main street. If we come to Valencia again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel once more.

Fun rooms, ac, very helpful concierge with English fluency. The location was ideally placed for walking to and from restaurants and visiting the historic sites

Very nice hotel. Centrally located, walking distance to almost all the sights. Clean room but were kind of noisey from the street. Well priced as well, would recommend

In short: disappointing. Although located perfectly for a city trip of Valencia, unfortunately the lack of attention to detail and service, very basic rooms (without closet space) made this hotel very disappointing. Also, the bed was very small. Upon arrival our shower didn't work, and we were informed it could only be fixed the day after. No attempt was made to ease our situation or to make us feel better. Upon fixing, we had no running water, and as a kicker we never received bathroom utilities and had to ask for them repeatedly. Whilst an informal atmosphere can be nice, I find the staff, whilst very nice and smiling, to have some lack of attention to detail With an increased service orientated focus, this hotel could be much better.

This hotel is located in the city centre. Rooms are basic but convenient and clean. Everything is pretty much up to standard. The staff is absolutely very welcoming and they make the effort to look things up for you and take time to chat. (They do speak English). This hotel lacks a lobby. We visited during the Fallas and there was a lot of noise. I guess normally, it would be more quiet. On several days, for breakfast, we had to go to Casual Vintage, a hotel of the same group.

A very quaint, boutique hotel in the center of a magical neighborhood in central Valencia is highly recommended. The newly remodeled older building is decorated beautifully in honor of Fallas tradition. Each room has a mural of Valencia along with murals in the hallways. The rooms are immaculate and decorated with pops of bright colors. There is am inner courtyard to which the windows of my room opened toward. The room was quiet. The staff is professional and attentive. They helped me arrange a cab to the airport at 3am and brewed me a cup of hot tea before I left. I am definitely staying here again on my next visit. There are several large museums close by. I would highly recommend restaurants located down a side street one street to the right as you exit the hotel. It appears as alleyway or side street but a right turn will lead you to a tasty Mediterranean and/or authentic Italian food, pizza to go. The shopping is perfect. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. We stayed for four nights in an inside room, so slept well and would happily recommend it to people. Staff were polite and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Only dropping a star here because we were stuck outside a few times when the front doors were locked (both before and after the 11pm time, to be fair). It all worked out in the end, but we did have a 5 minute panic one night when we could hear the phone ringing from the empty desk when we called.

Prime location, cosy room with comfy bed. Great value for money. Only thing is walls are a bit thin, so you hear other people closing doors.

Brilliant hotel location, central and easy access. Very friendly staff, the Italian receptionist from Rome, made our stay really pleasant. She was fantastic! very kind and helpful. Also the Valencian ones and the friendly night porter. The premises were very clean. Just the room was a bit noisy at night, the lock of the window wouldn't fit 100% making the window/door not able to shut properly. Brilliant wide toilet. They should consider to find a way for the walking shower to be less water messy, as the water will spread around, probably not very nice for the fantastic cleaning ladies. Overall great stay great staff, clean, decent premises although it was a bit pricey considering its category.

Very friendly staff. Plastic glasses and bottles, but environmental friendly wording ... a bit difficult ... But all clean, very central- with all positive (walking distances) and negative aspects (rather a bit loud) If you arrive by car ... not possible to stop and unload luggage ... parked in the nearby public parking

Perfect hotel for people ons a citytrip or bussinestrip to Valencia. Hotel is located neraly at the center of Valencia and everything that tourists want to see here is at a walking distance. We've seen almost every monument in Valencia and only took the metro to get to the airport. The service is all you could ask for and everyone is really friendly. The breaksfast is good but nothing to special, worth its price! We've had a great stay here and really felt like everything was taken care of fore us. The rooms are large enough, decorated pretty and are cleaned daily.

Positives: Good bed Good bathroom with good shower Clean Friendly staff Good airconditioning Welcoming candy and chocolate Free good wifi Enough sockets for electronics Little fridge to store cold drinks or fruit Big TV (only Spanish) Hairdryer Good location of city center for walking distance Negatives: Our room 402 is on the side of the traffic and the window is very old (protected building) so you can hear all the noises. If you are a bad sleeper, you can't sleep. The reception will provide free ear plugs (very friendly) but you will still hear a little bit because the plugs can't block all the sound.

Good Location, friendly staff and clean rooms, but we had much noice from the street (ask for a room with window to inside) and a always shining emergency light in our room. We slept not well.

Had the warmest welcome at the front desk. The staff are a true asset to the hotel; from check in to check out, nothing was too much for them. Other than the bed being absolutely huge and comfy, we found the place exceptionally clean. The room was rather standard with all the facilities that you would need for one night. Brilliant all round.

This hotel is a minute away from the center of Valencia, but it doesn't have the loud tourists in front of it. The hosts at the reception are real nice, actually speak English very well and are very helpful if you have any questions about Valencia. The only downside was the breakfast, but for the same price you can get a great breakfast 200m from the hotel. Big + to the shower by the way. It's special to find a shower in Spain where a 2 meter guy like me doesn't bump his head every time.
