We went there for my friend’s wedding and stayed for 2 nights. The place was aesthetically great. Recommended if you want to undergo photoshoots. It has big nice pools. Big function halls, and plenty of rooms to choose from. The staffs are also nice and very accommodating. However, some parts of the hotel needs improvement. There is a need of repainting and repair of ceiling. Hot water doesn’t function at times. We noticed stains in the couch. Cab webs were also present. Some rooms with only one outlet that is for 3-4 occupancies. 😐🙄 Wifi is too slow. Rooms that are good for 3-4 can only take 2 breakfast inclusion, which were not cleared during our booking. So you have to pay extra for your companion’s meal. Complimentary water, toiletries & stuffs were not provided on our first day.

Stayed here for a day to attend an event held at their function hall. Had to transfer to a different room because the ceiling was dripping. Crews do not coordinate with other crews.

First time here. I use their Karen function room for the seminar. Very nice place. Live to go back for a vacation.

Beautiful pools and world-class facility in the middle of farmland. Internet is strong. The staff are helpful and foreigner friendly. Only issues are no elevator.

I will not recommend this place if you're very particular in cleanliness. there's so many bed bugs in bed, room was not clean properly, and the floor on the cr has dead cockroach on it. You're not getting what you're paying for. Pool was also dirty and not cleaned properly. i guess its all because of the renovations going on in the pool area. Staffs in the pool area is polite, especially in the resto. The staffs in the lobby is the opposite. The function hall of the place and the lobby was very hot 3 inverters only in the function hall was turned on the rest is off in the lobby only 1 inverter out of 3 is turned on. the place is really hot and appears very empty at the same time. Please do improve.

As soon as we entered, they had us put the bands for the swimming pool. My companions were so confused. So i explained we are not there for the pool but for lunch. Told them i made a reservation for 8 persons. The restaurant was almost empty. Here are a few comments that i hope they will consider to improve: 1. There are only 2 menu books... I was ordering theu the pictures they sent me coz my mom had one and one is for my children and nephews seated on the next table. Can you at least print more ? 2. The waiter is not even smiling. Waiters need to be bery friendly and accommodating and even gove recommendations. 3. Bicol express is supposed to be super spicy..it only has a few slices of chili 4. Grilled kitong. I had to request soy sauce and lemonsito and chilli and tomato and onions. Dishes like this should come with it automatically. 5. The rice was served without a serving spoon. We had to ask. 6. The glasses for the juice was without ice. We had to ask. 7. Sizzling pochero was not sizzling. It didnt even have corn in it. 8. We had to tell them to add plates to the next table. They were 5 but the plates were only 2 sets. 9. Extra plates on our table were not removed. 10. I asked for toothpicks, they gave it to me in its opened original plastic. How many people dugged their fingers in it already? They should at least have a dispenser for it. These are very basic in the service industry. They need to train their staff well. When customers are happy, they tend to order more and come back. So always try to keep them happy. This is not the first time I came so i expected better service than last time. But no. You are located in an area where vegetables are so cheap, so your dishes should be very generously prepared.

To start off, we would not have stayed here if we had any other choice. I suppose you could find this “hotel” luxurious—— if you have never been anywhere better. This place wants to shine and appear luxurious, but it’s only luxe to poor people who don’t know any better. 1. PRICE— This place wants to be “luxurious” so it prices itself like it is. It’s not. 4,000php/ night and they’ll only give 2 breakfast vouchers even if it’s for a family room meant for 4 people? Cheap owners, cheap hotel LOL Be prepared to pay for your breakfast if you have more than 2 people a room. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels that are cleaner and still offer breakfast for all guests. After our stay here, we stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Davao for roughly the same price per night and the difference was clear cut. This place is a rip off and makes money by being one of the few places that has a banquet hall for “”””fancy”””” events. You’re better off holding your conference in a Robinsons mall—- it’s cheaper. 2. ITS DIRTY— The pictures speak for themselves. If this hotel was priced and marketed appropriately, maybe I could’ve been more forgiving but this hotel is a JOKE. I’m happy I didn’t end up with tetanus after handling that broken, rusty shower handle. OH, and when we first looked into the bathroom, the soap and shampoo were ALREADY USED. So does the “””cleaning””” crew even clean? The answer is no. The staff are lazy and I’ll get into that later. The shower glass was dirty, filthy hand prints all over the place. I can’t stress enough how dirty this hotel is for it’s price. It’s disgusting. 3. STAFF ARE LAZY!—— When we walked in, we stood at the counter for over 2 minutes staring at the front desk moron who was on his phone the entire time. Brain completely fried from watching tiktoks all day. The service at this hotel is sad, unenthusiastic, and the staff were clueless. We extended our stay by one night and the idiots forgot to renew our hotel keycards access so when we tried to get into our room late at night, it denied us. Had to go speak to another useless man and watch him scramble to fix it.. anytime an issue came up, it took 3 brains to come up with 1 solution. OVERALL—- you’re over paying for “””aesthetic”””” pictures. That fancy chandelier? They don’t even turn it on unless there’s an event, so if you’re a guest coming back at night, the lobby is dim and the atmosphere feels like your only company are ghosts. Stay/visit here if you like to burn your money on useless things OR if you have no other place to go. It does have AC but it took a long time for it to cool the room. PS: they had this weird thing hanging on the doorway. I don’t care if it’s for religious reasons, but it was giving witchcraft vibes. The energy in this hotel is creepy and old.

Hotel de Susana and Resort is a charming getaway that exceeded my expectations. The hotel's cozy ambiance, friendly staff, and beautiful surroundings made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

The room isn't that luxus but clean. Free breakfast, a classic Filipino breakfast. It's tasty. They pretty calming sorroundings with big pool, for kids and for adult. The service is fine. Over all ,what you paid is what you get. ; Blessings!

A lot of potential and the exterior were great, however, the room and floors were not cleaned properly, bed sheets and towels were stained, and the toilet cabinets were falling apart. There were ants on the tV stand.

Ordered dinner to be served at 5pm. At 4:55. They tell us our order is not available. Had to wait in lobby for our rooms to be cleaned upon arrival. Children running up and down the halls like wild animals, screaming and ringing people's doorbells. Could not sleep most of the night. Avoid this place if possible.

Imagine finding a used tissue in the drawer, very dirty shower room, restaurant is meh! Pool is nice and thats it!

There was a lot of bugs in the rooms. The restaurant staff was slow. The pools are nice and warm but also a lot of bugs in the water.

No hot water in the shower, dirty room, unclean ref, linens were un-ironed, no bidet, out of 4 swimming pools only 1 was clean while the rest moss was starting form/grow

Rooms were spacious and clean. We feel safe during the stay. They have pool too so you can take a dip. There food was good and affordable.

Good Hotel.The room are spacious、and the pool area is wide and clean , The staff are friendly .However, when we checked-in, we were told that the pool is open until 9pm only.But we still saw many guests used the pool beyond 9pm and no staff even bothered to remind them.Also, since the Hotel handles a lot of events like weddings. It is a bit noisy.you can hear the event guest making a lot of noise from other rooms and also the lobby or reception area. I think the Hotel should be a little more strict,specially on the room hallway area , where you can hear guest laughing loudly, running and talking . It is a bit annoying to those who want to relax,specially at night. I suggest to put a separate reception for guests when there are events. To not make the reception or front office area crowded and very noisy. There should also stuff to usher to the quests to ther event venue to control the crowd and the noise and if you have many staff or big luggage or with someone old, make sure to ask the staff for a room on the first floor since they only have stairs.
