This is my family's favorite stop over place driving from Gensan to Iligan or vice versa annually. We love all the food we have tried on the menu through the years for lunch, dinner and snacks. We have not been here for 4 years because of the pandemic... the interior has changed for the better, more light, and more greens in the exterior view while dining.

I missed my exit at Manolo Fortich and refuses to turn around thinking I have the right directions to our Airbnb and end up driving 2 more hours because my navigator wanted to take us to this restaurant. If this is the only reason to see in Valencia, I wouldn’t go, but if passing through, maybe, just maybe. I wasn’t impressed with the food that we had, and the soup went cold as soon as it was served. This restaurant is next to Totsy’s and probably have the same owner.

Serving time - 25mins. Roadhouse Fried Chicken was bland - 5-6 small pieces of breaded chicken. Calamares was bland - maybe 10-12 small pieces per serving. Bistek was okay - like what u get in typical fastfood / foodhaus. Definitely not worth the expensive price.

Service is slow. Considering that the food is pricey, I want a good customer service. I came in at 5pm on a Monday. There was only one waiter which affects the speed of taking of orders. When I requested for an official receipt, the cashier was also very slow which gave me a feeling that she did not know how to write receipts. I still like the Kare-Kare so I am giving a score of 3. I just do not like to wait long when it is a restaurant.

Excellent kare-kare, best I've tasted in the area. However calamari is the worst I've tasted EVER. The calamari was hard, chewy, and disgusting. The oil used to fry it was evidently used and very old. It was terrible, thankfully the serving is just a handful which in itself a shame for the price. Crispy pata is way below par while the pansit canton is very oily, overly cooked and salty. This must have been a really bad day coz it was not this bad about a few months ago.

I loved the beautiful landscape with a jungle outside. Follows the "American Farm to table" theme in both decor and food theme. While filipino dishes are 40% of menu, there are great additions with western flavor. USDA steak and burger are delicious. Great food, highlighted by very attendant, helpful staff members. Clean! I would recommend the coffee, pie and cake.

If you're coming from Davao city going to CDO, this is the perfect stop. You should definitely try their corned beef in flakes, flavorful and crunchy.

We ordered for only 2 people. We got calamari that was only 8-10pcs. We got their signature chicken that was only 5pcs, besides the sauce/dip, it was not that good. We also ordered bistek tagalog, it was the only decent thing that we ordered. They even got our rice, wrong. A bit pricey for the quality and servings. The staff was friendly and doing their jobs, its just the food's taste that I made this review a 1/5. Hoping for them to improve ✌️🙏

This is a chain restaurant with a branch in the Double M Hotel. I suspect their menu is to cover all locations as much of it was "unavailable" on our order. As well, I get the idea that the kitchen has a number of "cooks" following recipes but no real "chef." A "Dry classic vodka martini" got me a glass of vermouth. (Yes.. the bottle of vermouth says "Martini (& Rossi)" but that does not make it a martini. The menu is Filipino fare. On par with the larger chain of "Gerry's Grill." While they do have some nicer offerings printed, as expected, "not available." As for the atmosphere, it is a little bistro set up with faux brick and plants, but expect kids running around and playing loud music on their cell phones, games, or just watching videos. It could be romantic, but it isn't. As for their steaks which they push, most cuts are not available and what we were able to order (upsell to a more expensive cut) was just OK and tasted like it was cooked in palm oil. Their USDA cut appearwd to be 'select' or the lowest grade. A local steak that was fresh would have been a little tougher, but would have probably had much more flavor.

All the entrees we ordered tasted delicious. Staff were attentive and service was quick. The layout of the place is a bit too intimate for my liking. Tables are too close and when packed with people, the restaurant felt cramped.

I missed my favorite vegetarian dishes like crispy kangkong, 4 seasons mixed vegetables and crispy noodles. Prepare more vegetarian dishes like before.

If you want to eat level up lutong bahay, it’s the place to be. Staffs are friendly. Just a suggestion, I hope they could chat back there(kitchen) at minimal voice. Their voice is all over the place. Not a good place to study because noise level is high.

Don’t be fooled by the photo. Despite its appearance, it is HARD TO CHEW. Nanakit akong panga sigeg usap ani. The ribeye steak is definitely overpriced for its quality. Had it cooked in Medium Rare so it would be tender but what we got was harder than a Well Done. Is it a Congratulations? In any case, it was really hard to chew despite being Medium Rare. I would definitely say the meat quality is very bad and the prep work was just not done properly. Even the cheap steaks in Bangcud were better than what we were served here. Not coming back. Everrrrr.
