This
is
a
chain
restaurant
with
a
branch
in
the
Double
M
Hotel.
I
suspect
their
menu
is
to
cover
all
locations
as
much
of
it
was
"unavailable"
on
our
order.
As
well,
I
get
the
idea
that
the
kitchen
has
a
number
of
"cooks"
following
recipes
but
no
real
"chef."
A
"Dry
classic
vodka
martini"
got
me
a
glass
of
vermouth.
(Yes..
the
bottle
of
vermouth
says
"Martini
(&
Rossi)"
but
that
does
not
make
it
a
martini.
The
menu
is
Filipino
fare.
On
par
with
the
larger
chain
of
"Gerry's
Grill."
While
they
do
have
some
nicer
offerings
printed,
as
expected,
"not
available."
As
for
the
atmosphere,
it
is
a
little
bistro
set
up
with
faux
brick
and
plants,
but
expect
kids
running
around
and
playing
loud
music
on
their
cell
phones,
games,
or
just
watching
videos.
It
could
be
romantic,
but
it
isn't.
As
for
their
steaks
which
they
push,
most
cuts
are
not
available
and
what
we
were
able
to
order
(upsell
to
a
more
expensive
cut)
was
just
OK
and
tasted
like
it
was
cooked
in
palm
oil.
Their
USDA
cut
appearwd
to
be
'select'
or
the
lowest
grade.
A
local
steak
that
was
fresh
would
have
been
a
little
tougher,
but
would
have
probably
had
much
more
flavor.
