Knowing nothing about the city or the area this hotel is located in, we booked it for a week to visit Valencia. Turns out it’s in THE MOST perfect location, and within a 10 minute walk of dozens of restaurants/ cafes, shopping centers, markets, and everything else you could ask for. It’s in a convenient location to all major historic sites as well. It is a bit of a pain for taxi drivers/ cabs to access- but all it takes is for you to walk across the streets to an easier pickup location. Room was very clean, everything worked well, and management was very responsive if we ever needed help.

So, be careful with this place. They canceled my reservation few hours before my arrival with the explanation that my card was not validated. This happened yesterday when i was just embarking on my flight to Valencia. Reservation was via Booking. My card is perfectly working and now I stay in NH Center with the SAME credit card. Extremely disappointing, they use this excuse with no proof. If the card is declined or not validated there are always receipts for that. They show nothing, because they cannot. They just took another reservation paying better on the spot. Not to mention the useless Booking customer service..... There is no protection actually. You make plans, pay money and they kick you off on the street.

Location is excellent if you want to explore all that this azing city has to offer. The main park that runs through the city was a highlight and the buildings are old world amazing. More impressive than barcelona by an order of magnitude. The room we had was clean and the water pressure in the shower is literally the best i have ever experienced, like free high pressure skin scrub The only problem is that the matresses are cheap and uncomfortable, making me sore and tired the next day. 'Im tough and made the best of it, but if i had serious back issues at this time, then this matress would have ruined my day..
