    Esta clínica tiene personas en recepción con poca profesionalidad hoy es la senda vez que voy con cita y no me atienden, la primera cita me la dieron para el día 5 de mayo a las 19:40 llego media hora antes y la persona que esta en recepción me dice que llego tarde que la cita en el ordenador le aparece a las 18:40 , cuando me habían dado a las 19:40 con lo cual no me atienden y me dan cita para el día 13 de mayo a las 10 de la mañana , llego y me dice la persona que esta en recepción que ellos hoy no tiene medico para la especialidad que yo quería. Pido permiso en el trabajo las dos veces y hoy mi jefe se ríe de mi por que no se lo cree. Es humillante la profesionalidad de estas persona. No pienso ir mas

    Regalé a mi madre una hora de fisioterapia e indiqué expresamente que quería que fuera una mujer para que mi madre no se sintiera incómoda. Me aseguraron que no había problema puesto que en ese momento sólo había 2 chicas. Además de que me cambiaron la cita ellos porque por lo visto no iba a estar finalmente el día elegido, nuestra sorpresa fue cuando quién le atendió fue un chico y por no perder la cita accedió. Cuando he llamado para decirles que no me parece correcto, la respuesta de la señorita ha sido que yo debería haber dicho que lo apuntaran. Yo ya lo indiqué, obviamente el error es de la persona que no tomó nota. El colmo es que no hagan bien su trabajo y le echen la culpa al cliente. No lo recomiendo.

    Estuve en esta clínica hace 1 mes poniéndome botox con la Dra Zuckra, a priori parece súper profesional, pero a los pocos días d e ponerme el botox observo q mis cejas están mucho más caídas que antes y le mando foto y le escribo, su respuesta es que me espere al mes q se siente el producto y me verán. No es la primera vez q me pongo botox y jamás se me quedaron las cejas así, es más en todos los sitios el retoque es gratuito .Al mes le escribo y ni ella se molesta en cnt , es su secretaria, me dice que le mande vídeo y me cnt q lo ve perfecto y que no me va a poner retoque, vamos un trabajo nefasto y falta de profesionalidad por su parte, como profesional , si yo no me veo bien , ya que soy la que paga , debería haberme dado una solucion envede darme largas como a echo , en fin , procederá a la correspondiente reclamación, no la recomiendo para nada, es una saca dineros
