A las 4 semanas me puse en contacto y me dijeron que podian tardar entre 10 a 12 semanas. A la semana 12 me dijeron que estarian al caer aunque no me dio mucha credibilidad ya que dijeron que no sabian nada , que ya avisarían cuando llegasen... Este sabado 4 de Noviembre justo 15 semanas de espera, me volvi a poner en contacto y la chica que me atendio me dijo que no podia ver como iban que pasaria parte para que me llamaran cuanto antes...No me han llamado y sigo esperando. Se que es algo muy personalizado pero casi 16 semanas de espera me parece desorbitado y sin saber exactamente el estado de las lentes. El dia de las pruebas la atención fue muy buena,pero habiendo pagado de momento 2400 euros por las lentes solamente y en una clinica así esperaba que la atención y el seguimiento fuera mejor... He told me that it was a simple conjunctivitis and told me to take eye drops to heal it but after 3 weeks my eyes was worst (see picture attached) I decided to see another oftalmologist in another clinic in Valencia who told me that I had an eye ulcere + a very bad conjunctivitis and that I could have lost my eye vision if It was not threated quickly.
