Never go there. There are too few good beds if you book for 10 persons you get 7 good beds. The bathrooms and toilets do not have a lock

I booked an apartment with this FA for 5 nights on October 21, 2019. The first night I had bed bugs in my bed, and when I reported them I was offered to spend the night in another apartment. to spend on the ground floor, which I assumed. The next day I was told that an extermination company would be coming by in the afternoon and I would have the AP within an hour. have to leave. When I asked if they would accommodate me for these frictions, they offered me a night! Now a month later I see on my credit card statement that neither a refund for the service not provided nor a free night was granted, and so I have to go through the arduous process of filing a complaint! Also no answers to emails, Whatsapp etc., so - FINGER OFF!!

We booked this apartment and I have to say it is very nice and spacious. We needed 3 rooms for 4 adults and 3 children. Even though there were 7 of us, they had all the space we needed and also a lot of privacy. The apartment is located in a strategic position... With a 10 minute walk you can reach the central market. If we were to return to Valencia, I would definitely definitely book this place again... also considering the kindness of the owners

Perfect for the strategic position very close to the center and the Turia park. A half hour walk from the Bioparco and thanks to the bus stop just a stone's throw away, very well connected to the city of science. Penthouse on the sixth floor served by a comfortable lift, bright and very spacious. Quiet and clean condominium. The staff very helpful and friendly. Many services offered such as airport transfers and tickets to the city of science. Highly recommended!!!

Perfect location, very close to the center, everything can be done on foot and that is essential during Fallas season, it offers you a parking space in an underground garage for a supplement of €17. The apartment is very clean, large, it can sleep up to 10 people, the beds are amazing, we slept very well! All equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc. 2 bathrooms, wifi, TV etc. for a correct price. Very friendly staff, Iason particularly 👌🏼

Reception very friendly, rooms large and inexpensive, the entire house is in acceptable condition, even if the elevator scares you a bit. Environment OK, a bit dodgy. All in all OK for one to a few nights, especially if you want to cook yourself and need a large fridge

Fantastic apartments a short walk to the city centre. Easy check in and out process, with reception to give you detailed places to visit in the city. Would recommend to any large groups

Nice and clean. We stayed with 10 people. There is an elevator as well which is always a plus.

Basic but all you need, including heating/airco. And i must add very spacious

First apartment had cigarettes smell so we received an alternative apartment. · There is a problem with the hot water. You have 2 minutes of hot water and all of a sudden 3 minutes of icy water. We told the receptionist and he said it was set wrongly. Next shower we had the same problem. Long story short - if long hot shower is your thing make sure the problem was solved. Otherwise i recommend not to stay here

Nice and large apartment, excellent location for getting around on foot... we had a very good time, the only flaw was an unpleasant smell in the kitchen. I also recommend for courtesy and availability. With a supplement on the final bill they allowed us to check out 3 hours later. A thousand thanks

The spacious apartment is very clean and well located. We also have additional parking service if the guest requires it. They are kind and collaborative people. I recommend it
