Hotel
affiliated
with
an
airline:
due
to
flight
cancellations
(on
20/21.01.2020),
in
an
emergency
situation
with
the
presence
of
more
than
100
people
who
needed
rooms,
only
2
receptionists
were
present
who
took
an
average
of
10/15
minutes
to
assign
a
room
.
After
3
hours
of
queuing
to
get
1
room
for
my
family
(parents
and
7
year
old
child)
we
were
told
that
there
were
no
more
rooms
available
and
we
had
to
look
for
another
hotel.
There
was
no
responsible
figure
(Director?)
present
for:
-
implement,
as
a
matter
of
urgency,
the
number
of
personnel
-
sort
or
organize
the
queue
-
give
priorities*
the
staff
at
the
reception,
alone,
were
unable
to
manage
the
people
and
were
very
rude*,
uncooperative
and
very
insensitive.
I
would
like
to
point
out
as
an
example
(previously
initialed
with
an
asterisk)
that
there
were
4
families
with
small
children,
including
1
with
a
2
year
old
girl
and
a
6
month
pregnant
mother,
despite
having
reported
the
situation
several
times
to
the
hotel
staff,
it
is
I
was
told
that
they
couldn't
let
anyone
through
and
that
everyone
in
the
queue
had
to
be
asked.
Inadmissible.
2
of
the
families
with
children,
both
diverted
to
another
hotel
at
11.30pm,
had
a
4am
flight...
They
were
unable
to
give
them
a
room
and
provide
adequate
assistance.
I
strongly
advise
against
this
establishment.
