Service has not changed over the years. It remains a 0 out 10 service. They should just convert the restaurant into an exclusive Grab/Food Panda take-out since they don't attend to dine in customers. For 10 years, the customer service is the worst and will remain to be the worst. Awful staff.

Worst KFC. The employees serve very very slow. I waited for an hour for a queue of less than 7 people! Please train your employees to be like McDo crew--they're always fast on wherever branch I go.
