Tried to order online to no avail. Tried to call, immediately disconnected. Drive to store and they're closed on a Tuesday at 2pm. No sign on the door explaining, no message on the Voicemail. Tf? Get it together.

First I tried to call my order in but the employees literally hung up the phone multiple times. Then when i get to the location to order food. I called to see if maybe they had a phone issue. Nope i watched the person pick up the phone and hang up. Then the staff was rude to me for moving out of the way for another person to walk in the door. Told me to wait outside wich was my intentions to begin with. Very unprofessional very rude I would not come back or suggest this place to a friend

I had the most unprofessional sevice you could ever recieve at this location. I get people don't wanna work, but such behavior is unacceptable. The young girl operating the front named Kayla refused service for no reason and continued to act like a child by giving dirty looks. It almost felt like discrimination. Vallejo is a small city, it is unfortunate that many people know this certain individual for many things. She has a history of issues and outbursts. She is clearly mentally unstable to be holding such a position. And I would advise to any others to avoid this spot until they seek better employees. It's a shame because so many people are looking for jobs right now and there's probably a handful of others that would gladly take her position.

That little girl in the front with glasses and silver goofy piercing in her nose must of had a bad day or something, her service refelected it, she walked away during the lunch rush and left her coworkers struggling. Pizzas alright, but this spot ain't what it used to be, and they don't have $5 dollar pizzas anymore ? that's crazy, must be inflation.

I love little ceasar! They need to hire more people for faster pizza output. And needs to be relocated. Terrible location with terrible people. Last time i was here, drunk man threw a rock at my car. Left a dent, i was gonna run him over, but he’s too fast.

I ordered a ThreeMeat Treat and it wowed me. The staff was also very upbeat and took my order with a smile. This was one of the best pizzas I’ve had at the Vallejo location in a while. Two thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽

When the employee goes from scratching his head, and back to preparing dough. I think that's a little too far. I love the pizza, but a health inspector needs to visit this place. It looks filthy coming in the front door. The counter tops were dirty, there was hair on the counter, probably more things not up to code in the back too, but I'll still eat the pizza..... Until I get food poisoning.

This place has the worst hours. It’s a complete shot in the dark if they are even open. It’s 1:00 during posted business hours, and the doors are locked. This is third time I’ve been here and Been unable to get anything. Wouldn’t even waste the time and fuel to come here

You really can’t go wrong with a hot and ready 🍕 pizza ! I really like the three meat treat, but settled because of time. Not too shabby

Order a little ahead and you'll roll right through, pizza was "hot and ready" when I got there, heck even the girl at the register super sweet and helpful. She made sure I had all my sauces and drinks that I wouldn't have had, dinner was great ty again

Food is still good but they're short staffed, make mistakes on order because there's not enough help to keep up and have even had customer in complaining because he ordered day before, didn't get order, was told they ran out of dough, and double charged him. AND he had receipt to show it plus charge on his card showing double charge. Still ok pizza especially for price but no seating, overwhelmed staff makes it not good experience and parking poor. Went back to Pizza Guys. A little drive is worth having people picking up happy, food right and fresh, and if you order over 20 dollars you get free liter of drink. Drive Ive decided is worth it!

I give them zero stars!!!! I hate little caesars!!!! So on Saturday I ordered online. I go there and there a guy that walks up saying we are closed. I’m like well I put an order online I need my money back he was like OK let me go in and get that for you real quick. I stood outside in the heat for an hour. me banging on the door and him in there ignoring me then walks to the register starts laughing and still ignoring me. They always have problems there. And always so rude. I’m calling Corporate cuz thats messed up. DONT GO HERE!!!! Find another pizza place and go to them because they are rude they don’t care about their customers and they’re always closing out of nowhere for no reason. This is the man Who stood in there and ignored me for about an hour and was laughing!!!

My kids love their pizza. I gave them 3 stars because if you walk in to get a pizza be prepared to wait at least 20 to 30min, also they never answer their phone. Customer service is good but slow. It's best to order on line.

I've never encountered a company where using a gift card is such a problem. The online ordering does not allow for using a gift card. On this particular visit, I didn't order ahead. I went in placed my order & gave my gift card to the cashier. He said "you can try to use it. But there have been problems for the last few days." So I swiped the gift card. Sure enough the transaction failed. Tried it again, same result. I asked if there was another way to be able to pay with the gift card - no. When will the gift card be able to be used - he had no answer. Since that was only payment method I brought into the store, I cancelled my order and left. When I got to my car, I remembered I had a Visa gift card as well. I returned to store, placed my order again & swiped my visa gift card. The terminal displayed gift? debit/credit? I selected gift. Transaction declined. There was more than enough on card. So I swiped it again. This time I picked debit/credit. Voila transaction approved. At a diff location I tried to use my little cesars gift card & the cashier couldn't get it to process. Eventually the store manager came out & explained there was a separate terminal required to process their gift cards and they didn't have one. Not theirs was broken or being repaired. They didn't have one so they could not accept their gift cards as payment. Yet right next to register was a display promoting their gift cards for purchase. So I asked you don't accept your own gift cards but you sell them? Yes we do. In case someone wants to use it at another location!

I very much disliked the food it was old as soon as I picked it up inedible old. Not that I am a huge fan to begin with so hard critic to start with... But man this was like they used to be!! Yuck!!! Plus they didn't even have my pizza where they said it was supposed to be. The code they gave me witch was super confusing to begin with didn't work because it wasn't behind those doors and they kept helping new people that walked in after me enstead of me! The only thing that is worth anything is the cookie dough brownies!!!
