Very good location in the centre, but that's all that was good. Very high humidity with no way to dry anything (towels, bathroom, ourselves even). I couldn't wait to get out to get dry, all our clothes were moist. Most important! No key was left for us, the "emergency phone" out of service , no response to messages and we only got "sorry for the inconvience" the next morning. Thank God at least we knew our number, the door was poorly closed and by pushing it we managed to at least sleep.

The position is strategic and the rooms had been renewed. However, there are a lot of problems. Humidity concentration is the first one, and the air conditioner doesn't help with that. If you take a shower with hot water the room will become like a spa. And humidity attracts mosquitos. The second problem are the electrical outlets: old and sometime non-functioning. I also think that there is some problem with the organization. They send you in an hotel in the proximity for everything and, I don't know why, before my arrival they assigned me a room but when I arrived they gave me another one. However, good thing is the food and drink machine in the hall because is economic. They have to improve a lot of things

Terrible. They did not leave the key in the key box and all they said was sorry for the inconvenience, the next day. Thank God we pushed the door and it opened without a key or we would stay on the street. The emergency phone did not work. Everything in the room was wet from the extreme humidity.

Great location - right in the center, within walking distance of Valletta's most famous attractions. Cozy room, clean and nice. Excellent communication with the owner. I'm glad I chose it and would stay there again.
