People in the leasing office are rude, lack any kind of empathy or decent customer service skills. They don't make you feel at home.

I lived at park Commons for 2 years, it was a really great experience. I’ve lived in numerous apartments and this was the best one I’ve been in. It’s very clean, I always felt very safe and I never had any issues. I always had packages delivered to my door and there were never issues with that. Office staff was always friendly as well as maintenance. Great place to live!

Moved in on Sep 2020 and can’t find a reason to want to move away. The beautiful ladies in the office are always terrific and the community here is even better, especially hanging out with the pool posse during the summer. The location is ideal for any commute and the maintenance crew are always prompt and easy to deal with. Plus not many places would allow an 140lb mastiff like this place so we are happy as can be! Bring more food trucks!

The new management team in the office are great! They truly care and want you to feel as if this is your home. Great customer service and friendly people.

This is worst apartment I have been in ,, Leasing office managment are worst they dont respond to calls and avoid taking calls on weekends and They dont make us feel home .. They talk Rude and don't want to fix problems.

Just resigned my lease, such a great experience. They go thru everything and WANT to make sure you read the fine print. They are looking out for you. I highly recommend living here, haven’t had any issues!!

I have lived here for a little over a year, I love it so much. The staff is so sweet and gets things done very quickly. They are very pet friendly with a dog park and a path to walk your animal. The pool is always clean and well kept. The neighbors are very sweet and considerate. This is a perfect place to live. My family and friends love coming over, the apartment is spacious for families. I love it here!

My Granddaughter hasn't even moved in yet and I cannot say enough accolades about the apartments and the office personel. Brittany has been the best with helping us get the correct information for the application. She needs a pay raise!! It is fantastic reading all the great reviews. As happy as I am now about everything I cannot fathom being any happier with Park Commons. Thanks for the support...
