My experience at Vance Station has been lovely. This truly is a wonderful community. The office staff adds to the great living experience, namely Precious (the community manager). She’s very understanding and is willing to assist in any way she can. Maintenance is also commendable. All in all, this is a great place to live!

I wanted to leave a review regarding prompt and competent service on my Nest Thermostat. John the service manager responded in less than an hour after my request. The thermostat was not responding using my phone application. I did investigate the issue myself. It looked like an internet issue I was able to rule that out myself. I looked up steps to troubleshoot the issue and was able to pull the unit off the wall and reset the unit using a USB to Mini USB cable to a power supply and the unit responded and reset itself as I expected. However, after I replaced the unit it still didn’t respond. I’m a retired engineer and the unit a smart thermostat was showing a power supply code which I checked out and had power. John came and knew how to troubleshoot the issue which turned out to be something I never would have thought of. His experience and knowledge was impressive and step by step he was able to trace down the issue and make the repair. I was impressed with his knowledge and approach. He is also a very pleasant man efficient and respectful. Thank you John and Vance Station staff for a job well done.

I would like to say the office manager Ms. Precious was a really great help she was very detailed with the information that I needed she was able to clarify and help me understand. She was very patient with me I felt so bad at some point because I was asking soo many questions lol but she stayed patient and had extremely good energy especially it being my first time looking to apply for apartments. Thank you for the help and I’m looking forward into moving into my new and first apartment !

Best decision we ever made. Great place to live. Quiet and convenient. The condo style apartments are beautiful. Precious the on site manager is an absolute gem! Maintenance is great! If you're looking for a place to settle look no more.

Vance Station is an awesome community. Great neighbors, safe location, plenty of entertainment nearby, and easy access to highway 141 and I-44. The staff is dialed in as well. Precious, the Leasing Manager, always has a smile on her face and is in good spirits. She keeps you updated on everything going on at the property and always makes herself available for any questions I might have. Brian, the Maintenance Manager, is on point too. He keeps the grounds looking good and responds promptly and efficiently in the rare occasion a maintenance issue does pop up. They both form a solid team and make this a wonderful community to be a part of.

I have lived at Vance Station for almost 4 years, and I have loved every minute of it! My apartment is modern, clean, and roomy. The entire team at Vance Station is welcoming and prompt with fixing any issues. I have never had to wait longer than 2 days to have a matience request filled, and they contact us right away to let us know what’s going on with it if it may be longer. I really love living here!

If you are looking for a quiet, clean, and modern apartment then look no further. These apartments are gorgeous. They are condo style with 9ft ceilings and more modern finishings. The community is very dog friendly, and Brian the maintenance guy is great. The only downside is the lack of amenities. If you are looking for a complex with lots of activity (happy hours etc..) then you probably should look elsewhere.

I absolutely love it here at Vance Station. This will be my 3rd year leasing! The staff is amazing and very responsive to any issues or concerns. These homes are very well updated and have very easy access to the major highway! I would recommend anyone to come take a look at these beautiful apartments!
