I
wanted
to
leave
a
review
regarding
prompt
and
competent
service
on
my
Nest
Thermostat.
John
the
service
manager
responded
in
less
than
an
hour
after
my
request.
The
thermostat
was
not
responding
using
my
phone
application.
I
did
investigate
the
issue
myself.
It
looked
like
an
internet
issue
I
was
able
to
rule
that
out
myself.
I
looked
up
steps
to
troubleshoot
the
issue
and
was
able
to
pull
the
unit
off
the
wall
and
reset
the
unit
using
a
USB
to
Mini
USB
cable
to
a
power
supply
and
the
unit
responded
and
reset
itself
as
I
expected.
However,
after
I
replaced
the
unit
it
still
didn’t
respond.
I’m
a
retired
engineer
and
the
unit
a
smart
thermostat
was
showing
a
power
supply
code
which
I
checked
out
and
had
power.
John
came
and
knew
how
to
troubleshoot
the
issue
which
turned
out
to
be
something
I
never
would
have
thought
of.
His
experience
and
knowledge
was
impressive
and
step
by
step
he
was
able
to
trace
down
the
issue
and
make
the
repair.
I
was
impressed
with
his
knowledge
and
approach.
He
is
also
a
very
pleasant
man
efficient
and
respectful.
