Not bad for the most part! Prices were pretty steep for the meal portions but it was a 1st time tryouts dinner night! The kickin chicken sandwich was great but the sauce is a total hot attack on the tastebuds and wasn't expected but I think ahead and ordered everything on the side, pro tip!

The 30 dollars worth of chicken that I bought from this place was so old that I truly believe my dog would’ve spit it on the ground. We won’t know, though, because it went straight into the trash where it belonged. Service was good that’s why I gave 2 stars.

Staff was very nice! Food’s edible, the fries were fresh and hot but some of the chicken strips were old. Sauce was ok, more like Mayo than seasoning. If you’ve ever been to Raising Canes, don’t go here. Overall, if you’re hungry, get some food to eat but don’t expect it to be spectacular.

Very bad service tonight in Van Buren AR , we ordered inside the lobby, our order was to go, and are order was given to someone in the drive thru. Then we spent another 20 minutes waiting for our order. Not only was our service bad but the drive thru customer didn't get what they paid for.Will not be going back

Clean atmosphere. Staff can ignore you at times. I do not recommend the wings. They were terrible. Hard to chew. Otherwise, other chicken has always been fresh.

They used to have a Cajun club sandwich. It's gone now only to be replaced by a flat chicken sandwich. The fries aren't as good as they used to be either. I also paid for 2 zaxbys sauce, but they gave me ranch instead.

Passing through on the way to Memphis. Hadn't eaten at a Zaxby's since 2017 in Cedar City UT. Chicken strips were fine. Don't like the taste of their sauce. Was reviewing my receipt later and, when I thought the 9.25% Van Buren sales tax was outrageous (what's up with that?), they actually charged me 10.25% sales tax. Not going to go back over 12 cents

Gross. Food was old and greasy. The best part of the whole $32 I spent was the water to drink. No fork or dipping sauce or napkin in the sack. No excuse for serving old food. I recommend nothing from this place.

We drove through at lunch time. Service was amazing..food was hot fresh and delicious. I wanted loaded chicken fries....but the price was too high.

The food was warm at best. The chicken was not fresh. The fries were too salty and soggy! The Dinning Area Was Dirty! I was also charged for 1 dipping sauce.

I’ve been craving Zaxby’s for a few days, as a trucker I’m not always in an area they are. This location is extremely stingy with the fries I can literally count them at a glance 9 fries here’s a pic. I’ve never counted fries before but it’s just in your face.

Great food, the service is almost always quick but the staff can often be rude. Went through today and ordered a big zax snack box thing, and asked for extra zax sauce. The women replied that the box already came with one, how many would I need. I told her give me 3. I left with unsweetened (should have been sweet) ice tea and NO zax sauce.. fries are always seasoned well but cut much too thick for no sauce. I could have at least gotten the one sauce I paid for. Also decided I did not need a receipt today but am almost positive I was charged for the extra two sauces.

Idk why everyone sleeps on Zaxby's The food 🔥, the fries 🔥, the seasoning on the fries 🔥. Legit Zaxby's is the truth while Chick-fil-A is mid tier at best

The restaurant and facilities were immaculate, staff was friendly, food was fresh! We ordered the chicken, bacon, ranch loaded fries. They were amazing!!

Always delicious.. except for today. I hardly ever make it to Van Buren but when I do I try to come here. I always get the kickin Chicken Sandwich meal. Today it came with three of the tiniest chicken strips I have ever seen and I'm not just exaggerating one of them was about an inch and a half long and 3/4 in wide none of them were the size they usually are. So I nicely asked what the deal was and they said that corporate has told them they should now use small pieces on the sandwiches instead of normal size. To get rid of them.... but she offered to give me two more chicken strips(normal size) the chicken strip she gave me was literally the biggest one on the sandwich ..I took one of them ..and went back and put it on my sandwich but it was just wasn't that good with a dry chicken strip on top.. I don't really know if I'll be back or not ..not like it matters I only eat there when I make it to Van Buren which is once every couple months.. guess I'll have to start going back to Firehouse 🤷

I went once in the evening and went once during lunch time both times got the number one did not care for the way the fries are cooked they are seasoned good but not a good french fry,the chicken tenders are not my cup of tea either did not have very much seasoning and not very good cuts of meat for the price I may give them another chance to try their wings I'm not really sure also I had there chicken bacon ranch fries they were okay but still the fries are not my cup of tea very pricey for the quality of food.

Been here several times always great service. My lasy 2 visits completely horrible. Last wrek order wasnt even close to correct. I just ate the food anyway. This visit even worse person taking order very rude i didnt understand exactly what was said so she started screaming wasnt volume that wsx the prob its she spoke to fast. and once i got foodtoast was hot,fries warm ,and chicken was ice cold like it was in an ice box. Called spoke with manager she started to argue of what was hot or cold. But she did explain that she could see why the chicken would be cold cause i had been sitting there for awhile but the fries should have been fresh. Than she asked me what do i expect her to do about it tonight. I was done with the conversation afyer that ill call and hopefully get a manager tommorrow. Besure not. To go there 50 min before they close u will get what they have left over

AlyssaBeth took great care of us tonight!! She was so friendly and attentive to us. I couldn't remember what the number for the meal I wanted & she patiently helped me with it. She had a smile for everyone in her line! Khloe also helped me with a forgotten item (the drive thru was really busy when we got there) That's the kind of employees that keep your customers coming back !!! 🙂🙂

I got boneless chicken and fries (#2) Chichen was very tender and delicious, fries could gave been cooked a little more. Got a side of fried pickles, too. They were delicious!

This place has gone downhill. The last several times we picked up lunch or dinner we ended up with stale fries and missing parts of our meal. Sad as it used to be a favorite and dependable option for a quick meal.

Food was old, not even close to fresh.... Strips dried out, fries not even warm, toast was not good. Wings with tongue torch had minimal sauce. We had 2 different flavor wings and the boxes were not labeled so we didn't know who's was who's?? The lady at counter guessed but didn't know. Tables were mostly dirty. Several employees not busy.

Very good. I didn't realize you could get chocolate milk instead of a fountain drink so that was really cool. The lady that took our order was nice and the food was good like normal, as were the bathrooms.

Went thru drive in. Long line that moved in short time. Was pleased with speed of service. Pleasant lady in check out & was pleased for Senior discount.

If a customer as for something specific why can’t it be granted? Zaxby’s overall is a nice restaurant for takeout. Unfortunately our experience was not. The staff wasn’t friendly, nor polite. Specifically asked for no season salt on fries. After receiving the food, we asked the lady at the window for “no season” fries, less than 20 seconds she came back to the window with fries that were double dipped in the grease. The fries she gave us were filled with grease. We won’t visit this location ever again.

Love their salad but don't want to eat my salad in my car and their dining room is not open. We live in Greenwood, AR, specifically drove 40 minutes for lunch. Everyone else has their dining room open now. Is this because of no help?

For the last 7 years, my husband and I have frequented this location. During that time there was several times they messed up my husbands or my own order. But because we liked the staff and the food, we let it slide by either removing the unwanted topping or scrapping off the sauce on the sandwich. Never calling to complain or anything of that nature, due to we understand that nobody is perfect. Sadly after 7 years of eating from this location, we are having to move and the new location doesn't have a Zaxby's. So we decided to eat here one last time, we ordered our usual orders. Which even the cashier even stated "I should know your order by now". Which we all shared a laugh, however by the time we got home, my order has been completely messed up. For seven years, i have kept my opinions and complaints to myself. With that being said, after this final mess up, I have had enough. I would not recommend this place, if you have a choice between two places, choose the other. At least they have a better chance of getting the order right.

Zaxby's itself is average trash fast food. Also they didn't have milkshakes. But the woman working let us order inside, despite their current policy. We are driving cross country in a U-Haul, so going through the drive thru was a no go and she really helped us out. I would give 5 stars just for her. The low rating is for terrible Zaxby's itself.

Sad that they were out of ketchup, but it happens. We love Zaxby's! The new wings are so good, although they're out of quite a few of the flavor sauces. The store was clean, the staff was friendly. Easy parking, speedy drive through service.
