Went in at 9:15 pm to order something to go. stood around for over 15 minutes after telling them that and still no one would take my order or even talk to me. they had 2 wait staff and a cook. 2 tables being used and 2 chairs at the counter taken. no one else was waiting and they had 3 empty counter seats and another table empty. I use to love Waffle House but this wasn't the first time i had to walk out due to very poor service. I will not be going back ever again.

This place is great. Food and service is always great. Redneck hibachi. I don't know what they pay their employees but it's too little. No matter what time you come in, it's always good. No matter what you get, add hashbrowns smothered covered chunk and peppered

Me and my daughter didn't have Christmas dinner and I had $20 to my name so I decided to take her to the Waffle House on Christmas cuz it was the only thing open and I ordered us a steak sandwich and hash browns with cheese and I got a sweet tea and she got a Sprite and it came out to $14 and somebody covered our bill which was a blessing and I was very grateful for excellent customer service oh and one of the waiters who I'm guessing was a manager gave my daughter cinnamon raisin toast for free which is really sweet I highly recommend this place great people.

Traveling cross-country on Thanksgiving, this was our available food option. The people were so friendly, the service was excellent, and the food tasty. Thank you for a lovely Thanksgiving dinner!

We always love this WH! They're always friendly and know their regulars. They quickly get you a table. They're the best!

The waitress staff are very amazing and the food and presentation looks great. But the cooks and are very degrading to wait staff. And do not think you can call in order to go, because they are not doing to go orders and definitely not answering the phone.

This Waffle House was wonderful. Waffle House is just plain great; working man's (or woman's) food cooked by some great ordinary working people... they never close (almost never even in natural disasters!) and the food is exactly what it is supposed to be. Perfect atmosphere, always nice people, and the food isn't dressed up or overly fancy, just a good price for good food.

You simply can not get any more reliable than a neighborhood waffle house. Food is always cooked perfectly, friendly staff and overall a great place to get a decent meal any time of day. I don't know how they do it, but they make breakfast better than anyone else. The food is literally the type of food you can find in so many different restraunts, but none ever compare to Waffle house. They have breakfast down to a science :D

Won't even answer their phones just terrible service. This has happened to me 5 times me trying to order from them.

Best Waffle House I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to 8 different locations in 4 different states! Fast friendly service and very clean. Evan was awesome - attentive to our needs.

The best grits I've had outside of Florida great service we got our food fast so we could eat and get back on the road for travel and everyone was very professional and nice they did a great job

2nd shift is awesome, I originally went to the 271 store, and was not greeted or anything. A gentleman came in 2 minutes after me and was greeted drink was gotten and food ordered, yet no one helped me. I got up and left and came to the van Buren store and they were awesome. Jeannie, and Vanessa went above and beyond. Cherish these employees.

Nice people, good ole waffle house ya know. Coffee still is great somehow and I don't drink coffee. You could probably make a more seasoned meal at home but it's waffle house, also this wasn't after a punk show at 2am either.

Kayla was awesome! Food was great, not as greasy as it is back home, which is good. Always love Waffle House.

I have in all my days never had a bad meal here, actually the Waffle House has always been one of my favorite eating spots.

The food was good and well prepared and the cashier was very nice, but the rest of the workers need to work on moving past racism along with the people who eat there. It’s sad how we are in 2022 and racism is still a big issue here. It would be nice to go to a place to eat and not be looked at like animals.

I love Waffle House. I have an issue with calling in to go orders at this location. I was still trying to call in to go order when I pulled into parking lot. Multiple staff working, 2 standing behind the counter, 1 just walked back in from break or is just now coming in, semi busy, and NO ONE will answer the phone!!! The message says we are limiting our to go orders due to dine in guests. Please feel free to join us for dine in. You are not busy enough at this time to not do to go orders. How much money and how many customers is this location losing due to it accepting to go orders? Left just wanting breakfast.

Such amazing people here. Decently priced especially compared to some fast foods. They treat you like family here.

Love this place during the day, but too often they just refuse to answer the phone at night… I’ll try to order something to pick up and you call and just get an automated message after so many rings. They have changed the message recently though, no if they fit answer it says “we’re busy asssiting dine in guests and would welcome you to come and place an order in house” thing is every single time thise happens (often) there’s 2-3 people working and usually no more than 2 tables and they can’t answer the phone. To take a 30 second order. Edit: it’s now a week later, I sit in the parking lot at 8 pm. I see 3 people working and two people eating. I call again and no one even attempts to answer the phone. I go in and order my food and ask if the phones are working. I get an excuse as to “someone kept calling and hanging up”…. for a freaking week?!

Awesome tasting breakfast here! Friendly employees! Clean restaurant! Small but still really nice & clean! The blueberry waffle were really delicious! The were sweet tasting in a good way! Definitely will be going back soon!

The lady on the phone was very nice and was even nicer when I got there to pick up my food. Also, I didn't know exactly the cheapest way to order my meal, the waitress assisted me... thank you.

This was my first Waffle House, and I truly enjoyed it. The staff was so nice, especially since we came with 2 kids under 5. The breakfast sandwich was fantastic, and I loved the atmosphere.

Smothered and covered, the only way to go. Very good food, cheese over the hash browns, yum yum. I'm glad there are a lot of waffle houses across the country, prices are getting a little steep, but they're trying. All prices are going up so you have to expect it. Very good service, never disappointed when eating at Waffle House. We meeting at a lot of waffle houses in different states, while being a truck driver for 33 years, and it's always the same ,good food
