Met up with my friend for food and drinks and she chose the place for its American food and theme. The entrance is located on the corner of Club Row and Bethnal Green Road. As you walk in passed the curtained entrance you met at the side reception desk and just behind it is the DJ stand. (Oh yes, a DJ playing hip hop) setting the vibe. I was taken to my table as I waited for my friend to arrive. Ordered a mocktail - strawberry Daiquiri (as usual) and a lemonade. Waitress was friendly. Once my friend arrived she ordered a Gin and Ton. The menu was one page nice and simple. From the that, I ordered the cheeseburger dumplings, Cheesy Truffle fries and The Mac Daddy burger and my friend ordered the Mac balls and chicken and waffles. The food was tasty and very favour filled.. the Cheesy Truffle fries where the shocker don’t look like much but the flavour was undeniable 4/5. The Cheeseburger dumplings 3.5/5 and the The Mac Daddy burger 4/5. My friend rated her Mac balls at 3.5/5 and the chicken and waffles at 4/5. If you want a cheeky feel of a American NYC style meal and vibe, then next time you in Shoreditch pop in.. it’s worth it.

We came here on a quiet Thursday afternoon, when we arrived it was only us in the restaurant but staff were SO friendly and accommodating! Elidon and Arif specifically. Thank you guys! We ordered the cessation salad which did not disappoint, it was huge. Really nice chilled atmosphere, will definitely come back.

The Lamb Fries were great along with the buffalo wings! The Steak was alright. I must say, the Iceberg Wedge salad was really good. You really do get a lot for the price and the drizzle of the blue cheese dressing was a delight! The Skinny fries were a little too crispy and didn't feel like I was eating fries. The classic burger was OK, nothing extraordinary. I don't think this place is worth the hype. However, I'd visit again, but under the lunch menu. Honest opinion 6/10.

Comfortable seats with a nice relaxed vibe. I really like the chicken and waffles but the fried donuts weren’t to my taste. I ordered a Pineapple Express mocktail and it was closer to pineapple juice than a cocktail.

It is a nice place and have more of a bar ambient than a restaurant wich fits to the style. Really good tasting small plates. Fun and unusual crossovers. Also, very nice porkribs. Their desserts concludes the American theme.

Really cool venue with a decent menu. The Mac & Cheese starter was great while the burgers were decent enough if nothing to write home about (I'd have them again). The Cheesy fries were not that great as the sauce was very heavy (I thought it would be melted cheese). Service was a bit odd as they tried to bring out the mains just after we got our starters...

We went there without booking on for a drink before dinner. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they still had some space for 2 people on a Saturday at 9pm. I was not sure which cocktail to have so the bartender asked me a few questions and recommended the deputy dog. Waooo one of the best cocktails I've ever had! My partner had the Mutt's nuts and was also really impressed. The staff was lovely and super helpful, nice ambiance, short time spent there but had a really lovely time.

Just Excellent! our usual Christmas burger night was closed and we opted for Dirty Bones... we were not disappointed. The food was superb, atmosphere great the staff really helpful and attentive. The actual venue itself is amazing. We were a group of 8 and had a burger / bones each, and shared numerous sides and fries, starters... (and 4 Christmas Burgers, fried served in a potato waffle - inspired!) The Mutts Nuts cocktails were superb.

Amazing food!! Chicken and Waffles with a side of Mac n Cheese was perfect. Decent prices, a chilled vibe, friendly staff and a cool old converted pub setting. My wife and I would definitely return.

We visited Dirty Bones on Sunday, we didn't have a reservation but we were able to sit at the bar and eat. The service was quick and friendly. The drinks were tasty and the food was hot, fresh and tasty. The fried chicken was excellent, good portion sizes too!

We chilled in this rustic down to earth spot. The food touched our souls! Good presentation of entrée. The staff are very friendly and accommodating as I had my children with me. Lovely sticky sweet and sour ribs. Perfect chicken and waffles. My son enjoyed his chicken waffle bun. My only gripe is the two flights of stairs for the restroom.

Two very different experiences at Dirty Bones. First experience going out for dinner. Everything was pretty good as far as the meal goes. Unfortunately it was spoilt by a large plastic shard that we found at the end of our milkshake. We are pretty stumped as to how the object got in the milkshake. The manager did remove the milkshake from the bill but considering that a lot of damage could have happened if I did manage to accidentally swallow the object it wouldn’t be good for their business and so was expecting a bit more compensation. Having said that The Mac Daddy burger was really good. Slightly disappointed with the chicken and waffles. The balance between sweet and salt wasn’t quite right. Our brunch experience felt mixed. The pancakes didn’t quite hit the expectations. Enjoyed the blueberries in the pancakes but thought they were a bit dry. Definitely get the tater tots. They’re like balls of hash browns. We found the egg yolks to be overdone for the chicken and waffles and could have been more runny, but overall was good. Definitely worth going but room for improvement

Came with my boyfriend to try their Chicken and Waffle which is massively popular in America. I can say we were definelty not disappointed; although the mix of savoury and sweet is unusual it is amaaazing! Highly recommend. The staff were super friendly and it wasn’t too expensive.

I hosted a group in London, we did a brunch outing at Dirty Bones restaurant. The service and food was good, I really loved the bottomless mimosas - definitely do the upgrade to the Prosecco. I was so hungry I forgot to take pics of the food.

Food was good overall, but the beef short rib was mostly fat and chicken needed more flavour for us. I’d go back just for the tunes alone though, had to ask for DJ’s name, he was THAT GOOD!!! Shout out to Dj_Tade, you made our night! We were singing and dancing along all night! 🙌🏼

Not what I expected, it has a more relaxed vibe. Not disabled access friendly, the toilets are up a mountain of stairs! Food was top notch, drinks were phenomenal but my waitress was less than enthusiastic.

Amazing vibe. Delicious Mains. Reasonable Prices and Great Location. Could be a bit more spacious and food could have been served hotter however understand that it was quite busy. Loved the food ESPECIALLY the Fried Doughnuts, absolutely heavenly!! And will definitely come back.
