Good apartment. Clean society. Very calm and quiet with ample place for children to play. Gated society.

It's a city in a Metro city :). The amenities are very good. Since the have a good association members, they are making everything best for the residence. Wide space for walking and hanging out. Broadway helps the vehicles to go peacefully. The houses are more windy and spacious. I personally appreciate the builder for the design and construction.

Excellent well maintained gated community with all modern amenities ( back up power, swimming pool, play area) consisting about 500 flats. Permanent Security /maintenance staff take care of the premises. Super markets/Banks/ATM and Hospitals are located nearby.

A good swimming pool and gym too. Kids play area, well demarcated parking slots. Proximity to Appollo Vanagaram and the Bangalore highwayake it an attractive residential option.

Good Community with a horrible Association (2023-24). Behaviour of current office bearers are rude. It's a pity that they are not working for the welfare of the residents. Association does not even allow door delivery of water from a particular water supplier due to personal vendetta at the cost of displeasure of the residents.

I'm staying here for 10 years. But now it is not safe to live here. Please dont buy a house here. No family can be here. Boys who live out will come and play here. No association is fulfilling our needs. President is a dead body. No use of living in this Apartment
