They sort of force you to tip every time you visit. I came there 4x in 1 day.. for coffee, and if you don't tip, they give off a stanky attitude as if you lose merit to their coffee family. I would rather order from the window than roll down mine because in 1 month (5x a week) every month, I've had to tip 40ish dollars...love the coffee but rather go to Starbucks to avoid the tip. Gasoline and rent are priorities and need coffee for my 16-18 hour shifts as a officer It's verbally disencouraging if you say no tip on a safe tip and show the screen at your face Russian ruler of their kindness. In relation to what you put as a tip or no tip Honestly, they're not doing anything for the tip. Except taking the order, which I can do myself at the window or the kiosk taker and the drive through if anything, I'd tip the s/he who makes the coffee.. unless it's raining 🌧 outside and super busy, then I see the tip appropriate

I used to think that this Dutch bros was the best in the area. They were (and still are) always super kind and friendly, and made the best tasting drinks. But these last couple of weeks when I go, they literally taste so bad. To the point I asked them to remake it, and it was still so bad. I don’t know why but their oat milk always tastes like play-Doh. I go to other coffee shops around and their oat milk tastes fine in drinks, so maybe it’s the brand they use. Also they add little to no flavoring to their drinks. So when I order a flavored drink it tastes like straight up, milk, Red Bull, or coffee. It’s just nasty. Also I ordered a muffin top today and it came with part of the wrapper still attached. I took a bite of it, totally gross. I think that the employees just need to be retrained or something. Because they are so nice, but sooooo bad at their job.

Sarah and the Dutch Bros. team at this location are amazing. The generously donated to the Class of 2023 Heritage HS CCTE Completer Celebration. Our students are huge supporters of Dutch Bros, and love their coffee. The students, were so excited to receive the donations. Everyone at this location is so nice and helpful. Please support local businesses that support local students.

Hi, I came in yesterday around 330 pm I ordered a medium carmalizer 4x XTRA sweet with whip and Carmel drizzle on top. I had waited 10 ish mins for my drink. The whole time I had to wait for my drink I had wasps swarming me as there is nothing hanging for the wasps to be trapped into and I'm allergic. Then I got my drink and it had Carmel drizzle on the cup. No big deal, as I use to order it that way in the past, but the Issue started when I got home and went to drink it and was getting nothing but STRAIGHT Caramel because they had so much on the cup it slid to the bottom, which is why I don't like it on the cup anymore. I'm getting frustrated wasting money on coffee, I can't drink because it's made wrong.

Just makes me or my girlfriend and coworkers feel guilty if we can provide a tip.. just take our order and move on to the next customer.. or get a second job to fulfill your tip needs. Gosh.

I'm a coffee addict and this dutch stand definitely supplies those needs! I'm not fond of the double line as it beats the purpose of a first come, first serve basis and causes customers to get cut by other customers. However, I will continue to put up with the crazy line for my girl Katie! We followed her from the Orchards stand by 7/11 and have no regrets! Her customer service is always on point and she always makes sure the customer is satisfied. I will continue to follow Katie to any stand she works as she always goes above and beyond! ❤️

So I have been going to Dutch Bros for 8 to 10 years roughly and been going to this because it's near my home and where I like to fill my car up. I'm diabetic but still like to enjoy an energy drink when working late at night. So for about a year or more I have been getting a large blended drink that is half sugar free and half regular. This is the only location that has told me I need to pay an extra $4 for them to that. That would make my over price drunk $13 with a small tip. They made my drink wrong this time and the guy rolled his eyes and was. Well I will fix it this time. But now on it's extra. I won't go back to any of the Vancouver or battle ground locations because of the attitude I got.

Chloe was awesome! She took the time to make a kid's milkshake for my grandson and was so nice. Thx for the excellent service, we will be going back for sure.

My first time trying this coffee. The very friendly gal at the walk-up window asked if I had the app. When I told her I didn’t, as it was my first time trying Dutch Bros, she was very sweet and offered the drink on the house. I saw her interacting with other customers (guessing their usual order as they walked up) so I got the sense that this company, maybe this store in particular, is big on customer service. They made an impact on me. Busy spot with drive up and walk up orders but they know how to hustle and treat customers right, both. Thanks for that experience, Dutch Bros (sorry I didn’t catch the gal’s name!)

4/30 early a.m. dark haired gal sat and talked through the drive through for 10 minutes having a personal conversation, while we waited behind the car. We had 2 ask her twice of she was open, finally she said "yeah" as if we inconvenienced her. I'm from Boise and know the owner. He would never allow this customer service. We went to Starbucks across the street.
