They should be called One Guys right now. The one person working there needs 5 stars as she was a rockstar. Between taking orders, cooking the all the food, she greeted everyone who walked in with a smile and a real apology for being the only one there. Then she gave us a pretty accurate wait time of when we could expect our food. But when you have to wait 15 min before even getting your order taken that’s when management need to be there helping out. Hiring is rough right now, so take a hit management, raise your wages as the demand requires it and bring service back to your business. I guarantee that this sole warrior will burn out before you make your millions off her work.

The bread in both our meals was thin and soggy. The meat was meh. The cheese was disgusting and the music was horrible and way too loud. No reason to ever return.

Their burgers are tasty with a good choice of free toppings. I had the smallest burger with mushrooms, relish, onions, & mayo. If you don’t want a bun, there’s a choice to have it wrapped in lettuce or in a bowl. The burger was cooked just right without tasting dry. The fries are hand cut. At the eatery, they tell you where the spuds are from in the US. It was worth the wait as the food came hot and fresh. There’s other choices such as dogs and sandwiches. If you enjoy milkshakes, this is the place. The place is located near Macy’s at Vancouver Mall. Don’t forget there’s free peanuts while you’re waiting.

I used to enjoy coming here, however the bacon 🥓 is big chunks not the little one's that they used to use, the hamburgers haven't been cooked thoroughly the past few times we've came in and the wait is horrible due to not having enough employees working. Overall not a good experience the past few times. Hopefully they will get more employees and the wait time will get better along with the food being thoroughly cooked. For the price of a bacon cheeseburger you should be able to eat it and enjoy it not throw it away because it's still super pink more than half way through it

Went in on the evening of 5/6/23 with my son and boyfriend. Ordered 3 burgers & fries. Had a long wait, but we weren’t upset because it was busy. Received our food and all 3 burgers were completely wrong and not what we ordered. I went to the counter and explained the issue to an employee. He called for a manager, Jacob, to come speak with me. He did not look me in the eyes, just asked me what was wrong. I was showing him on the receipt & comparing the burgers to explain the issues. He acknowledged them but it seemed like he was trying to make me accept them. I continued to explain the issues and he very rudely replied “Fine, we’ll remake the whole order”. He then snatched the receipt away and turned away from me, walking away angrily. I went back to my seat to discuss the situation with my family and then returned to the counter. I asked for a refund, and explained that what had just occurred was extremely rude. I was refunded for the 3 burgers. I see that a lot of complains are listed online regarding this specific employee. He is not meant to be in customer service or represent a team, let alone a company.

So I ordered a burger and hot dog both with everything, and I clearly explained to the young woman helping me I wanted all of the items in both the red and black lists. She understood and started to ring it up correctly. Then an older employee overrode her, telling her something about the old menu, and how what I really wanted was all the way. I don't blame the woman taking my order, but whoever the older woman was clearly didn't overhear the full conversation, thought she knew what she was talking about but didn't. So I get home and my burger only had the items from the black list. It was bland by comparison to what I ordered, and I don't think I've ever been more annoyed while eating a hamburger. I know it's not really a big deal, and shouldn't annoy me so much, but honestly it just seriously bothers me that someone butted in who thought they knew better and didn't. Next time, listen to your customers instead of telling them what they really want.

First, their food is always good. BUT, employees were standing around doing nothing in the cooking area. We even saw one that was eating fries while they were standing around. It seemed like just 2 girls were working. The bathrooms were NOT kept clean, and the trash needed to be emptied. As we left, the manager was emptying the trash. There was a girl that wiped down the ketchup area, but that was it. The service and the bathrooms had nothing to do with the number of employees. There was enough staff. The staff just was not proactive or delegated properly.

The food is five guys… so generally well done; however, have ordered ahead and order was not even being made when we arrived past time. The workers are rude and don’t pay attention or try to acknowledge customers. This isn’t the first time we have had this experience. I chalked it up to a busy time or a happenstance bad worker. This is our fifth time of having such bad service with rude workers. Management needs to have a conversation about proper customer service.

Burger was really good, more than we could eat, but at 9 bucks a Burger that should be the case. I thought the fries to be be ok, not crisp like i like, but thats my preference. Atmosphere was ok, music was good although a little loud. Service was great, Burger was served in a timely manner and good and hot. Place was clean.

Their burgers are delicious. My favorite is the little cheeseburger with the works. Sometimes I'll spicy it up wit some jalapeños but I can never eat the entire thing. This may be in part to the incredible amount of fries the come in an order. No matter the location, eating at Five Guys Burgers and Fries is a must.

Specific to Vancouver Mall location; completely ignored by all staff then rolled eyes commentary about need to notify when waiting on delivery order. Literally been waiving people down for 10 minutes. It’s always an attitude of, why are you here, at this location. Go to Hazel Dell; their team is AWESOME!

Staff taking orders would rather be anywhere else. Not welcoming at all. Every single table is filthy. There is only 1 family eating in the restaurant with us so all the employees are standing around doing nothing. Some one could clean up the dinning room. Poor time management here!

Our hamburgers tasted great! Not a lot of salt. We ordered and shared an order of french fries between my wife and I. There's not a lot of salt on the fries either.

The food and service were amazing. I had a 15 minute lunch break (after driving there and back), but they were so fast that I was able to enjoy my food in store, instead of having to drive back and eat it in the office after it cooled down. Definitely worth a visit if you want a good quick lunch!
