Went
in
on
the
evening
of
5/6/23
with
my
son
and
boyfriend.
Ordered
3
burgers
&
fries.
Had
a
long
wait,
but
we
weren’t
upset
because
it
was
busy.
Received
our
food
and
all
3
burgers
were
completely
wrong
and
not
what
we
ordered.
I
went
to
the
counter
and
explained
the
issue
to
an
employee.
He
called
for
a
manager,
Jacob,
to
come
speak
with
me.
He
did
not
look
me
in
the
eyes,
just
asked
me
what
was
wrong.
I
was
showing
him
on
the
receipt
&
comparing
the
burgers
to
explain
the
issues.
He
acknowledged
them
but
it
seemed
like
he
was
trying
to
make
me
accept
them.
I
continued
to
explain
the
issues
and
he
very
rudely
replied
“Fine,
we’ll
remake
the
whole
order”.
He
then
snatched
the
receipt
away
and
turned
away
from
me,
walking
away
angrily.
I
went
back
to
my
seat
to
discuss
the
situation
with
my
family
and
then
returned
to
the
counter.
I
asked
for
a
refund,
and
explained
that
what
had
just
occurred
was
extremely
rude.
I
was
refunded
for
the
3
burgers.
I
see
that
a
lot
of
complains
are
listed
online
regarding
this
specific
employee.
He
is
not
meant
to
be
in
customer
service
or
represent
a
team,
let
alone
a
company.
