    HOURS INCORRECT—they’re usually not open past 8:30pm. And don’t use the drive-thru, you’ll be trapped for a minimum of 40 minutes. *This is a higher up/management issue, and not the fault of the underpaid employees. They’re always kind and seem to be doing their best.* Edited—the wait for this establishment is abhorrent. I arrived at the drive through at 8:50pm on a Monday evening. I didn’t arrive at the speaker until 9:25, 35 minutes after arriving. Another 5 minutes before arriving at the window, which was now 40 minutes after getting here. Patrons in the drive thru had begun exiting their vehicles and asking fellow customers how long their wait had been, playing music, chatting, etc. For a subpar American fast food chain, this is not an acceptable wait time. Delve into why employees aren’t being retained here. Do better. Additionally, the food is always cold and poorly made. Soft taco shells should be soft, not stand up on their own. Any time i get a burrito, the toppings are completely clumped so you get only one ingredient per bite—disgusting. Spread the toppings out! Waiting 40min for Rock hard potatoes for the spicy potato soft taco is a disappointment. This isn’t a one time thing, but a regular occurrence.

    Tacos were all broken and only half full. Too pricy for this lack of attention to details on food prep. Probably won’t return to the Andresen location.

    Zero stars. The Owner should be fired. Store Manager is obviously inept in their hiring. We were the only customers and waited over 10 minutes in drive thru. No customer updates; or courtesies. Corporate should do a performance audit; and possibly suspend their franchise.

    Waited 40 mins for a very small order. They forgot to give me the drink for the order. So I asked... and they just stood around. Finally I told them just give me the cup and I'll do it... then she give me a soda with no ice. So I had to go get my own ice bc the girl there was just lazy. Never going back. There is one guy I like there and I hope he finds a better job.

    I used to be an employee at this location for 2 weeks. When I worked on drive thru, taking your orders I always tried to joke with you to make you laugh to lighten your mood or make ya laugh. Well a customer said they wanted to get the Mexican Pizza. I replied "oh man sorry but we just ran out of Mexican Pizza's l!" (Of course I would say "nah just kidding I got you, can I get anything else for ya?". Well my other coworkers insisted I said "we are all out of Mexicans" ( I did not say this, I'm not racist. I am gay and have been a victim of social Profiling my whole life. I have been in the food industry for awhile ever since my sophomore year at highschool. I used to work for a tech company and when covid hit I started my plan of opening my own company (which it is now open) well I was telling a coworker what my company did, well this coworker would tell me the problems they have been facing with their network and I would tell them what I would do, and how I did it for past clients I even created a spoof access point to show them the configuration settings they need to set or change ( I knew the router they were using because I was told to go look where I found a cheap router with multiple access point devices. This place doesn't like people who work who are smarter than them. Who trys his best to keep customers mood happy and laughing. They fired me and I am not happy with the treatment I got. Elizabeth Kirby RGM Bradlee Kitchen Area Coach (who is supposedly in a sexual relationship with a minor, who doesn't want to say anything because they work at Taco Bell but at another location.) And there was another RGM from another Taco Bell from Van Mall Taco Bell. They didn't want to hear my side of the story. Because I always wore a hidden bodycamera while working at Taco Bell. Don't Eat Here. For management. Your time is coming. U can contact me because I have my info already. Let's Talk!

    This taco bell has been consistently bad throughout the years. Bad service, low quality food, low quality for even taco bell standards. They give the wrong food all the time. I'm done with taco bell, can't handle paying so much for such terrible food.

    Typically pretty consistent, especially when compared to the other locations in town. Have few trips that were a bummer but honestly they continue to do the best they can with what they got. The company itself doesn't give much care about the employees and I know they get worked into the ground. Keep it up y'all

    I am not one to complain about food but when my food is literally inedible, I can't not say something. My husband went and got us food tonight, 05/13/2023 at 10PM. The first thing I noticed was that my nacho fry box had about 5 fries in it, not even half the box. I went to drink my soda and not only did it have no ice, it was completely flat like it had been sitting out all night. I go to eat my dorito taco and it was cold. I'm not talking that it was hot at one point and then cooled down, it was COLD!! I checked my crunchwrap and same thing! It was like nothing had been cooked. I don't have super high expectations for fast food but this is completely ridiculous. I've called the restaurant three times with no response but I plan on going in tomorrow and requesting a complete refund. $28.00 wasted on inedible food. 🤢

    This is one of the worst Taco Bell's in the city due to unacceptably slow service. I can't come here on my lunch break because the drive thru takes far too long and the driveway locks you in so you can't pull out and leave if you have somewhere to be. So I started going to Wendy's next door who are fast and efficient. I came into the dining room one day thinking I could get better service. Nope. They took so long I had to walk out of the restaurant without receiving my order in order to get to work on time. On more than one occasion having already waited a long time I was told I needed to wait additional time for certain items to be cooked fresh, or to be told they were out of something and I needed to pick another similar item. The kicker? If that item is a little more they won't trade straight across; they charge extra. The quality of food is also poor. If you order anything with potatoes there is a 90% chance they will be stale and hardened from sitting around. Skimpy portions. Ask for sauce you'll be lucky to get one per item. I stopped coming here.

    The breakfast menu was posted, so the value menu wasn't. However, items normally on the value menu were available. Service was quick. Food was satisfactory. Liked that the hot sauces were available for taking without having to ask the counter person.

    The lady that was working the drive-thru was extremely rude refused to do three different doordash orders from different doordashers the after we left she was taking orders from other customers but refused three different Vehicles their doordash orders but wouldn't even talk to us at the window

    The food was old or something. It just tasted a little bit off.and not very fast for fast food. I think maybe am employee was slow and so that means so is the food they produce
