I ordered decaf and the guy laughed as he assured me it was when handing it to me.. I have a heart condition and must have decaf coffee . I barely get coffee anymore but wanted to treat myself. I left the drive thru and went to Costco. I immediately knew it was regular espresso... I stopped drinking halfway thru but it was too late. I suffered symptoms that mimic a heart attack shortly after drinking it that continued for many hours. I am definitely not going to this location again.

There was a misunderstanding/communication issue when trying to make my order. When I got to the pick up window the barista asked me again my order and I told her and still got something else. The drive through menu didn’t have all the options that would displayed on the inside so I got confused. Had to take my drink back in because it wasn’t what I had ordered. The barista goes that’s why I asked, I go you asked but you didn’t hear me. Drink was remade to not still get what I had had paid extra for. Disappointing because honestly I get that so many customers can be rude but I wasn’t. Then to try and belittle me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Rude customer service.

Met a friend for coffee and conversation. I had mint tea and egg white bites. Tea was hot, fresh, and delicious. I chose egg bites over bagel and pastries, it was ok. Friend had a special coffee, over $6, it looked like a small. It's never loud at this store, so we always have good conversation, and they let us stay for over an hour, just pricey.

Most of us know Starbucks. Fairly consistent across the board. Coffee is a little over roasted in my opinion. It leaves a lingering bitter taste in your mouth but somehow you just get used to it. They are conveniently everywhere and they have an array of snacks that range from not terribly healthy to healthy. We go here more for convenience than anything. They are like the 7-11 of the coffee world.

Great location with excellent coffee, food, and treats. Staff members (especially Daniel) are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Overall, a marvelous coffee shop.

They are always so friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience from the staff here and I go way more than I should. My favorite Starbucks location by far!!!

We travel alot and always find a Starbucks to stop at for our lattes and breakfast treat. This stop was one of the best! The employees were very professional and smiling. The place was very clean. Lattes and egg bites were hot, fresh and tasty.

The coffee I ordered was undeniably burnt, leaving an unpleasant taste in my mouth and a lingering burnt aroma that was hard to shake off. From the moment I took my first sip, it was evident that the coffee had been over-roasted. The bitterness was overwhelming and completely overshadowed any hint of flavor that the coffee might have had. It was an unfortunate reminder that not all Starbucks beverages are created equal. What really irked me was the inconsistency in the quality of the coffee. As an avid Starbucks customer, I have come to expect a certain level of standardization across their stores. However, this particular location fell short of that mark. It is disheartening to know that I cannot rely on a consistent coffee experience regardless of which Starbucks I visit. Moreover, I found the lack of attention to detail concerning. It was evident that the barista who served me either didn't notice the burnt flavor or simply overlooked it. A little more care and consideration goes a long way in ensuring a satisfactory customer experience. I believe it is important to provide constructive feedback so that Starbucks can improve their offerings. Burnt coffee should not be something customers have to endure, especially at a well-established coffee chain like Starbucks. I hope they give more attention to the quality of their products at this particular location to ensure that no customer has to go through a similar disappointing experience. In conclusion, I would caution other coffee aficionados to approach this particular Starbucks location with a bit of skepticism. If you are looking for a reliably good cup of coffee, this may not be the best choice.

There is literally one gentleman that owns his job here. The rest huddle together and chat and ignore customers. Whilst waiting for my order, I was completely ignored on Sunday. This guy stepped in and had the class and decency to try to make small talk. He got a $2 tip off me for one drink and I hope he did not have to share it. I have also seen them use instant coffee for decaf vs fresh brewed coffee. Word to the wise if you are ordering decaf due to health reasons.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. Always fast, always friendly ,and always have my coffee tasting great!
