Overall had a great experience with this restaurant. However, the new lady only gave 1 tiny scoop of everything, and the bowl is not even full. From my order, I can literally count the numbers of grains of rice. Please fill the bowl up next time. Otherwise it is unacceptable. Thanks!

Very cheap and a rip off place to eat avoid at all costs, staff are rude and very cheap on ingredients unlike the north location, i ask for hot sauce they. tell me its 1 dollar where north location gives me 2 for free, this place is pathetic!

This place does food well ! Love their bowls, it’s pretty, loaded and delectable! I got their pulled pork ! Made it into a combo of spicy and sweet ( perfect combo ) value for money ! A picture of my friends bowls too :) thanks bar burrito !!:)

Pretty value. Portions are huge. I've been a few times. Was really impressed when it first opened. Still nice now. Like a busy Subway to me.

One of the best and healthiest meal I have ever had. The portions are up to mark and if needed more the staff happily makes it happen with a smile. The types of sauces they have are amazing. The most I like is bang bang a bit of sweet and tangy, and if you are a spicy sauce fan then their Signature hot sauce is amazing. And burrito sauce. Overall it's heartiest food over here.

man was extremely rude just tossing our food and sauces around and than when we politely asked him to stop he started yelling at us and was EXTREMELY rude , will never be visiting again. terrible service.

Just tried their new street tacos. Yuck! Hardly anything in them! It was like eating a tortilla full of soup! Never again!!! I don’t know how this place has good reviews! What I got was pure garbage! Taco Bell would have been better for the same price!

Will not go back! Horrible service. Over priced for what you get. Bland taste to the food (It's Mexican, that should be impossible). Tonight was a "Try it again" after previous disappointments. Was good when first opened, seems to have changed owners(?). They have new chicken sandwiches I wanted to try. I asked if I could get different toppings, jazz it up, I was provided a very quick NO. (they literally have a buffet of toppings that you are looking at under the glass in front of you just sitting there, but NO was the answer) OK, go for the classic Burrito. Asked for Guacamole, told $1 extra, yup, very common and expected, please proceed. I watched as the server used what looked like a grandma style butter knife gingerly balance what she could (aka a tiny amount) on the flat portion of the utensil and place it on my Burrito. I stopped her and said "If I'm paying $1 for the topping, at least give me the $1's worth please." She countered with "You are allowed one scoop, no more" Seriously?? The actual eating of the food, bland and boring. I'm not big on spicy, so it doesn't take much for me, so if I'm saying it's bland.... Will not go back. I do not recommend this location.

I used to love coming here because the bowls were such a good deal. The last few months the portions are way smaller but the price has gone up. The staff seem to have been coached to skimp on everything lately. My partner had the burrito and she said the same thing. Bar burrito is no longer my go to, the one in the north is much better unfortunately

This place is going down hill, since the new owner ship! VERY small servings, always have to ask for extra because the teaspoon sized serving of lettuce, cheese is the same, then they charge 2$ for another little tiny sprinkle of cheese. The kicker, they want a tip at the end! Original owners were the best !

Large amount of food and it’s healthy and fresh. $12 for a burrito bowl. Definitely beats having subway for $11 across the street

The food was good, but the guac was definitely not fresh, a waste of money spent on guac :(. We also got a churro with dipping sauce and the amount of dipping sauce was less than adequate.

Build your own burrito style fast food joint offering custom bites at reasonable prices. Cannot comment on authenticity, but if you choose coherent fillings you're bound to be impressed. The large burrito size is massive and can easily feed two people. The loaded fries are perfect to share if each of you are nabbing a 'rrito. A must-visit for a quick lunch or dinner (or breakfast, why not?).

This place is unique in that it is licensed and has a bar like feel. The real draw is the authentic ingredients and flavors. Coupled with the build your burrito option this place has something tasty and different to offer.

Sam at the downtown location helped us today, he made our food perfectly and was so friendly. 5 star service and the food as always is delicious.

Horrible establishment, staff terrible and rude to customers, food terrible, service was the worst experience I have ever had in my life, complete waste of your money, go to the authentic Mexican restaurant up the street instead and support a local business instead of a chain. Went back again today. Horrible again, waste of money and they charged me $2 to add some hot sauce to my tacos. Ridiculous. Not sure why I bothered trying it again

This place brought me back to my trip in Mexico from the first contact my tongue touched the burrito. I opened my mouth as wide as I can and I can only fit the tip of the burrito. When I bite down, the juice, the rice, and the rich dark black beans gushes out and fill me down to my throat. Everything in my mouth burns with the spicy hot sauce but the jaritto came in like cool sunny rain in a hot summer day cooling my mouth and my throat. The burning sensation lingers on my tongue yet it doesn't stop me from making another bite. It's hot sauce is like an addiction for the human minf. before I noticed, I'm down to my last bite and my stomach is stuffed like a turkey in thanks giving. I love their burrito! but their rice bowl is better.

The ingredients didn’t look amazing but I was hungry and decided to buy it anyway. Big mistake, it tasted fine at the start where there was more rice but when I got to the middle of the burrito, where the lettuce and crispy chicken was, it was terrible. The lettuce was soggy and when I looked at it was brown. The crispy chicken was soggy and didn’t taste good. To sum it up I would not recommend this restaurant because of the poor service, bad food, etc. (written by my 13 yr old son)

Very solid and tasty burrito, assembled in a subway-style lineup where you add the ingredients you wish after choosing your primary protein option. Quick, easy, filling, and reasonably priced. Nothing too special about the venue or service, but it's fast-food, and they were quick and efficient.

Food was really good. I ordered online and they had the buy 1 get 1 free deal for the burritos that time. Churro was yummy.

Food was great. Staff were amazing! They had me try hot sauce b4 putting it on my food. Thank god! 1 drop of signature sauce I was crying and coughing. They immediately gave me sour cream sauce to kill the burn. So kind. Thank you!!!

Arrived just before 1pm on a Sunday. Fairly busy but wait was short. Fresh ingredients, large portions and lots of steak included in my steak bowl. My wife enjoyed her spicy chicken burrito.

Ordered 2 bowls... Asked for sauce on the side... Arrived like soup because of the additional sauces ordered on the side, called to report that it arrived like soup and with missing ingredients and the yelled at me and hung up on me. I'm out $51.15. Avoid at all costs. So hungry now. Big mistake. Wish I could post a picture so you could see what I received.

Had the Bang bang shrimp bowl in the summer of 2021. It was amazing, with fresh fried shrimp. We were excited to go back and have it again this year. Unfortunately they have decided to pre cook the shrimp and leave them sitting in a warming tray for what seemed to be several hours too long. The shrimp were also so over cooked they had become little black pieces of leather. We ate half our meals and threw the rest out. I would never get this meal again if they continue to prepare it this way. If the restaurant reads these please go back to how you prepared this last year!

Are you looking for a massive amount of calories in the form of a burrito? Then this is the place for you. Nice fast food style over the counter joint. Lots of topping choices. I was very full at the end!

This place has the best burritos I have ever eaten at fast walk through Mexican style place. The price is great, and the taste is even better. I highly recommend trying out their food if your near one of their locations.

Very substantial portion size, especially considering the price. Nice looking interior and friendly staff. I will be back.
