Look, the people that work here are nice and the services/treatments do work. There have just been way too many issues. I purchased two laser hair removal packages. Throughout the year I used them, many MANY of my appointments were cancelled on me, of no fault of my own. I figured no big deal, they would of course just add the service back on to the end of my package. Nope. They told me after 7 sessions that my contract was "expiring" and no more treatments may be received. Ridiculous. Somehow, they informed me I have .2 cycles of coolsculpting remaining. I have no idea how I got charged for a partial service. Obviously there is no money back. I had thought I had paid for .8 cycle to upgrade to a full service and then used it, but nope. They apparently made me pay for a full cycle since the .2 is still in my account. Eventually, Ideal did credit me back two of my remaining three appointments. I'm thankful they did this, but it feels like it was done because of my earlier 2-star review. I'm adding a star back because they credited me most of my appointments that they cancelled, but I'm not adding more because I NEEDED TO REQUEST IT. Ladies, save yourself the headaches and money, and just go to a local med spa owned by a family. They won't f you over like Ideal Image did to me.

The last three appointments I've had were extremely unpleasant and duped of my time. 1st appointment - I was quickly ushered in, not a lot of explanation of the procedure, messy room with ceilings stained which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. Was left in the room the entire time in the dark. I had to ring the bell once the procedure was done and she didn't come back in for another 5 minutes. 2nd appointment - drove an hour to the location because that was the only availability at the time. Once again, felt very rushed. The nurse also rushed through all of the warnings and medical history questions. Since I was not given proper preparation BEFORE my appointment so I was not able to do anything that day. Waste of time off work. 3rd appointment - drove an hour to the location once again. The nurse had no clue what I was about to have done once we walked into the room (which was once again, messy with boxes stacked on top of each other, mats on the floor ripping, air conditioner making an obscene noise and the smell of burnt skin throughout the room). I did not feel comfortable having anything done to me in that room. The nurse was kind and could tell I was uncomfortable from my past experiences and suggestion I reschedule. Overall the offices are a big turn off (messy, unkept, dirty in areas) and nothing is explained. I feel like cattle being ushered in and out of each appointment. This feels like a cash grab. Now I'm stuck with a $1,000+ bill for treatments I'm not going to get and with the experience I've received, I doubt anything will be done about this.

Someone named McKenna from Ideal Image, Vancouver, WA. left me a message saying she canceled my appointment because my provider will not be there. First, I scheduled my Saturday appointment well in advance. Second, I’m not assigned to one provider. I haven’t signed anything saying that, and who cares about one specific provider? If I can get a Saturday appointment I’ll take it. McKenna canceled it, and the next opening is more than two months out. She left a phone number that no one answers. I’ve called several times. I was happy with their service before, but now I’m taking this personal. It’s unprofessional and rude, and what’s this really about? My membership ends September 15th, and all of a sudden my appointment is cancelled. To the Better Business Bureau I go.

This place is a scam, and they were extremely rude. I was going to cancel my appointment, but they said they had already charged Ally Financing Corporation. I am unsure if it is legal to charge a person for a service they did not receive, then quote one charge, and then be assigned another. I was scheduled for Botox and lip filler. I was quoted $8 a unit for Botox; it was over $10 a unit when I got there. At that point, I was going to cancel, but of course, I went ahead with my appointment because I had already been charged. I told the person doing the injections that I was going on vacation flying to Cambodia, and she never said that my lips could explode. I have had Botox multiple times, which has never been as painful. So we both agreed not to do the filler since the Botox experience was so painful, and it's a good thing I didn't. I decided to go to another company in Portland to get the lip filler, and they were the ones who told me my lips could explode on the flight. We did not proceed. Now I have a bill from Ally for almost $1200.00. I would never recommend anyone this place. I am filing a report with the Attorney General Consumer Protection Agency today. Trying to get someone from the upper management from Ideal to resolve this has been unsuccessful.

Front desk staff is very friendly and professional! Alex, that did my treatments, is a joy to work with. She is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am, however, extremely disappointed at find out that the price of the yearly membership increased but the one free treatment was discounted. I hope Ideal image is not getting too big for their britches. It isn’t always about making a buck, it’s should be about making women feel good about themselves.

ALISHA is BEYOND AMAZING! If I could leave a 10 star rating I would! Aside from being incredibly kind, genuine and caring, she is a top notch laser technician! My wife started getting her entire face done about 6 months ago and absolutely loves the results! So much so that sometime this year I’ll be going to see Alisha myself for laser treatments. To sum our experience up I would say if you’re anywhere in the Vancouver/Portland metro area and are looking for any medical cosmetic treatments I would definitely start with Ideal Image, and ask for Alisha by name, you’ll be glad you did! 🤗

i got scheduled very quick for botox treatments on my forehead, the staff is extremely nice and was very accommodating for me because of my needle phobia. the service was really quick and virtually painless. excited to keep going back!

Alisha is great. Second time going to see her and she explained everything and discussed pros and cons of different treatments. She is very gentle and quick. It was painless

I want to say that at the Vancouver, Washington location Alisha is absolutely incredible! She makes you feel comfortable. She’s friendly and genuine and incredibly soft and professional and doesn’t make it hurt as much as possible. I didn’t have the best experience otherwise at ideal image, but Alisha has made me completely Turn around my opinion. I’ve had a good experience just because of her!

I can’t recommend this ideal image clinic enough! The front office staff is always so kind and welcoming. Super accommodating to schedule changes, etc.. Clinic staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have been seeing Alisha for all of my laser appointments and she is wonderful! She cares about my end result and is always patient. She is the absolute best!

The staff is super friendly. I always feel comfortable. They are willing to answer any questions I have about the procedures. I always leave feeling good about myself.

Ana Liesa was amazing! She was very thorough and detailed. She paid much more attention to detail than any other clinician I've had so far. She was also very friendly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time

The first year was rough because of cancellations d/t not having enough staff. Luckily, it’s so much better now! I love all of the staff but Alisha is so kind and great at her job! It’s worth it and you won’t regret doing it!

Highly recommend this place. I've done laser hair treatment and some fillers, and I'm always really happy with my results. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Ana Liesa in particular is such a delight. She does beautiful work and makes the whole experience really pleasant. I'll definitely be returning when the time comes

This place took so much money from me for coolscuplting that didn’t work. I asked some of the staff if there were many results and they said no. Then during one appt a nurse or whoever named julie that works here and in Beaverton upsold me on some additional coolsculpting and ultherapy which I didn’t finish. One reason because Julie told me the wrong amount monthly and couldn’t jump or move fast enough to sign the dotted line. Not to mention the discomfort was horrible and one of the staff told me there are little to no results from it. Don’t use this place. So disappointed. During the coolsculpting it depended on who you had doing it that told you if it worked or not. One would tell me yes you will get results and another would say no. That of course happened after I had paid thousands of dollars. I would not recommend this place and watch out for upselling that will break you.

Alisha is absolutely amazing! Not only are the laser results wonderful, but she makes it an enjoyable experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, made everything easy to understand. The lady who checked me in was super sweet and offered me chilled apple juice or water (I went with the apple juice). Once things were settled with pricing and payments, I had my first session right then and there! The lady who did my laser hair removal (what I went in for) was named Alisha and made sure I knew everything that was happening as well as making sure I was ok throughout the session. It was done quickly, and she offered aloe gel to spread around the areas affected and offered an ice pack as well. Highly recommend :)
