*update* Deposit not returned within 21 days (30+ at time of edit) If you appreciate your mental health, live anywhere else. Place is a nightmare. Constant theft and damage to vehicles, and the office will actively tell you it is not their problem. My car was stolen within 24 hours of living here, and almost $10,000 worth of damage and theft to MY vehicles within the first 90 DAYS. “Crime knows no address” is what the office will say- but Crime seems to know Autumn Chase real well. Refused too break my lease and quit responding after pretending like they’d do something (even offered alt options to them) - and made it seem like it was an impossible ask - but reading through reviews they’ve comped spots or cancelled leases before. Goes to show they almost want you to suffer in some sick way- it’s funny to them it seems since they aren’t really liable for anything. There is paint drippings all over the weird vinyl not-wood flooring that is horrible for cleaning, everything falls off the walls, and lights are always going out. I had no kitchen light for almost a month and no garbage disposal still. I will say the maintenance dudes take a million years to get to you - and you’ll be cooking with only a light from your iPhone for a month - but they are good vibes and quick when fixing stuff. This place will truly drop the ball at every corner tho. Everyone you’ll talk to has some crazy stories from living there and everyone is STOKED for the lease-end. Hopefully this place doesn’t make getting my deposit a hassle. Can’t express my disdain for this place enough, honestly - they’ll reply to reviews with copy and paste boo-boo but will act completely opposite in person. And the speed bumps will ruin your car if it doesn’t just get stolen and trashed anyway - best of luck!

If the speed bumps don’t ruin your car then the theives will. The landscaping is poor and the soil feels polluted and or over watered. If you live like mr Rodgers and have your place spotless when you move out, there’s a good chance they will still take your deposit and maybe even ask for more. This is a low end to slightly below average complex asking for slightly above average rent

Worst apartments you could ever live in. Rent is ridiculously high to find tweakers all over at night smoking meth and fentanyl in the parking lot and handicap spots. The apartments are built poor and the doors never seal properly. There’s a HUGE mold problem in each unit from every person I’ve met that lived there as well and people have gotten mold poisoning from them on several occasions. They have absolutely no parking spaces available unless it’s the one that they make you pay for monthly and even then you’ll still have people park in your spot. Overall, you can find wayyyy better priced and nicer apartments/townhouses than this garbage place.

Living here was great! Moved out a couple weeks ago due unrelated to Autumn Chase. Close to a lot of convenient places. The trees here give the lot a great vibe and the staff also work hard everyday keeping the place running. I enjoyed living here and would look into apartments here again if I had to move! Would recommend to take a tour at least.

Pretty quiet except for me. I am a professional musician so... My neighbors have been nice and patient with me. They give a couple raps on the wall and I turn it down. Respect. The apartment is very nice. I had a problem with one of the heaters and it was replaced within 24 hrs. Staff have been very cordial and professional even when issuing me a noise complaint. It's taken me a little while to adjust to apartment life as I have not lived in one since the 80's. All good now and I am quite happy with my little place. I placed an emergency maintenance request the first week of May, 2023 and the staff were right on top of the situation despite it being after hours. Professional, respectful, and efficient work to take care of the situation as quickly as possible were the order of the day.. I could not have asked for better and have been left with confidence that should something come up again that we are in good hands working with people who actually give a damn. 11/9/23 Had another maintenance call that went super well however the technician left his step ladder here so just let me know when you want it back and I'll put it outside by the door. I am a resident here for almost a year. This is a place I can take care of myself as I want compare to many other apartments that I had experience with. Since I am sick for years and really need a quiet place and a good manager to take care the environment for me. Thanks I have found a place that I want.

Rob Today came in and replaced my bedroom blinds and garbage disposal and did an excellent job very quickly and efficiently. I appreciate his outstanding work!

they took care of my problem with my dryer and replaced the one I've had for many years with a new dryer . Autumn Chase goes over and above to make things right with their tenants.
