Lovely experience at Dulin’s on an overcast Sunday morning. The service was prompt and friendly. I got a cappuccino and it was very well frothed and the coffee was great. For food, I ordered the special - a traditional Benedict. My partner got the strawberry banana waffle special with cream and we shared. I was delighted by the fresh tasting Benedict sauce and cream on the waffles. I would definitely return!

My new favorite breakfast place in downtown Vancouver! Food is great and not pricey. The wait is usually not too bad and their customer service is on point.

I'll give this place some real points on service, speed, and quality. Well worth the trip and I look forward to my next trip so I can try one of their Irish skillets. The hollandaise was particularly worth trying. Get a benedict.

I've eaten here a few times now and I really enjoy the food and friendly staff! The portions are pretty big, so we always have leftovers. A cozy spot to enjoy brunch for sure!

Five stars just for Dungeness Benedict I mean are you kidding me. Throw in some country potatoes and a fun family vibe and you’re gonna catch old school vibes like crazy. But the food is great.

This is one of the cutest restaurants in Vancouver. It can be a little wait sometimes, take that buzzer and go check out the charming plant shop while you wait. Or order takeout which is so fast! My favorite dish right now is the rancheros dish, it feels like home. Not many places get Latin spices right, but they do. I’m excited to try some other dishes. All the staff have good energy, smiles and they all seem happy to be there. Their owner is very kind and present making this restaurant feel personal.

Everything you could ask for in a breakfast establishment. The food is delicious and the service is excellent! Be prepared to wait a few minuted on the weekend but it is worth the wait.

I had an amazing breakfast at Dillons village café. They have the best potato breakfast is with amazing sausages. They have vegetarian chicken and regular sausage, as well as Irish bangers. The latte I had was absolutely top notch and they even did latte art on top of it! Amazing views of downtown from the window seats. I will definitely be back to try other breakfast menu items and lunch items. Top notch! Great atmosphere with lots of seating and disabled access including the restrooms. Amazing staff that is super friendly and helpful in choosing new dishes to try.

It was my first time eating at this location. Me and my family went for family breakfast because my brother will be going back to Germany for the army. My parents are hardcore food critics and they loved this place! Me and my son and brothers also loved the food . Great customer service my Adriana ! She made it easy for my parents because she spoke Spanish so there was so miscommunication. Adriana is the best at her job: I will definitely be coming back. God bless you all!

I had the special for breakfast, the crab and spinach Benedict. Outstanding. Fresh, hot, and the hollandaise sauce is fantastic. So how can they mess up breakfast potatoes so badly? They arrived on the same plate and were cold. They appeared to have an herb seasoning, but no flavor...and certainly not salted. I tried slathering them in butter, but the butter wouldn't even melt. I mentioned that to my server, and another plate of hot potatoes showed up in record time. And the plate was hot as well. Microwaved? Put into the oven? Pre-made and not fresh? All of these questions and the fact that they came out dry and unseasoned again made me forget about my wonderful Benedict! Potatoes! So many other places get this right. Toss with some olive oil or butter and season, and maybe sprinkle with parmesan. Service was great, I had Lacey, and she understood my concerns and assisted as best she could. I never say never and am willing to try again, but it's the small details that need attention sometimes. Potatoes don't have to be a "filler" and can actually add to the dining experience.

Good atmosphere, nice wait staff. The wait times are pretty long though, we waited about an hour for our food. It was tasty though! The parfait is a good dish to get too!

We love Dulin's! The food is excellent. I usually get the Dublin breakfast! And there Irish stew is amazing. The staff are all so kind and helpful. The entire place is just relaxed, talking and enjoying great food and drinks.

Dulins is by far our favorite breakfast restaurant in Vancouver and Portland. The staff is super friendly, service is fast and the food is always excellent. Huevos Rancheros or the El Paso Omlette are my favorites. My wife is vegetarian and loves the Greek Omlette which is no longer on the menu but they're always happy to make it if you ask. I absolutely love this place!!

Felt right at home and really loved their Dungeness Crab and Asparagus Benedict! The croissant & potatoes were perfectly toasted and crunchy. Definitely a local spot to check out if you’re not from here and looking for a small family breakfast spot. Adriana (our waitress, I believe) always had a huge smile on her face and was attentive for the entirety of our visit. Thank you so much!

I've received great service each time I've been here. You need to try the Irish stew, it's phenomenal! Every other meal I've had here has been delicious as well. Definitely worth checking out!

I'm going to be honest, I'm not into comfort foods so Dulin's menu in general doesn't appeal to me as much as it would to others; however, they do seem to be better than the average American restaurant. I ordered the fish and chips, and they used halibut. Their French fries were absolutely amazing, they make look plain but they were perfectly salted and crispy. I like the small-town family-owned vibe that is obvious here, and the service has been incredibly nice and quick. My one complaint would be that the restaurant wasn't as clean as I would like, the tables seemed a bit dingy.

The service was great. I thought our server was the owner with how much attention was given to us. The food was absolutely amazing! Best food my wife and I have had in a very long time

Absolutely the freshest most delicious food! The service is equally as excellent. The owners are just fantastic. One of our very favorite and frequent places in the whole Portland area. Go in for breakfast and take the best Irish stew home for dinner, you’ll be all set.

Wonderful cafe that's only open for breakfast and lunch. Like the name suggests, Dublin's has an Irish flare with traditional pub grub like fish and chips, bangers, etc but also plenty of American style sandwiches, burgers and what not. This was our first time. I had the NYC steak sandwich and liked it a lot. My wife had the triple play which is half a sandwich, salad and soup. She chose a Ruben on sourdough. We both had Irish stew which was excellent. We had bloody Marys...which were just ok. We liked this cafe very much and will be back.

First time visiting. Our server lacked any hospitality, just didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Bloody Mary was sweet, Irish coffee was also sweet. Food had no flavor. I feel that if I go to a restaurant the food should be better than I can make at home and my cooking is far better. We will not be returning. it

Took a quite awhile to be seated even though there were several open tables. The croissant and French toast tasted terrible like the butter was rancid, the bacon wasn’t cooked through and the over medium eggs were runny. When we asked the server about this she told us the cook didn’t think it was bad. Definitely won’t be eating there again.
