I
got
three
coffees
to
go,
and
I
went
here
specifically
because
it
was
my
friend’s
birthday
and
this
is
her
favorite
spot.
I
ordered
hers
extra
hot
because
I
wanted
to
make
sure
that
it
was
plenty
warm
by
the
time
I
dropped
it
off
to
her.
Unfortunately
the
cashier
didn’t
tell
the
barista
that
it
was
ordered
as
extra
hot.
When
I
got
the
coffee
and
asked
if
it
was
extra
hot
she
rolled
her
eyes
and
said,
“No,
I
didn’t
know
it
was
supposed
to
be.”
It
was
disappointing
because
I
had
already
waited
quite
a
while
and
had
to
wait
longer
while
they
remade
it.
When
I
went
to
get
the
remade
coffee
she
was
rude
and
rolled
her
eyes
at
me
again
when
I
asked
for
a
drink
carrier
because
I
had
three
drinks
to
bring
back
to
my
car.
I
don’t
think
I’d
go
back
unless
it’s
with
my
friend
again.
Their
coffee
is
really
good,
which
is
disappointing
that
the
service
was
so
rude
and
I
felt
like
I
was
a
jerk
for
asking
for
what
I
ordered.
I
used
to
be
a
barista
and
understand
that
communication
issues
happen,
but
I’ve
never
experienced
such
a
rude
response
at
a
coffee
shop
before.
This
was
a
few
months
ago
and
I
went
back
recently
with
my
friend,
and
the
service
was
better
but
it
was
a
different
crew
of
people
working.
I
haven’t
forgotten
the
bad
experience
though
and
the
coffee
isn’t
amazing
enough
to
return
again.
